I think that about sums it up, don't you?
I don't do open threads as a rule, but I think it would be okay to consider this an open thread.
I vote for TV gigs, leading to more money - TLC reality show is my guess. Here is some news re her current employer:

Oh and here I thought $carah quit / dropped out / high-tailed-it / slunk off into the sunset, because she wanted to spend more time with Tawd, cause after all - have you SEEN Tawd ?!?!?
with the lackluster field, you would think she'd grab her cojones, put on her man pants, feed the belly fire and get in the game. But we all know why she can't do that. She has a servant's heart? Self-serving, that is.
Add to that list that she wants to spend more time with all her shady LLCs, her PieSpy thing, and unwrapping that disastrous bus from her "history vacation".
This has to have been the worst four years in Alaskan history and certainly the worst two years in American history. What boggles my mind is the ignorance displayed by the paint chip eaters...proof that the American education system is as successful as the maiden voyage of the Titanic. Epic Fail doesn't even begin to describe the situation...and the worst part is she won't fade away like Dan Quayle.
I like what one of Sarah's Troll's came up with tonight - Sarah's "momentary frailty". (Except Sarah's "moment" appears to have gone on since her childhood.)
It is certainly strange that Track's baby...another grandchild or his wife Britta, are never mentioned out of Sarah's mouth. It's like he's not part of the family. Wonder what he's holding over her head because "methinks" there is a rat there somewhere.

Went over to SarahPAC for some stupid reason. When the page comes up, a window appears encouraging people to donate to the One Nation bus tour. Goes without sayin' that thing isn't happening. Don't you think she could get the webmaster to take that pop-up down? Underneath she talks of "revolution". Out of her mind.
I see she made sure to point out Rosh Hoshannah and send her New Year greetings to the Jewish community. More and more, I think she was backed by the NeoCons in this country, the ones who have ties to Bibi Netanyahu and are part of the AIPAC crowd, also the AEI, the Heritage Foundation, and other NeoCon think tanks. I wonder if they are still going to try and help her or if they finally figured she was a liability and not an asset.

Thanks for the open thread, Gryphen. I've been wondering for almost two years now what ever happened to Bree Palin. I absolutely loved that blog! Bree abruptly closed up shop about the time of the two babies contoversy. if I am remembering correctly. I loved all of the commenters on Bree's site. Where is Mrs. Tarquin Biscuitbarrel? I love, love, love, your name!! Anytime I see Bree comment here I just want to shout out to her and wish her luck in whatever she is doing now.
Maybe we should start a friendly pool as to when Palin will get fired by Roger Ailes. I need to do something to win back that $10 that Palin cost me by not running.
If I can pick two dates, I'll say Halloween or Thanksgiving. Both dates seem satisfying in self explanatory ways.

8:17, The "godson's" mother is Bristol herself. I believe the childs name is TRistan and he apparently lives with her. You do the math.
Track must be pissed off at Sarah because Sarah pranced around telling the world she raised a combat vet.... it was all about Sarah. Then everybody found out that Track was not a combat vet and in fact never wanted to sign up in the first place but Sarah and Todd told Track he owed it to them.

Cheating is cheating and I'm inclined to agree that hopping on a bus for the five miles is as bad as taking any illicit substance. More concerning is that Sloan cutting off the last quarter of his race by jumping on a vehicle only improved his personal best by 21 minutes and that third place was the best he could manage. If you're going to cheat, make it count.
The worst part of the whole thing? Sloan took a goody bag for his efforts. Steven Cairns, the runner who came in fourth place thanks to Sloan's maneuver, wrote on Facebook:
"I was third the whole way but somehow I crossed the line and was given fourth! I started to doubt myself as he was adamant he had gone past me. I could understand him taking the goody bag and the T-shirt but to do the press interview claiming he was third?"

I miss hearing from me again, and yes, she doesn't "owe us" anything, but I would have hoped she would drop a line to say she is still around and ok, going to continue to post or not. She engaged people on that thread for six weeks, so it is strange for her not to say anything since the flu last week. I hope she is feeling better and understand if she has decided to move on. If that's the case, I am hoping she will give us a shout so we don't continue to speculate and wait. The fact that Gryphen has only commented on her one time (aside from his posts to her directly) also makes me curious. This may be at her request, too. I don't know.

Just wanted to 'bump' (get it?) the excellent Bristol timeline done by 'Jen'. New photos have been added since it was first posted including the recent DWTS collage of photos that recently came out. If you haven't looked at it yet, check it out.
Maybe Track and Britta didn't have a daughter - and that's why Sarah couldn't force them into a "wedding", just the fake pregnancy and photo op. After all, Bristol's latest baby had to go somewhere.
I will admit, I don't have strong feelings about this possibility, but it does seem weird that Sarah says nothing about this granddaughter, and that there are so MANY rumors that Track and Britta are not really married.
It just doesn't seem like two people who have been in a long-term committed relationship with each other, when confronted with an unexpected pregnancy wouldn't at least have had a civil ceremony - especially when they are planning to be married sometime this winter.
It doesn't make sense. The doubts about truth occur when things just don't make sense. Maybe two more innocent kids got sucked into another Palin ruse.

