In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com Levi’s manager, Tank Johnson (I have no idea who this "Tank Johnson" guy is. I used to regularly talk to Tank Jones" so I assume it is the same guy and that it is THIS kind of great writing and command of the facts that keeps "Team Levi" coming back to Radar Online over and over again as their media outlet of choice.) says that his 20-year-old client is refusing to dignify Bristol’s recent comments about him being an absentee father, and is choosing to take the moral high road.
Bristol recently told a radio station that "since Dancing With the Stars [Levi’s] seen [his son] at most three times.”
Tank denied her allegations and said Levi spends as much time with his two-year-old as he can, and went on to dish out some advice to both Bristol and her family.
("Levi spends as much time with his two year old as he can?" Bullshit! The custody agreement states that he gets Tripp twice a week, not three times in three months. The only reason that he is NOT seeing his little boy more often is because he is not using the courts to enforce his rights.)
"The Palins need to take the high road. There's a child involved in this and Levi is not going to stoop to this level,” he said. "The Palins like to fight. They can say whatever they want to say.
(Yes they like to fight. Because they are bullies. The ONLY way that bullies stop beating you up and taking advantage of you is when you FIGHT BACK!)
"But Levi is not going to dignify their comments with a response.”
(Why the hell not?)
And as for Bristol wanting to change Tripp's last name from Johnston to Palin, Tank said that wasn't going to happen.
"Levi has his son and that isn't changing. It is what it is."
(Well as it turns out the only reason that Tripp Johnston may not wake up one day and find that his name is Tripp "Palin" is because it is too much hard work to change it, and the Palins don't like hard work.)
However, a source close to Palin confirms that there won’t be a legal name change: “That will not be happening, legally that would actually take a lot of work and despite all the rumors Bristol and Levi are actually getting along pretty well just now.”
Yeah well how could they not be "getting along pretty well" since Levi is allowing Bristol to treat him like her bitch at every turn? The Palins LOVE people who bend to their will and let them treat them like dirt. Isn't that right RAM?
Personally I am beyond disgusted with Levi's legal team. Tank Jones is a six foot, two inch, three hundred pound behemoth, who obviously has balls the size of dried raisins. He talks tough but every time he is supposed to have Levi's back he is nowhere to be seen, or working on getting a little media attention of his own.
And as for Rex Butler, I know at least two female attorneys in Alaska who would have had Thomas Van Flein huddled in a corner sucking his thumb and promising to let Levi have Tripp every day if somebody would just "make the mean lady stop!" Yet Rex has NEVER presented much of a challenge to the Palin legal team even when the deck is stacked in his favor.
Bristol took Levi's son away from him and all he has to do is complain to the court to force her to bring the child back so that he can see him, and work out a better arrangement. But if his "team" is too cowardly to stand up to the Palins than he is screwed.
Once again Levi, sac up and call me and we will get your little boy back. I promise.
I was wondering what Tank was talking about when he said Levi and Bri have been getting along. Bristl hates Levi. If she didn't, she would let him see Tripp when he asks. That is all

Whats interesting is, in 07, he attitude was completely different. She laughed at the thought of getting pregnant. Now she's obsessed with her friends babies and Tripps future with them. Thats just how some cultures in the US are, breeders. When we have Jen Aniston announcing one doesnt need a man to have a child, we have a problem.

ReplyDeleteGoogle who owns blogspot allows 100% free speech on their blogs. It is almost impossible to truly shut one down permanently. But someone could complain and temporarily have it shut down for violating their terms of service. But if Dirk contacts them, he should be able to get it up again.

ReplyDeleteIt was bound to happen. The realization has hit. famewhore Levi found famewhore Tank and corrupt lawyer pro bono lawyer Rex. Nothing good comes from that union. Levi has been Bristol's bitch from day one. They weren't a serious couple until fall 07. There's no evidence they actually dated before that. There is plenty of evidence both B and L lived happy livess separately. I think Levi was drawn to her because the Palins at one point were good to him. Todd helped him, Sarah was his second mother. He did reference that. The kid is messed up. Look to a father with a mistress for evidence. I'm sure all he wants is love and no one has been able to give him any until now. He's finally realized his sister is worth having around. Contrarily, bristol had love and acceptance growing up. She had the sense of security from wanting a baby young and knowing her family wouldn't abandon her. Yes I see why Levi was so hurt by Bristols (and in effect her family's) dismissal of him.

