Wait! Sarah Palin showed her fabric covered stomach to TWO male reporters? Update!

From Salon.com:

Wesley Loy was a reporter with the Anchorage Daily News when Sarah Palin revealed her pregnancy in March 2008. The story that he wrote about her announcement -- which noted that many in the Alaska political world were surprised and didn't think that Palin looked pregnant -- is routinely cited by those who claim that Palin may have faked her pregnancy. Loy, who has never previously spoken or written about his own observations on this subject, has provided the following account of the Palin he saw and interacted with in February and March 2008.

Here is Wesley Loy's account:

To ask the question, I insisted that everyone in the room clear out, leaving just me and the governor in private. I didn’t want members of her staff listening in, and I didn’t want to embarrass the governor.

Palin honored my request. I asked her not to be mad at me for what I was about to ask, and her eyes seemed to twinkle with anticipation. No, she said, just come out with it.

As I recall, she just dismissed it as more baseless gossip about her kids.

Then she told me that some were even suggesting that she was pretending to have a baby as a way to cover for her daughter. She reckoned that notion came from a storyline on "Desperate Housewives."

This was the first I’d ever heard of what has now become, as we know, a national obsession for some Palin watchers.

Anyway, Palin said it was all ridiculous. Then she backed her chair away from her desk to show me her (covered) baby bump, assuring me that, yes, she was pregnant.

For an instant, I thought of asking her to let me see or feel her belly but chickened out (something I now regret, given how this thing has taken off so).

Seriously?  So Sarah showed two different male reporters her fabric covered baby bump, and we are JUST NOW hearing about it?  Where the hell have these guys been the last three years?

And she actually cited the "Desperate Housewives" episode, before any of us ever brought up that coincidence?  Is anybody else getting that same overwhelming fishy smell that is currently assaulting MY nostrils?

I am sorry, but the fact that two men saw a protruding, fabric covered bump is NOT conclusive evidence that Palin was pregnant.  Not even close. And yes Wesley, you definitely SHOULD have asked to see her uncovered stomach.  I assure you she would have refused.

Clearly Palin is deeply in damage control mode, which means the renewed interest in this subject must be driving her batshit!

Update: Joe McGinniss weighs in on this topic and offers the tease of more information to be revealed in his upcoming book.

Update; So I guess the question to ask Wesley Loy and Steve Quinn, is if THIS is the same cloth covered baby bump that THEY saw?

Is that a little hard to make out?  Here let me show you a lightened version of it.

There you go.  Wow, that is convincing!

This is why you do not send a man to check out a woman's fake pregnancy!

And for those who STILL cannot convince themselves that Palin fooled all of these people. perhaps you need to see this.

NOBODY knew she was faking it. And she let people feel HER babybump and they were still fooled!

One wonders if the grifter's post-pregnancy anorexic look is designed to make up for her lack of pregnancy weight gain?

If Palin's story about her Incredible Journey to deliver Trig is true, for unnecessary travel she will have surely outdistanced every other Down Syndrome mother in labor by a factor of much more than 10, and possibly more than 100. Throw in the fact that a golden shot at the White House hung in the balance (and that no other such mother would have had similarly glorious opportunities), and one quickly realizes that the official Trig narrative is exceptionally unlikely.

**In order to believe the official story of Trig's birth, one must have blind faith in the exceedingly improbable.**

The scientist is very rarely able to obtain positive confirmation of hypotheses; her contribution more often comes from eliminating improbable alternatives. This is essentially the value of statistical inference. There's something almost comforting about the Republican Rump's hostility toward science and also their willingness, in the case of Obama birtherism and belief in Palin's account of Trig's birth, to accept the wildly improbable without criticism. Those folks in the Republican Rump may be nuts, but at least they are internally consistent in their nuttiness.

Nate Silver measures media coverage of Palin. It has declined dramatically: Check out the chart.

Plouffe dream 1: Trump destroys Romney, allowing Palin to win. Obama destroys Palin.

