President Obama MIGHT be starting to lose his patience with the Republicans.

I would pay big money to see the President start off his next Weekly Address like this.

Yes, I know it would be a bad idea.

(But I would still love it!)

I enjoyed that bully wuss Trump slink off the stage, hah! And now all the torture apologists are busy examining each other's backsides in the reflected glow of the President's real achievements

There is no reason for President Obama to actually speak those words. As usual, his actions speak louder than his words.

Unlike Sarah Palin, whose words speak louder than her actions.

Love it! And he looks good wearing that hat. ;-)

POTUS is beginning to show his real game. Look out Reps. Sarah won't know what hit her and she'll shit in her britches.

I have been skeptical of policy flip flops POTUS has made in the past, but will listen and watch his re-election strategy unfold. The journey to 2012 is on!

    Sound familiar????
At least Maria has the guts to say this wasn't acceptable in a marriage:

"Arnold Schwarzenegger had child with employee"

"...Arnold Schwarzenegger revealed late Monday that his marriage was on the rocks because his wife Maria Shriver left him, and had done it after finding out that he fathered a child with a household employee."

Stephanie Miller is always suggesting he open up his press conferences & appearances with the theme music from "Shaft." Can you imagine the wingnut response to that???

I am thankful every day that Obama/Biden are our president and VP, and the other ticket lost.

I think of that when I get sad about "sovereign" citizens and the crazy fundies that are in the news. They will LOSE and look like fools.

Sane and loving people will go quietly about their business, and step forward to make sure 2012 continues the progress we have made.

President Obama's visit to Booker T Washington High School yesterday in Memphis was alone enough to warrant his reelection. His address and the reaction of the graduates was one of the most touching things I have ever seen, and I am an old white guy.

  16. WHO says it would be a bad idea?? That's one of the best ideas I've heard in the last 10 years?? Especially if he sent a private letter to Mitch McConnell and Boner (cc'ing the New Your Times) sating just those words...

"Anything else you want MoFo's ?? Last chance to ask...One item per invitee.. If the answer is "I don't know - that counts as your current request and your next two - one a year.

    AMF!!!

  17. I call it the Obama Syndrome. No matter what he does, he can't do it right, according to these lame-ass people. And we all know the underlying racism that is associated with these people. He sure gets my R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

I would too!!! Thought the picture so cute of him in the cowboy hat.

He is well liked throughout the nation there is no doubt. Think he'll give them a tough run for their money and I hope he stomps on them as he did Trump at the correspondence dinner in D.C. He could do it w/rumor beautifully.

I say when a person's words and actions are congruent that speaks like shouting beyond actions being louder.

I have observed Palin supporters disregard Obama's words as if Palin is entitled to dictate like a puppet master making up words for Obama. Palin controls the script casting herself saint, Obama and others as the sinners/demons.

That picture was taken during the 2008 campaign on a stop at the University of Texas in Austin (hugely blue part of the state like most of the metropolitan areas and the Valley). If I had been a campaign advisor, I would have said "Senator, please, don't even think of putting on a cowboy hat if it is offered to you. It's a tough look to pull off and we don't need visuals like Kerry in a clean suit out at KSC."

But, goodness, does he ever look AMAZING in that picture! The calm confidence sent the perfect message. Can you imagine Romney or Gingrich wearing that hat? PFFFTTT!!!!!

Obama to GOP, à la Clevon Little in "Blazing Saddles": "Excuse me while I whip this out..."

It was quite entertaining to watch the president kick Trump to the curb and then watch Trump self-deliver his own coup de grâce.

Then, in the second scene, President Obama serves up the GOP bin Laden's head on a plate. It was certainly not done simply for partisan effect, but that effect was palpable and devastating nonetheless.

Predictably, the GOP has been wetting itself over Obama getting bin Laden. They try to credit Bush or somehow minimize Obama's involvement. How the hell can they portray Bush as personally leading the raid by Seal Team Six while simultaneously trying to deny Obama any credit at all? They paint themselves as petty, jealous, and incompetent in but a single stroke.

When discussing Obama's manhood privately amongst themselves, much to their consternation I imagine that Republicans sound much like Madeline Kahn in her scene in the dark from "Blazing Saddles":

    "Oh it's Twue.... it's twue.... it's twue!"

Yup. It's twue that THIS cowboy is so much more than just an arrogant swaggering moron.

O/T - maybe not - Reading first pages of Dunn's book after the epilogue.

It appears to me the Teapattie RW newly elected governors are spawned from the same seed as $P. Her "cleaning" house by summarily discharging any employees, almost immediately after getting elected smacks of the "house cleaning" (hate-based by $P & Tper govs)occurring everywhere those idiots are holding office. Hopefully temporarily 'til next voting occurs.

It seems the previous rabid history on the TP gov's could possibly match $P's bullying, lying, hate filled past that did not surface until after her grifting launch via J Mac's team.

We are so fortunate to have the elegant, interested first lady and the bright, articulate, strategizing Obama to help us through this ugly morass created and maintained by the dictatorial stands of the crazy right wingers who can think only with their dicks, it seems.

For $P she focuses on thinking with her empty uterus. We have to admit it has brought her tons of $$$.

Thanks Gryphen for all you do to inform us and support the truth hunting!
