Let's start the day with a mental health break. How does that sound?

Yep, that certainly hits the spot!

You can find more at the Obama Diary.

Pitiful little teabaggers have their hands full. Kind of hard to paint that man has someone who is out to ¨destroy American.¨

Yup, he's a good man. A great man, too. His credit is good with me. Feel free to make a mistake or two, in the days to come, Mr. President. Your credit will STILL be good with me. We owe you a lot.

Morning Gryphen! Note who the PoTUS is wearing his wedding band, unlike a couple of grifters we all know and hate.

I would so let Obama read to my preschooler! Sarah Palin, on the other hand, I wouldn't trust with any of my children! She's toxic.

@2:27 - "did he really read his own book?" Yes, dodo brain, that's what real authors do.

I bought my niece President Obama's children's book _Of Thee I Sing._ All proceeds go to charity.

The book he is holding up is not a page in _Of Thee I Sing._

I am proud of our First Family and hope they continue to be our First Family from Sunday, January 20, 2013 through noon Friday, January 20, 2017, at which time they will be our former First Family.

The way that children respond to this man just makes my heart burst with joy. Children KNOW. The expressions on the kids' faces always make me a little bit prouder of our man in the White House.

The man is magic with children. And not a bad commander in chief too.

Is President Obama actually sitting in a teeny-tiny kindergardener's chair??

I LOVE IT !! (this tall/lanky man with his knees up in his face...)

Shows his true ability to reach people at their level. (and willingness to get down their)

    JIMO.
    Thank you Gryph :)

Remember when he wanted to talk to the schoolchildren and the repubes started crapping their pants and kept their kids home from school that day so the uppity negro communist muslin President wouldn't molest them with his liberal words? Yea. You all remember. I hate conservatives.

The page displayed says"a puppy!!!" and it was requested by one of the children whose parents had bought it for their family a couple of years ago.

When the little girl asked that he read it, he complied. How cool is that? The parents said they rushed over to the school with the book when they heard he would be visiting it.

If you watch the video on the Obama Diary site, it is clear that the book is The First Pup: The Real Story of How Bo Got to the White House by Bob Staake.

  16. I may not always agree with our president, but I never for one moment regretted voting for him. I am proud to call him my president and will most definitely vote for him again.

The biggest reason I love him is because he just goes about doing his job and leading the country everyday without the need to say, "Hey, look at all the stuff I did today. Aren't I great?" It's such a refreshing change of pace after the last administration.