Plouffe dream 2: Romney beats Trump and Palin; Trump goes rogue as an Independent, makes Palin his veep. Obama destroys both in an electoral college landslide.

    Gryphen,

Look at this video of the teen who pretended to be pregnant which appeared on GMA this morning.

Notice the squareness of the padded stomach, more importantly along the top edge.

You should compare it to the pic of Palin sitting in her light blue jacket with I believe a black top on.

I recall the same look between the top of the padding and the breasts. There was no gradual arc of a pregnant belly. It was a straight line across top of padding.

  10. Didn't tell her family. Didn't tell her female co-workers. BUT - had two male reporters look at her thinly-clothed stomach.
    OKAAAAAAAAAAY! LOL.

Who DOES that? Who flies through the air while in labor? Who passes up a well-equipped hospital in Anchorage (while in labor!) to drive to MatSu Regional?

    WHO? A LOON, that's who.

O M G i love it! You are so right Gryphen-where have these two Male reporters been the last 3 years? And how come it only Male reporters she allowed the distinct honor of viewing her cloth covered belly? Because she knows damn well a woman would have been much more skeptical and much more knowledgeable as to how a pregnant woman's stomach really would look. She and Becky are working overtime on damage control and it is hysterical to watch. Keep it up girls, we're still gonna get cha don't cha know. You two are the gift that keep on giving.

I'm following all this closely. I almost could be convinced she had Trig and exaggerated/ lied about the "Wild Ride" story, but I get caught up with one detail I can't dismiss. Why would she lie and say she released Trig's birth certificate when we know for a FACT, she never did?

    I don't buy it.

    ReplyDelete
  15. That story reeks. Wesley's been paid off or co-opted. She and he hit so many babygate points in a few paragraphs. It is tailored specifically in response to things she's read online. It's obvious to those who have kept up with this story.

At first I thought you made up his comments, they are so comically "on point" to the online discussions.

Does a cloth-covered real pregnant belly and a cloth-covered fake pregnant belly look any different? Does Sarah lie like a rug? Does Sarah avoid proving Trig is her birth child?

  17. Anonymous10:04 AM

OK. He's a reporter with the Anchorage Daily News, but his editor still feels the need to try to do a story debunking the rumors? That doesn't give Mr. Loy much credibility in my eyes.

We have to assume he told his editor, Mr. Dougherty, this story, and that was not enough for him to publish to debunk the "rumors".

Let Sarah lift her shift to show us some medical records, huh?

I agree with Jesse. Sarah is scared, and is now going on the offensive and incorporating the comments of Jesse and other bloggers into her "history" to make it look as if she was the source of these things.

I think Danny DeVito should disclose the time he saw Arnold Swarzenegger's totally unclothed pregnant belly. I believe Regina had a picture of it recently.

If I had a Salon account, I would go on and thank them for clarifying that Palin is a stupid idiot who put her child's life, as well as her own, at extreme risk just so he could be born in Alaska. I definitely do not want anyone so lacking in judgment anywhere near the nuclear codes.

What smells fishy is Wesley Loy. He covered fishery stories as a reporter and had a blog called the Highliner. He now has a blog called the Deck Boss and another called the Brig which is like a police report on fishermen breaking the law. I;m sure when he was with the ADN he got some inrerviews from Palinabout her setnetting in Bristol Bay.

I can tell you one thing about Wesley's reporting. He isn't all that observant. And he can't put two and two together and come up with 4.

But she can have it either way to me I don't really care. Either she faked the whole thing and is a complete lunatic, or she didn't and did everything in her power to ABORT her 8 month along pregnancy, which makes her the world's largest hypocrite and disgusting! So which is it Sarah?

BTW Bots tell me again how evil planned parenthood is please. Maybe if Sarah had ever used their services (ie birth control) she wouldn't have had a baby she so obviously doesn't want! Tell me how it was better for her to have Trig, and then abandon him. I have yet to see a bot address the wild ride except to say "but a mother knows.." so mother's know huh? Wow mother's are psychics! We can apparently see at least 10 hours into the future at time! Wish I would have known that on lottery night ;)

I now view anyone who still supports her with a mix of contempt, scorn, and pity. You are pathetic!

