Well I certainly cannot endorse Palin's choice of authors, but I completely support the idea of promoting a couple of great books for all of you to enjoy this summer.

Even though I already heard a lot of it when her act is all together in one book you really see how disturbing her quest for power is. I believe the review that was published on the alaskadispatch written by the Christian science monitor was a smear job trying to deter people from reading the book. I encourage all to read it then donate it to your local library.

Just go to the site and download Kindle for PC and you could be reading Mr Dunn's book this evening. I got my through Kindle for Android and finished it yesterday. Like a comment earlier in the thread, a lot of the info in the book was known already, but to see it all in one place - along with a LOT of stuff that I hadn't heard about before??? I thought it was a great read. Can't wait until next week when Mr Bailey's book becomes available. (about 10 days if things go well with the ethics check in AK)

ReplyDeleteConstantly throughout this delicious read I have wondered if Sarah, Todd,and Bristol are reading. I assume that they are compelled to read. Then the giggles overtake me as it is so far beyond their reading and comprehension level.
I picture them reading aloud to one another, fighting over how to pronounce certain words. Lying to each other about what the words mean. Fighting over who has to look a word up this time.

Anyway, Dunn is a consumate old school writer, he leaves no stone unturned and is meticulous with facts. Facts, not being Sarah's forte', will ultimately be her downfall.

I stayed up reading till one AM, and I must say, this is a very scary book. SP will do or say ANYTHING. Human life, truth, compassion, have no value to her.
Dunn's book does a great job of destroying the idea that Frank Bailey is just one "disgruntled ex-employee".
SP was manipulative and dishonest with scores of people she worked with.
