Bristol Palin's metro Phoenix home is for rent. Asking price $1,400 a month.
The daughter of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin purchased the home in the city of Maricopa for $172,000 earlier this year.
Bristol's mother Sarah bought a north Scottsdale home for nearly $1.7 million in May. Maybe Bristol plans to spend more time at her mom's house, which is about an hour drive from Maricopa in the far southeast Valley. Plus Sarah Palin's house has a nicer kitchen and swimming pool.
Bristol's home has two-and-a-half bathrooms, five bedrooms, a three-car garage but no swimming pool. It was built in 2005.
Daughter Palin, well-known for her stint Dancing with the Stars, has her home listed on the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.
No animals allowed in the rental, unless they are assistive for handicapped individuals.
Well now, isn't THIS interesting news?
Of course it could just be because Bristol is about to start her reality show with the Massey brothers and is not going to be spending very much time in Arizona. But in that case you would assume she would still want to keep it available for visits, and would NOT want strangers in her home unless she was planning on being away for at least six months, or even a few years.
Or perhaps that was the plan all along, to buy this place as a future rental and only live there until her mother could finally get HER place, and then move in with her.
Whatever the answer you KNOW that is will be the opposite of whatever the Palins say it is.
Come on, this is the Palins, there's no plan, just reactions. This is how she would govern - all tactics, no strategy. Someone thought it would be cool for Bristol to live in Arizona, go to school, own a house. Some minion identified a house did the deal, then she got there and realized what Maricopa is like - just like Scottsdale but no luxury pad. The clue she would live with LuLu at the compound was the play set going up.

ReplyDeleteYou buy it as a residence. She paid cash but if you get a loan, you get a lower interest rate. Then after a time you rent it out for whatever it takes to cover the mortgage, taxes and insurance.
It doesn't cost that much to install a pool.
She'll be living at Mom's. $1.7 million can't compete with $172,000. Plus I think the southeast might be the trashy section, I don't remember. But Scottsdale is where the elite live.

Does this mean she won't be on the campaign trail? We can hope...
If Bristol's renting out the house (good luck with that), through a real estate agent, she would have to lease it for at least 6 months to a year. Otherwise, ithe commission isn't worth the agent's time to be bothered with it.

I will never be convinced Bristol isn't trying to metamorphose into Willow via plastic surgery. But just as when we try to take something else made by God- such as sunlight- and reproduce it...we're left with a horrible artificial version of the original. Bristol's new face is to Willow's what tanning beds are to the sun.

ReplyDeleteI am telling you, it is PAINFUL to look at what Bristol did to her beautiful face. Say what you will about her, but she was a pretty girl. I think she must have also done something to her cheeks because her eyes are very much affected- like they are squinched or something.

Bristol's a lovely young lady and such a good mom. I saw her and Tripp at Target in Chandler, Arizona recently. She looked so fit and they were laughing. Someone else was with them but I don't know who he was. He was hot though. Real hot!

I remember the Scottsdale of 20 years ago. My uncle had a beautiful adobe house that an artist had built. It had a stream running through the house, a whole wall rolled back to an outdoor living area, local flagstone floors, just a fantastic place. We would sit out on the porch and watch the birds, coyotes, javalinas pass through. He sold it just as the whole place got subdivided and the grid lines of roads were put in. The whole place is totally unrecognizable now. I'm glad my uncle got out while he did, he'd have been miserable living in the upscale, mansion in a box on a postage stamp that the place is now.

I recall reading an article claiming that fat tends to come back after liposuction, not in the area where the liposuction was done but around it. Does anyone recall this? I didn't pay too much attention at the time because liposuction isn't an issue of relevance in my life. From the sounds and looks of it, Bristdull pushed for more extensive sculpting than is normally done. As others have said, it's sad to see how a naturally wholesome, lovely, if not drop-dead-gorgeous, young face has been transformed in an attempt to look drop-dead gorgeous. But one can't help but wonder if the worst is yet to come.

In Bristol's case, usually girls get breast implants to make their fat faces and body look smaller.

You did this also, too, at such a tender young age - you will pay for it 10 years down the road, when you will need another facelift, and then another, and another, and... These needed facelifts will come closer and closer together. Here's to hoping you will have enough $$$ in the future to pay for them!

Palin's smarter clone is about to start outshining her in politics Let's not forget that Bachmann is just as crazy, is a real born again (not pretend, like Sarah), is smarter, takes instruction better than Palin, is educated, and has credentials, i.e. tax attorney. The other important thing is Bachmann doesn't have all the skeletons in her closet and horrendous family issues. I lived in her district for ten years. Not a word was ever heard about her children or foster children. In short, Bachmann scares me more than Sarah because she won't self-destruct.

Sarah Palin appears to have been a victim of mortgage fraud, after she invested in a company that paid $1.7 million for an Arizona home with a title tainted by the so-called "robo-signer" scandal.
ReplyDeleteDuring the scandal, mortgage companies failed to properly document foreclosures, according to an analysis carried out by a mortgage fraud examiner in Massachusetts, The Huffington Post reports.
Palin confirmed last week that she was part of a company that bought a five-bedroom house in Scottsdale, Ariz., in May.
But records on the property compiled by the fraud examiner shows that at least two fraudulent signatures were involved in re-financing.

ReplyDeleteI personally think the original was much more attractive than the current one-size-fits-all plastic Hollywood model #87. She now looks like every other young Hollywood bimbo with a fake face and a fake personality. Then again, I suppose that just goes along with her fake life and fake family.
Probably more than any of her siblings (except maybe for Track), Bristol had the opportunity to make a new and good life for herself and her child(ren), separate from the soap opera that is Palin World. But she chose to follow in her mother's footsteps and become as shallow and greedy and vain as her mother is. And when the spotlight fades, what will she have left?
What a shame and a waste...

The strategists for the GOP decided to switch tatics, so Bristol was presented close to normal size after that. It was all packaging the Palin product to sell to the American voters, IMO.
Kind of off topic (then again, maybe not) but WHERE THE HELL is Trig? Gryphen, please do a post on a timeline of when the last time was Trig has appeared in public at all.

Somebody mentioned Brisket has a couple of speeches coming up. All I have to say is what retard is willing to pay a girl who barely made it out of high school to speak about the 2 years of her adult life? She'll probably make more in 1/2 an hour than some people make in a year and she missed months of high school for what they said was mono. The only experience she has is putting her legs up in the air or being on all four.