Right to life does not mean do anything and everything in your power to KILL your unborn baby! Hypocrites!

Go ahead and defend that! Dare ya'.

She did reference DH back then in passing. My question is, the tubal rumors only started recently. Why didnt those begin back then? There's so much gossip that has sprung up in recent events that wasn't remotely discussed back then. I doubt all of it, including Sarah.

I think Gina Loudin's baby and Trig came from the same place, a place that Dobson or Graham know about.

  26. Anonymous10:25 AM

Why do people say she abandoned Trig? There's no evidence to that. When she's home, she is home for a good stretch. She's been home for most of this year and when she has been, Trig was with her (minus India etc)

Anybody who believes the wild ride is stupid. They don't address the two different places she said trig was born. They are equating this to the birthers when pres obama has provided his birth certificate and palin has not provided legal documentation. The CBJ letter was probably a fake. One that was suppose to be about palins health not to debunk the trig birth. None of these reporters have convinced me.

Let the books come out, then do damage control, for kripe's sake.

I've actually never been curious as to who the bio mother is. We've all seen Gryphen use generalities to avoid lawsuits and being caught in the corner in a lie. But he can't deny Sarah hit him with a cease and desist order. He did pull the divorce post out of his ass since there was so much evidence against that notion (the new home already broken ground being the biggest). So when he has repeatedly said, Bristol is not the mother, I believed him for once. And I still do, as he keeps implying this.

I'm now curious WHY a pregnancy was faked. Mother not being important. I know Trig is loved. I've seen Sarah, Todd, Track, Bristol, Willow, Piper and relatives and friends cradle and snuggle him lovingly, from infancy to the present.
The question is WHY fake a pregnancy.

Politicians, as they are people too, are going to be affected by people's opinions of them. That's not weird. I'm very confidant that it drives Obama out of his mind that his BC issue is still in the news. All he has to do is provide it. A certif of live birth doesn't even qualify for a valid form of ID. I'm not saying I"m a birther. It's just weird that he's done nothing. He is all about playing the race card and this allows him to do that.

Also, Sarah is most definitely a runner/jogger. It's crazy to think otherwise, as she runs everywhere she goes.

10:19, I'm with you...this is a win/win. The more press this feeble attempt at legitimizing Sarah Palin's pregnancy and birth story gets, the more public the Trig Wild Ride story and non-existent pregnancy becomes. The more pictures, more faux witnesses, more inquiries, and more denials the better.

IF Sarah was truly pregnant with Trig, and purposely did not gain enough weight to deny her fetus the nutrition he needs, did not go to routine doctor appointments, risked her life, Trig's life, and everyone else's on those flights from Dallas and Seattle, and birthed her baby in an ill-equipped medical facility, then I say game on. It proves that Sarah Palin is either a sociopathic liar or a mother who is completely insane and has no regard for human life. This story alone proves without a doubt Sarah has no business making decisions for anyone or anything, much less hold elected office. I wouldn't trust this woman to take care of my dogs, much less a special needs child.

Three years after the fact is too little too late, Salon. Nice try, though.

The Governor's former Director of Communications Bill McAllister once offered an explanation of why the Alaskan press coverage of Governor Palin was so favorable.

It appeared in an Anchorage Press story with the title "The gatekeeper - Bill McAllister's long, strange year as Governor Palin's Director of Communications. By Brendan Joel Kelley. Posted: Wednesday, June 10, 2009 12:00 am"

Here is what Mcallister had to say about the press coverage by some of the same reporters recently quoted and referenced in various articles and blog posts.