Levi is learning the biggest lesson the hard way. People change. he and Bristol are at the age where people change the most. Im not saying he needs to give up everything he enjoys (but is harmful to him) but he needs realistic short term goals that can grow into bigger long term goals. He needs to move on from Bristol but actively support his son if he desires to.
ReplyDeleteHe needs to realize his actions in 09 and 10 had consequences and they are hurting him now. I don't think he has thought about that at all. He most definitely has not taken a high road. Just because he refused to trash Bristol doesn't mean he was justified in bashing her family. They must have really hurt Bristol as she isn't the type to hold unjustified grudges.
There's so much we do not know and will not, as it's not out place to know. Sadie confusing everyone with what she wants to believe isn't helping either.
Discussing this publicly any further isn't helping Levi. The court needs to see he himself showing intense desire to be a part of his son's life. Press releases and interviews show the opposite, that he only wants fame and lives off someone elses name.
It's important it come from him in a respectful and professional manner.
If you're reading Bristol, same to you. Correcting errors publicly is fine, as you did in your radio interview but move on from venting your hatred for Levi. I know you're happy now, but for your son, just do that.

ReplyDeleteI'm certain Levi cannot afford to jet back and forth to LA, Arizona, TX or WHEREVER Bristol may be at the moment. And I'm equally sure that Bristol has been dilatory in her efforts to give Reasonable Notice to provide Tripp at a predetermined place, time etc. to enable Levi to see him.
Bristol is exploiting the location / wage disparity / family support (assets, conniving mother) between herself and Levi to shut him OUT of Tripp's life.
Even worse? This is being played out in newspapers, blogs, magazines and such all over the country. It is common, public knowledge that Bristol has removed Tripp from the state of Alaska without proper Notice and is making Levi's visitation nearly impossible.
You'd think that a CASA or Friend of The Court would initiate action on Levi's behalf. But given that he's in Palinlaska, the Friend of the Court is probably already a Friend of Palin... just like the APD appears to be a Friend of Palin, who issued a statement to National Enquirer and TMZ.com but kept it off the official "Press Releases" page.

ReplyDeleteturn that phrase around - the bimbo doesn't have her GED or a degree of any sort. She poses as a teen idol, but she never was and never will be. People don't like being referred to as 'losers and haters' just because they live in the continental US.
Bristol's publicity from Washington University Sex Week (yes, that's where she is the keynote speaker) said that Bristol was the victim of a teen pregnancy. Levi doesn't appear willing to fight for custody of the boy who was taken out of Alaska without court approval.
ReplyDeleteWhat a legacy for that poor kid, growing up know that he was an accident, his mother was a victim, his father didn't fight for him, and he was cared for by a nanny so his mother could have a fling on a TV dancing show. Telling her mother that she was pregnant was the hardest moment of Bristol's young life; that's a sad story for Tripp to hear about his conception. Sadie can write that Bristol and Levi wanted a child, but it's a face saving comment, and doesn't really sound believable. I thought that the courts looked after the best interests of the child. Tripp unfortunately has two parents where the choice is which one does the least damage to the kid. (Levi, get a good lawyer and a DNA test!)
Palin money must be running low. Tank is actually making statements/working.

I think Levi has probably acted against their legal advice on a lot of his issues.

ReplyDeleteHe "did not ask" to see hi son. Because he does not have to ask, Bristol is under a court order to make him available at the stipulated times. Levi does not have to beg.
He hasn't seen hi son but three times in x months because Bristol is in breach of a court order and denies Levi access.
Those are such easy lies to parse, and show what a shallow petty selifish immature brat Bristol is.

You should consider the strong possibility that a big part of the reason Levi found himself sleeping over at the Palin's in the first place was because Bristol found him easy to manipulate.

Of course it may not be true, but to me, that statement, along with Bristol's very odd, uber-casual attitude toward the supposed father of her son, suggests that Levi is probably not the biological father.
"Levi has his son" is subtly but significantly different than saying Tripp is Levi's son.