Bree abruptly closed up shop about the time of the two babies contoversy. if I am remembering correctly. I loved all of the commenters on Bree's site. Where is Mrs. Tarquin Biscuitbarrel? I love, love, love, your name!! Anytime I see Bree comment here I just want to shout out to her and wish her luck in whatever she is doing now.
Maybe we should start a friendly pool as to when Palin will get fired by Roger Ailes. I need to do something to win back that $10 that Palin cost me by not running.

I couldn't agree more. Personally, I think he hates her guts. If you look at "family pictures" of them, he scowls and stands as far away from her as he can. Look at the cover of SPAlaska. He looks PISSED to be there. I've seen x-mas pics and its the same expression.
My impression is that he'll take her money, but not her shit.
After all, didn't she pretty much force him into enlisting? Might be why she never heard from him while he was deployed. At least thats what she told People mag anyway.
Nah, I think 'ol Track sees right through her. He doesn't want any part of her insane need for publicity and her quest for riches. He has Britta's normal parents to look up to now. He sees how mature, loving parents behave and I'm sure his own parents suffer greatly in comparison. Bet there aren't any dents on the Hansen fridge...

I also agree with whoever it was who said she'll show up near other candidates' events just to shake things up.
But that will take money and we know she won't want to spend that PAC down too low.
We'll just have to wait and see and I think NOTHING she does will surprise those of us who have followed IM a while.
7:06, has it occurred to you that some of Gryphen's fans are just trying to help him? He's mentioned he has little time to be his own editor. As his blog grows, I think some readers want to make sure he looks great. The scrutiny from outside critics could be much worse. Just a different perspective.

Track must be pissed off at Sarah because Sarah pranced around telling the world she raised a combat vet.... it was all about Sarah. Then everybody found out that Track was not a combat vet and in fact never wanted to sign up in the first place but Sarah and Todd told Track he owed it to them.

Days after a pregnant woman in Chicago finished a full marathon before giving birth, a London man was stripped of a third-place finish in a marathon after it was discovered he caught a bus for the final five miles of the race.
ReplyDeleteRob Sloan, a 31-year-old former army mechanic, stopped running 20 miles into the race and then jumped on a bus to ride out the final few miles. When he disembarked, he ran through a forest, joined the race route and crossed the finish line in 2 hours, 51 minutes, good for third place at the Kielder Marathon.
Though he initially denied cheating, Sloan was forced to admit his guilt following an investigation by race organizers, one of whom called Sloan's inactions "as bad as drug-taking."
Cheating is cheating and I'm inclined to agree that hopping on a bus for the five miles is as bad as taking any illicit substance. More concerning is that Sloan cutting off the last quarter of his race by jumping on a vehicle only improved his personal best by 21 minutes and that third place was the best he could manage. If you're going to cheat, make it count.
The worst part of the whole thing? Sloan took a goody bag for his efforts. Steven Cairns, the runner who came in fourth place thanks to Sloan's maneuver, wrote on Facebook:
"I was third the whole way but somehow I crossed the line and was given fourth! I started to doubt myself as he was adamant he had gone past me. I could understand him taking the goody bag and the T-shirt but to do the press interview claiming he was third?"

I miss hearing from me again, and yes, she doesn't "owe us" anything, but I would have hoped she would drop a line to say she is still around and ok, going to continue to post or not. She engaged people on that thread for six weeks, so it is strange for her not to say anything since the flu last week. I hope she is feeling better and understand if she has decided to move on. If that's the case, I am hoping she will give us a shout so we don't continue to speculate and wait. The fact that Gryphen has only commented on her one time (aside from his posts to her directly) also makes me curious. This may be at her request, too. I don't know.

ReplyDeleteMaybe Track and Britta didn't have a daughter - and that's why Sarah couldn't force them into a "wedding", just the fake pregnancy and photo op. After all, Bristol's latest baby had to go somewhere.
ReplyDeleteI will admit, I don't have strong feelings about this possibility, but it does seem weird that Sarah says nothing about this granddaughter, and that there are so MANY rumors that Track and Britta are not really married.
It just doesn't seem like two people who have been in a long-term committed relationship with each other, when confronted with an unexpected pregnancy wouldn't at least have had a civil ceremony - especially when they are planning to be married sometime this winter.
It doesn't make sense. The doubts about truth occur when things just don't make sense. Maybe two more innocent kids got sucked into another Palin ruse.
I'm sure I'm just afflicted with PDS and God knows we don't need to have anymore weird theories out there, just really wondering, is all. Where did the latest Bristol baby go?
Sarah got away with one fake pregnancy, we know what she's forced Bristol into - it would not seem totally illogical to think she would compromise another child in her shenanigans. Britta's mom clearly doesn't have any glowing terms for Sarah Palin.