McAllister went to work for KTUU on December 1, 2004, covering the Alaska Capitol. Then, in 2006, Governor Palin was elected, and McAllister was in Juneau covering her. One legislator described McAllister to me as Palin’s “fucking lap dog,” but McAllister says “when you’ve got a governor with an 85 percent approval rating, who’s winning all her major legislative battles, and is being touted by talking heads and cable news as having a possible national future, there’s not a lot negative to say. And so what a lot of people saw as fawning coverage was really just straight up reporting of a phenomenal situation.”

Then, in June, the call came from the governor’s office. McAllister’s last day at KTUU was July 18, 2008.

He became the governor’s Director of Communications on August 12, 2008—three days after the scandal that would become known as “Troopergate” broke on former Palin gubernatorial opponent Andrew Halcro’s blog.

He made her, he killed her.

    **Palinmania is dead.**

A stake has been driven through its heart by FNC head honcho Roger Ailes.

Her Fox News dependency would never have been a problem, but Palin made one critical mistake. She crossed Roger Ailes.

Sarah Palin’s Fox News airtime decline can be traced back to one incident, blood libel. According to New York Magazine, Roger Ailes told Sarah Palin not to post the blood libel video, but Palin went rogue and bit the hand that feeds her. After this she was a lot less visible on Fox, and now a few months later, she has been replaced by Donald Trump.

Roger Ailes is the media gatekeeper and kingmaker for the Republican Party. The Fox News treatment can propel a candidate to victory in a GOP primary. (Fox News has not yet demonstrated the ability to be of such great service in a general election).

When Gretchen Carlson bequeathed the title of Republican most feared by Democrats to Donald Trump, she delivered visual confirmation of what most observers already knew. Sarah Palin is getting the Glenn Beck treatment at Fox News.

The first concrete proof of Palin’s diminished Fox News presence came almost two weeks ago, when the network didn’t post video of her blasting John Boehner’s budget deal, and instead put her comments supporting Trump’s birtherism front and center. This was the first large omen that Palin’s Fox News role was shifting from central star to secondary player.

Her decline was made obvious by the lack of media coverage generated for her disaster of an event in Wisconsin, that is more infamous for Tea Party thuggery than notable for anything that Palin had to say. Team Palin has always relied on the media coverage that they generated from complaining about the media, but most other outlets have followed FNC’s lead, and banished Palin to second class status. Ironically, it doesn’t seem to matter to Fox that polls show Obama crushing both Palin and Trump by almost equal margins.

Gretchen Carlson made it official today. Fox News is off the Sarah Palin bandwagon, and now backing Donald Trump.

    http://punchumgum.files.wordpress.com/2010/07/sarah-palin-patting-belly-copy.jpg

Note the squareness of the mid section. No arc down appearance of the tummy. It's straight-lined across.

Compare it to the video of the teen on ABC this morning where she used a pull-up type preg pillow.

    http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/washington-teen-gaby-rodriguez-fakes-pregnancy-social-experiment/story?id=13434764

PG has asked some great questions about this....if SP was in "labor" in Texas as she claims, how did CBJ "examine" her over the phone?

In other words, how could CBJ tell over the telephone that SP was not endangering her baby by not going immediately to the closest hospital to be checked out? CBJ couldn't perform a pelvic exam over the phone could she?

Wouldn't that be the correct way to determine if there was time to get back to AK? For all CBJ knew, SP could have been dilating and close to delivery.

  77. Take a look at Palin when she was pregnant with Track.(Red Top) She looks enormous. No one has questioned that she was pregnant with Bristol and subsequent children. Fast forward to Trig....How could a woman at age 44 after four pregnancies and two miscarriages successfully hide a fifth pregnancy? Tight abs......bullshit.
My cousin (same build, same age and birth history as palin) was five months pregnant at the wedding of her eldest daughter. She was not advertising the fact and due to severe morning sickness had not gained much weight. However, there was no denying the baby bump no matter how she tried with a brocade jacket.
Check out the picture of Palin in black suit with pink schmata scarf. She is wearing a BELT! What woman who is six/seven months pregnant wears a BELT?
She is impulsive, thinks without reflection, never plans, and hopes that her big mouth (as well as her bots moughts) will save the day.
Re: showing her protruding adominal area to reporters:

You can't ask Palin a question at a book signing but upon asking a rather impertinent question, she reveals her pregnant belly under a thin layer of fabric. If that was actually the case and I doubt it, you can be sure it wasn't as transparent as what she wore to the races in NY. She can try. In this matter, she has been "Teflon Tillie". If she were really intelligent, she would not have responded by having her minions fabricate lies. Not her, she has to have the last word. it could be her undoing.

