e-mail from SP re: resignation bash

I am sending this email to confirm that I am, indeed, resigning as Governor and that I will never, ever, not in a million years or for all the tea in China return to politics after I quit this job.

    maybe she forgot.

Well, I have been spending an enjoyable lot of time here since Countdown went off. I will still come here everyday, but-Oh boy! Will it be fun to have KO back. He should make a movie, a la SP... call it "The Unfettered" I'm smiling. Noooo... I'm sure the new Countdown will be new and improved, and likely all we need from KO.

  4. OT: Gryphen, just saw your earlier post about Shailey (had seen Phil's and then went directly to Shailey's myself); I commented at Phil's about an email I found yesterday where Todd has lost his address book (email dated October 18, 2007) to Frank Bailey and Kristina Perry. This might have nothing to do with the prostitution scandal, but he was asking them if they had seen it and people were looking everywhere for it; kind of amusing, eh? I found myself wondering then and especially now: just whose names and phone numbers, etc. were in that address book?

No, @8:34, she didn't forget, she's the quintessential c*#k tease of politics. She just wants to make lots of benjamins and the way to do that is to stay relevant. We take relevance away from Sarah Palin and her $$$$s dry up. Notice she didn't say "not for all the millions of dollars I can make." How many things did Levi Johnston say about Sarah, in one of his first interviews, have come true? ie she hated her job and just wanted to go out and make lots of money and be adored by her fans. Did Levi say that? Did it come true?
On Topic: Glad to see KO back on TV. If you have Dish TV the channel is 196 and he will be on at 8:00 pm EDT, opposite LOD on MSNBC.

I should have used the adjective "consummate" instead of "quintessential" in my last comment.

  7. It was SO good to see Keith on TV, again!

And, oh, that rapier wit - especially when he razzed Stephen that "somebody has to wear the pants."

OT, but this is unbelievable. In the recent article from the AP, the following:
"Perez said Palin gave the state a CD with emails from her Yahoo account so they could be included as part of the state's archive, and other employees were asked to review their private accounts for emails related to state business and to send those to their state accounts."
You have got to me f'ing kidding me! Palin provides her emails on a CD! Wow, talk about checks and balances...NOT.

Yeah, the only thing funny was when Olbermann razzed Colbert about pants. And that was so funny! hahahahahahaha! Wasn't it?

Keith Olbermann is a boring man and I really do now think he is mentally ill. He's very preoccupied with defending himself and proving that he isn't and that gives it away. I think it would be better if he doesn't come back to represent the left in any way. much too dangerous.

is that you Sarah? Too bad the rest of the world thinks he is great. He's an honest and humble man and I LOVED his show. Congrats on his new show!

Anyone know if KO's new show will be available online anywhere? I don't have cable beyond the basic connection which gives me about 15 channels.

I follow Rachel and Lawrence O'D online and would like to check out KO's new show as well.

No Dis Gusted, I'm not sarah and I hate sarah. I'm a true liberal living in Canada, and even if I was a Canadian conservative I would still be left of you and more sensible than any american pig.

My motivation in saying what I did about Olbermann is in the fact that the left needs to pick and choose who we lay all our cards on the table for. We can do better than Olbermann who is going to turn out to be another embarrassment because he's a ticking bomb. So how do you think the Weinergate controversy served the cause of the left? Could you for one minute stop and think how it would be better for our cause if we didn't get into these messes to begin with? Anything gained with Larry Craig's wide stance has now been negated by Weiner.
