SarahPAC spends their donations on air travel, bus rental, and hotel costs for Sarah Palin, and whichever family member she can bribe/convince/threaten to come with her, so that she can travel to a certain venue in the United States.
Then Palin is filmed walking around, shaking hands, and answering a few reporters questions.
That footage is then very carefully edited to make it appear that she did something political.
The same soaring soundtrack that was in her previous pseudo political advertisements is then added to tug at the heartstrings of the viewers.
After that the whole thing is thrown up on various pro-Palin websites to encourage MORE donations to SarahPAC, which are necessary to pay for the NEXT fake political appearance, in order to obtain MORE footage to use in the NEXT fake political commercial, which can then be used to grift MORE money from the slowest learners on the planet.
Do I have that about right?
A couple of things to note.
First, we now understand the reason behind this huge, gaudy bracelet that Palin wore in Iowa.
If you watch the video you will notice that EVERY time she shakes someones hand the red, white and ridiculous accoutrement is prominently displayed, sending the subliminal message that Palin is super-duper patriotic.
Second there were also a large number of brown people in the video, which proves, once again, that Palin is definitely reading the comments here and recognized that people noticed that her other videos had featured ONLY white folks.
Third, there was a LOT of effort this time to show Palin answering questions from REPORTERS.
Clearly that is in response to criticisms that she never spoke to any members of the press except Fox News talking heads. Which means to me, that Palin purposefully went out of her way to talk to reporters specifically for THIS video.

So Palin swoops into Iowa, distracts the media from covering the REAL candidates running for the GOP nomination, and gets a fundraising video out of the deal as well. Pretty slick.
The only down side for Sister Sarah is that she managed to piss off almost everybody who ever supported her. But as long as she can still string along the dipshits over at the Sea O' Pea, and get them to send her their hard earned money, I am not sure she even gives a flying crap about whose toes she steps on.
Which I guess really only leaves one question left to answer about Snowdrift Snooki's next move.

When the clavicle is showing to the degree that it is on Palin here, when you can find comments all over blogs saying she's emaciated, when Audrey's wise words rise up to remind us that this has been going on for some time, then I feel comfortable calling it like I see it.
And what I see is mental illness and poor health. This woman needs an intervention. And we don't need anyone with this reaction to stress anywhere near the White House. Common sense solutions aside, of course.

The editing of the video is soooooo awful.
ReplyDeleteThe distorted slow-mo camera movements and pans, along with slowing the action, just dissipates all the pent-up passion and energy and excitement. The narrator says passion, but the camera yawns. The camera movement would make sense if it was the view from a carnival ride, otherwise the viewer is left with a bit of queasiness and no thrill. Furthermore, the senseless choppiness resembles Palin's word-salad rather than a compelling story.
Did Palin bring her own film crew, or was Greta along with hers?
One thing that can't be fixed as long as Palin insists upon doing all the talking: her voice. We don't hear her listening, just screeching away like a record needle carving its own groove and falling repeatedly back into earlier paths. She badly needs a voice coach. She has the money to hire the best. How can she use her voice to emphasize a point, if it is at full pitch and full volume all the time???

The Bus trips were obviously just to gather patriotic footage for campaign commercials, because she plans to run by FB, twitter and youtube.

Her ego and greed won't allow her to sit on the sidelines and her laziness, cowardice and lack of discipline won't allow her to run a serious campaign. It will be flashy but without substance, just like her bus tours and FOX interviews.She will do just enough to stay relevant, then drop out under the guise of protecting her family.

REAL presidential candidates (or any political candidates) don't behave like mean catty 12 year old girls. REAL presidential candidates are smart, thoughtful and behave like adults. REAL candidates are able to show up for debates. REAL candidates answer the questions. REAL candidates can actually have a conversation with anyone without looking like they don't have a clue about anything.
You get my drift. I could go on but what is the point. She is a shallow, ignorant shell of a human being. She has no brain power at all and the idiots who couldn't see it before are finally seeing it now. She is toast.
Now we just need to get rid of Bachmann & Perry and our country will be better off.

I was wondering what we were going to do for fun when Sarah FINALLY becomes completely irrelevant and takes her money and goes away also, too. This video was to show everyone how relevant she was to the press in Iowa. She was saying "see, I get more press than the real candidates". She just has to put herself in front of everybody for whatever reason just to be able to look at herself. She will have a lot of video to look back on in her old age and tell everyone how important she was "way back when"...