I am the mother of two. I am 5'1" tall and at the start of my first pregnancy, I was 100lbs. I gained 40.

Ten days after delivery, I was back in my size 2 jeans.

Two years later, I became pregnant again. Within one month, I looked like I was four months pregnant. I still gained 40lbs but I looked like I gained much, much more.

The reason for this according to my OB was each subsequent pregnancy doesn't need to stretch out the muscles in your tummy because they are already stretched.

It took me over a year after my second child to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Now at 51, I gain weight if I walk down the candy aisle at the supermarket.

SP is a liar and a fraud. By a 5th pregnancy, she should have shown a belly the day after conception. She is also an older mother (so she says) and would have had a hard time losing the baby weight so quickly.

She can fool male reporters but she can't fool women who have given birth.

Gryphen, cnn.com has a story today in the "politics" section called "11 Myths Debunked" and Palin's fake pregnancy is one of the "myths". At least they are talking about it??? This is not responsible journalism!!! Here is the excerpt:
    4) The myth: Sarah Palin didn't give birth to baby Trig.

The facts: Soon after Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin was announced as Sen. John McCain's 2008 presidential running mate, rumors abounded that her newborn son, Trig, who was born with Down syndrome, was not hers.

The McCain campaign, along with Palin herself, shot down the rumor.

Conspiracy theorists, now called "Trig Truthers," point to photos taken in late March of that year in which Palin's stomach appears, they say, to be flat -- not the image of an expectant mother. But other photos show her with a round stomach.

Then there's the question of why Palin waited so long to seek medical attention after her water broke during a trip to Texas. Reports indicate that it took more than 15 hours for her to get to a hospital after flying back to Alaska.

Some claimed that the baby, born in April, might have been that of teenage daughter Bristol. But Bristol gave birth to her own child, Tripp, in December. Myth busted.

Or maybe Sarah wanted to get the help of Joe the Plumber to fix her broken water problems! Or maybe she was afraid that she might have burdened the taxpayers of Alaska with the bill for socialist health care in a different state, so she came back to Mat-Su where she could pay the entire cost of the birth out of her own pocket. Because I'm sure she did not use government-paid health care for the birthin' of lil' deflicted Tread.

Or worst of all, she might have been worried that if she pushed out a less-than-perfect babykins anywhere else, some Obamacare Death Panel would order lil' Spurt inserted directly into the Cuisinart Infanticider©®℗℠™!!! I would like to remind Gryphen's readers of a story that Steve Schmidt told about the 2008 campaign. Sarah complained that people were badgering her about Todd's Alaska Independence Party affiliation, and she wanted Schmidt to but an end to the rumors and questions.

Schmidt said that he hadn't heard those questions that Palin was complaining about. Sarah offered the explanation that when it was time to pick a political party on a form, Todd ticked the AIP by accident when he meant to check "Independent."

The problem is that Todd had 7 years of affiliation with the AIP, and Sarah was happy to address them to show her support for them. Schmidt refused to lie for her, and said that he would not lie when it could be so easily disproved.

That ought to give everyone an idea of how far Sarah will go distract people from investigating an embarrassing situation. So Todd was a member of the AIP. Schmidt told Palin to just answer that Todd loves his country, and move on to the next question. These latest revived memories of seeing Sarah's covered abdomen, coincides with a time when Sarah herself is on record as telling McAllister to put a end to the rumors about Bristol. Those rumors were swirling around, and strong arming a couple of reporters, scrubbing some computers and making some pictures disappear won't change the story.

