Mental Health Break. Featuring Concrete Buffer Gone Wild.
The funniest part to me was listening to the running dialogue between the guys filming it.
O/T but so damn funny I have to share! Apparently that fool from "Peeing4Palin" Exodus has been trying to get TLC to reconsider(HA!) the Toad's show...I posted what she said yesterday and today she got into it with another cult member on FB...here's part of their conversation...

That would be AWESOME ..... true "learning" about what is required to prepare for, and execute such a huge physical challenge in a forbidding outdoor environment!

Diana Evans SPA plummeted by 40% on the second week and continue to drop throughout the entire season. The show was scripted and as fake as every thing else the quitter does.
