ReplyDeleteOh, I just hope he doesn't see a lawsuit slapped against him for possible copyright infringement. It's not just the similar typeface, but it's also the double spotlight on the left of the name. They might have just cause for such legal action.

It took me a few seconds to realize that the heading read "FOK News" and not "Fox News". What a relief when my brain finally adjusted.

I'm sure he had legal advice before he created the site.
I have been reading KO's blog and I want to tell you that his comments are great.
ReplyDeleteRead his piece on the so-called main stream media and how they are ignoring what is happening in WI.
He pulls no punches and tells it just like it is.
And so far the right-wing kabobs have not discovered the site.