Sarah didn't look pregnant. If she was pregnant, flying at 8 months with a special needs child, leaking fluid and in labor was a risky decision, and it put the other airline passengers at risk, too. Sarah's choice was to deliver a premature special needs child in a small town hospital with no neonatal facilities. Trig was delivered with jaundice and a hole in his heart, prematurely, by a general practice doctor who had only delivered a couple of other children that year. All of that is high risk behavior, too, and speaks to Sarah's very bad judgement.

Two ways to look at this story; Sarah was NOT pregnant or she was and wanted to kill the baby by the wild ride. Either way, Sarah loses and is not a credible honest person and is a danger to this country.

Will we hear a third place now that Trig was born as Sarah can't remember?

I had one miscarriage when I was 42. Very painful emotionally and physically. At 43, Sarah Palin had had 2 miscarriages. How could Sarah Palin, with a history of miscarriage, and her husband RISK THEIR D.S. CHILD'S LIFE by letting her give a stupid SPEECH, bypass birth/medical facilities in Texas, take TWO SEPARATE LONG FLIGHTS, then bypass the N.I.C.U. in Anchorage, and drive to the Mat-Su valley where there were no specialists? And both Palin and her husband approved of this? My husband wouldn't have stood by for any of that, not for a second.

Anon@10:44 you need to do some research on Hawaii's birth certificates. We all have. Every state is different. In Hawaii, the long form is preserved in archives and a certificate of live birth is issued. It is acceptable for driver's licenses and passports. You're a bot and therefore a moron.

To those trolls who keep bringing up the President's birth certificate, I have a question for you....

What "proof" do you offer that he wasn't born in Hawaii? You keep yelling about a long form birth certificate but I have yet to see any of you provide proof that his mother left for Kenya pregnant and returned to this country with an infant.

Even if in some alternate universe that happened, you realize the President would still be an American right?

The state of Hawaii has certified his birth. You all say that's not good enough but what do you offer that refutes that? Bueller? Bueller? Anyone?

Here's what makes the most sense to me now:

Having learned that she was carrying a DS child and after her self-admitted ambivalence and struggle to come to terms with it - Sarah likely viewed the child as already damaged, not worthy of the same level of caution and care, or perhaps even expendable.

So she did what narcissists do: whatever makes them feel good.

She wanted to make the speech because it advanced her career, preferred to get back to Alaska and the convenience of a hospital closer to home, etc.

We keep ascribing to her the attributes of a normal, mentally healthy person.

It's a mistake, because she is neither of those.

I've seen Sarah dangle Trig from her arm, and pass him off to strangers, in the dead of a winter night, while he wears no shoes, no pants, just a sweatshirt and a diaper. Many pictures of her book tour show this same image. She sure doesn't look like a caring mother.

And just days before Loy sees this "bump", Palin is able to cross her legs and lean forward with her legs still crossed in the Newsweek interview (video still available at palindeceptions site and elsewhere on the web).

Loy claims the "bump" and deliberately chooses to ignore the crossed leg lean. Loy is either delusional or deliberately lying.

One thing I've been thinking about: Apparently it's horribly inappropriate to ask questions about $arah's pregnancy and birth of Trig. But, apparently, it's NOT inappropriate for a news crew who got a tip to barge into the hospital labor and delivery suite, happen upon the grandparents, take over an empty room, decorate it with balloons, and snap photos of an infant barely 6 hours old. Nope, $arah has nooooo problem with the "lamestream" media barging in on her the very day she has a baby.

I always thought that that photo that you showed in the blog today was a sad and teary Sarah that had just had a very premature infant that she found would probably live with lots of dollars and medical care thrown at it. I think we are seeing the true "postpartum" Sarah Palin in that photo and she didn't start faking until March when he was "out of the woods". Sarah looks very sad and haggard in that photo and it would be the proper time frame for her to have given birth to Trig with all of his problems at 30 weeks or so gestation. This is the postpartum Trig photo; everything else is just Palin play acting until he gets out of NICU.

