The Indian people are very impressed that Sarah Palin chose to bless them with her presence.

Okay maybe the word "impressed" was not exactly accurate.

Can any of you think of a better one?

Loved the guy who was honest and humble enough to note that he doesn't consider himself politically informed (and who then goes on to demonstrate more knowledge of American politics than your average Tea Bagger). Wish the hordes of intellectually disengaged rightwinger blowhards had the decency to acknowledge the same and keep their ill-informed opinions to themselves, both on air and in the voting booth.

Th music from Fellini's "Amarcord" in the background made it even more priceless. Thanks, Gryphen.

The American media does work after all. Palin called attention to herself by screaming the media is bias and then she demonstrated over and over how dumb she really is.

ha ha ha ha Palibots hear me Palin is a fraud. She is not ready to run in 2012, she can not answer unscripted questions and debate her GOP opponents in the primary. So she may sneek behind the back avoiding presidential debates.

Ha ha ha ha. We will still ask questions.

  11. The people interviewed were too polite to say how they truly felt.

When will this pox known as Palin ever go away? She has been in campaign mode since 2008 and actually imagines that something was taken from her. (ie: the Vice Presidency and one old heartbeat later the Presidency) Now she is trying to do everything within her power to become the leader of this nation. I have never seen such a massive ego stuffed into such a walnut sized, know nothing brain.

The truth is she was chosen by McCain because she had a female reproductive system and a title in front of her name. He google vetted her for God's sake!!! She can't even talk in coherent unscripted sentences! Now, this failed at everything person wants to beef her 'foreign policy' "experience" by getting as many stamps on her passport as humanly possible.

The fact that this woman got as potentially close to power as she did makes the US look ridiculous.

If she ever gets elected President, I'm afraid we'll all look absolutely crazy.

That was great! I think I will replay it again, enjoying every word and facial expression. It certainly gives me an overall favorable impression of India's young people.

Sarah told India she feels like they have something in common. She loves and roots for the India Hoosiers too. Sarah loves basketball and does not miss a Hoosiers game on tv. She told India if it wasn't for Sarah, her high school team, Wasilla High School, would not of been the United States National Champions.

People are mentioning that Sarah only took Todd from their family. Truth be told they also took their google expert Bristol, but unfortunately Brisket was detained by India customs at the airport and was put in quarantine due to the enormous growth on her chin. They've never seen a chin as big as hers and felt it was necessary to detain her to protect the people of India.

You know, the funny thing is that she has made millions. That was her goal. But she will never be anything but a laughing stock.....and that has got to hurt.

I'm reminded of her words from the Vanity Fair article...we'll never be good enough for America.

Yes Sarah....you are a JOKE to the rest of the world.

  29. Speaking at the India Today Conclave in New Delhi, Palin was asked why the GOP ticket did not defeat then-Sen. Barack Obama (D). Palin said that Obama ran a strong campaign and effectively billed himself as a change candidate.

Pressed by India Today editor Aroon Purie that she also represented change, Palin replied, “I wasn’t at the top of the ticket, remember?”

I watched the Q&A session and a miracle happened - I was no longer upset/angry with her idiocy.
I laughed all the way through it!
    Gales of laughter!
She sounded like a 4th grader (the dumbest one in the class) - stumbled over words and over-simplified everything.
She had NO ONE fooled - look at the faces and posture of the audience.
I laughed and laughed - what an International JOKE!

Good luck finding anyone among 1,199,999,994 people that have even heard of Palin before. Make that 1,199,999,995, since one of those in the video actually hasn't. Finding 5 probably wasn't easy.

    New York Times:

Hundreds of India’s top business executives, journalists and politicians packed a ballroom at the Taj Palace hotel to hear Ms. Palin. After being introduced as the “sexiest brand in Republican politics,” she detailed her upbringing and her Alaskan political career before riffing on central themes — the importance of individual independence, free markets and the need to drill for oil.

A “secure, stable supply of fuel is key to a prosperous America,” she said. “My vision of a free and prosperous America has much to do with energy.” But that won’t come from green energy, she said, which has destroyed thousands of jobs in Scotland and England and helped create a massive debt in Spain.

America should “capitalize on our own resources right there on our doorsteps,” she said, by tapping into billions of barrels of oil that are “warehoused” in Alaska.

    Yippee Cayea !!

I can't stop smiling . Missy Scarah is clearly a joke to the world . She is mental at sooo many levels . Which I really didn't think was possible for a rill amerikan .Oh well.
The Indians are a proud and intelligent culture as are many many countries . She will begin to be shunned , by not getting invites . Most civilized countries immeadiately will quickly recognize that Scarah is clearly lacking in Integrity and has sold her soul for fame and fortune .They got her number quickly .They willnot want to be associated with her .There is no honor in knowing her .

I seriously doubt that neither Twad nor herself invested in a any cultural research to learn India's mores and History. She will never know that other countries do not see us through her eyes . I know India was not offended . I would suspect she and Twad were pitied . India chose the high road and will move on without giving Palin's another thought .She has only herself to blame .

She will die old , ugly and Lonely .

The only unfortunate thing where sarah is concerned is, people don't give themselves a chance to, ya know, get to know her without preconceived notions from rumormongers and lowlives. At least other politicians have had a chance to live private lives without too much speculation. No one who hasn't met sarah personally knows her as a woman, only as a voice on tv. That's sad for us as a nation.

Actually she claimed the reason for the 2008 loss had to do with she was not at the top of the ticket. A number of times during the campaign I recall hearing her say $p/McCain. Still will not admit the real reason for the loss is because McCain chose her. Grandma does not gain respect from the Indian people being a sore loser, and running President Obama down on foreign soil in time of war.

    To 1:55 PM,

You fucking moron! You are an idiot! Do you think the Indians in India are same Indians who were killed when America was "discovered?" Native American Indians are not the same as the Indians in India, you ignorant ass. Typical, racist tea-bagger. We are also well aware that white supremacists like Palin never apologize for anything. Barack Obama may be an apologist, but guess what? He's the president, Palin never will be. Most Americans prefer an apologist to a bat-shit crazy harpy, like $arah Palin!

    To 2:05 PM,

Hahahahahaha! $arah "Refudiate" Palin makes all conservatives look ignorant! Tea-baggers are famous for their ignorance, and misspelled signs! Who said ALL tea-baggers are racist? Not ALL tea-baggers are racist, but most of them are! My favorite generalization? "All liberals are socialists!"

We all KNOW Sarah Palin on a personal level.

Sarah Palin is the woman that brags about boarding a transcontinental flight after an amniotic fluid leak during a high risk (over 40, history of miscarriages) pregnancy with a Down Syndrome baby avoiding a medical check and multiple NICU equpped hospitals.

On a personal level I find that despicable. Cutesy tales of PTA mom aren't going to sell Sarah Palin as someone you'd want to know better personally.

(And on a professional level, as a politician, she's pretty bad, also, too.)

It didn't take much for the Indian people to size Palin up correctly. They may have been more polite than many Americans are about it, but they accurrately assessed her ignorance and unfitness for the presidency. It just makes the Palinbots look even more foolish for continuing to support her potential bid for the GOP nomination, much less the presidency.