Palin lied. McCain lied. Palin is a outstandingly unfit to hold any public office because she is stupid and mentally unstable. McCain knew it and still ran her for VEEP.

This "two reporters, one belly" story tells me that Palin has been cut loose to twist slowly in the wind. She's left to polish up her pitiful "evidence" on her own, the big backers are silently withdrawing.

Okay. Let's get back to Trig's parentage by first putting to rest Sarah's crazy story about her flight back to AK while leaking amniotic fluid.

Every damning detail about that horrific account - showing over and over and over her gross negligence - needs to be detailed.

That's the birth story she wants to stick with? Fine. She should have to face the horror of what she says she did, ante up to the plate and answer questions about it.

Also, I think people with backgrounds in HIPPA and law should come up with a sound, legally tight paper explaining to Cathy B-Johnson that she is not obligated to lie to cover a patient. She should be shown that her silence on the Wild Ride account makes it sound as if it's okay for pregnant women to start leaking fluid then lolly-gag their way to a medical facility when it suits their fancy.

She should be shown - the world should be shown (and if it has to start on a blog, fine) that Cathy isn't legally obligated to protect Sarah when in fact Sarah lied about telling Cathy re: the leaking fluid.

In Sarah's account (which, I realize most people on this blog do not believe) she says she told Cathy at 4am Texas time that she was starting to leak fluid but wanted to give her speech anyway and then proceed back to Alaska.

There is absolutely no way this happened.

Sarah is lying and Cathy is covering for Sarah's lie by her silence.

Cathy has to be shown, legally, that she isn't obligated to keep this charade of silence up. Sarah in no way told Cathy this.

    Cathy needs to come clean.

The truth needs to come out.

According to her own testimony, Sarah lied and she demonstrated horrific judgement.

She should be forced to face this and answer for it.

She wants to be our commander-in-chief. And she is running.

3rdly, yes females have internal organs that allow us to live; lungs, kidneys, bladder, liver, heat, if a baby doesn't grow outwardly, but more inward as Sp may have us believe, from the mother's body then a woman would have all kinds of life survival issues; breathing difficulties, the human body is designed to allow the uterus to expand so a woman will survive pregnancy... breathing, urinating, bowel problems..possibly even bowel obstruction and rupture if the developing fetus were not to expand outside the female body

“Beating a Dead Horse” by Dick Allen

We took delight in this, walking around the horse,
    kicking its belly, bending down
to look directly into its dead eyes,
punching it, slugging it, cursing it—the great
beast lying on its side, its flanks
    unheaving now. How we rejoiced!
How we called out to our friends, “Come join us!”
urging them to leave their democratic porches
and their sad little jokes. Our smallest ones
jumped on its flanks, for with a good running start
you could get up enough momentum
to crack its ribs. The tiniest girls
slapped its muzzle, dug into its ears. Teenagers
kneed it, flogged it, and even our oldest citizens
drew close, dreading it no more,
then spat into its mane. Like a silhouette
lying in the white dust, the dead horse
of course did not flinch nor beg for sugar,
nudging our hands as in the recent past,
but took each blow as if it deserved each one
and had it coming to it from the very start
when it pranced in our stables, we listened to it
whinnying for hours in the wooden stalls.

    (1) Real mothers would never risk the life of their unborn child by NOT getting checked once the leaking started. NO DOCTOR would have okayed her to fly. (3) NO REAL MOTHER would risk giving birth to a premature baby in the aisles of a plane. It would never happen. And it didn't happen. Paylin is a liar.

Wow, all these new stories coming out of the woodwork after three years of speculation! I guess they all conveniently forgot about seeing $arah's "pregnant belly" at the gym like Julia O'Malley talked about in her recent column and Wesley Loy had a severe case of amnesia during which he lost all memory of actually asking $arah if he could see her baby bump! Can anyone imagine her taking that question as lightly as he says she did? NEVER, look at how upset she got when the ADN told her they wanted to debunk the Trig rumors once and for all so she would no longer be bothered by it. Did she agree? HELL NO! She wouldn't cooperate in the least, instead she ignored all calls and emails from the ADN.

It looks as if Palin is calling in favors, or her friends are, as I doubt she has any favors left in AK from reporters after the way she treats the media. As for O'Malley and Loy, that was some ridiculous story-telling considering it took you 3 years to come up with those lame reasons as to why you think $arah wasn't faking her pregnancy. They don't add anything to the story except to make more people question why you didn't report this sooner. It's not exactly earth-shattering info but it sounds like it came directly from Palin's book of lies that she thinks everyone believes simply because she's the one doing the telling. I guess she has yet to realize that the majority of the country is quite familiar with her penchant for lying about the least inconsequential matters and things of utmost importance, doesn't seem to matter which it is, it's just easier for her to lie than it is for her to tell the truth. That's a mental illness in case you didn't realize it, $arah. Your family must know you're crazy by now since it took most of the country little more than a couple months to catch on.

How does someone who is faking a pregnancy and is asked to show their covered abdomen prove anything? This is as absurd as the hoax itself. I just don't understand the stupidity of some people and how they think other people are just as stupid.

Rumors, innuendo and inconclusive photographs do not a true story make, but the fact of the matter is that three years after the birth of Trig Paxson Van Palin, there is no proof that Sarah Palin is his biological mother.

I can believe she birthed Trig. I've
always thought she birthed him, but
was ashamed of him, that is why she
hid the pregnancy. It wasn't until McCain
won the nom that she decided Trig
could be of use to her. Maybe she would
have aborted Trig if McCain hadn't gotten
the GOP nomination. She admitted she'd
debated aborting him earlier. Is SP that
cold-blooded? Keep a DS baby as her
    trump card?

Gotta wonder what dirt Palin has on these 2 reporters to make them tell a story as stupid as "I saw the belly". The Palin mafia grip on the Mat-Su and Alaska is still mighty.

OF COURSE, Palin had a belly. It's front and center in the Gusty photos. Everyone can see Palin had a belly. Was there a baby in that belly? A premature DS baby with with soon-to-be jaundice and heart trouble in that belly? A belly that just conveniently waited to cross a continent and meander out to the valley in spite of having leaked amniotic fluid a full day before?

    Was it a miracle belly?

Palin is lying. The reporters are idiots. And WE are not stupid.

    Guys--change the meme--Sarah Palin
did give birth to Trig & cared so little
for him that she risked his life. She hid
him, then put his life in danger, and later
she admitted she'd debated aborting him.

(UPDATED) Three Years On: Why The Sarah Palin Birth Hoax Story Won’t & Shouldn’t Go Away

Let's ask $arah about the Legislative aide who ran into her after hours in the State Capitol building. Both were surprised to see each other. Palin did NOT have her fake pregnancy pillow on and this was the first week in April of 08. Just days before "delivery."

  197. Sarah has that same sly "cat that ate the canary" look as she shows in the Elan Frank video when she is lying about her tight abs.

It can't be repeated enough: it doesn't matter how many pictures "show" a "pregnant" Palin (although, shockingly, there are precious few of those). We know how easy it is to fake a pregnancy. What Palin cannot explain is how she managed to NOT look pregnant in so many pictures. How does a six or seventh month pregnant woman manage to have a flat stomach... and even more surprisingly.... manage to bend over?? The new line that she never showed until the last month is laughable. The Palin mythology grows more absurd every day.

She didn't give birth to him, there is no hospital that will let a DS premature baby go home in 3 days. Palin herself said she took him to work with her 3 days later, that's a lie and so is the rest of her flighty story.

AOL CEO Tim Armstrong, the far right conservative who now controls Huffington Post, also happens to be a major financial supporter to SarahPAC. I’m sure this is why “Trig Birther” threads are now disallowed on Huffington Post.
