Mitt Romney continues to underwhelm America, one voter at a time.
Okay that's probably unfair, right?
I mean we all can't be as smooth as President Obama now can we?
There is something about him that seems to turn people off. Unlike a certain someone, his personal habits seem to be fine and he sure does smile a lot. Any ideas?
He isn't human in the natural sense. He play acts as a human just like Sarah does. She and Mitt have watched people their whole lives, Mitt just has had more a disciplined life to do it in (Mormon church, very strong family ties in a tight community). All Sarah had was creepy Chuck and brain dead mom to watch as well as the bat shit crazy people she hung out with in AK. It is easy to see once you look at Romney as a fake human, sure he has the genetic proponents of a human being, but there is nothing else there... no "soul" as some would put it. That is why he can flip from one position to another with ease. He is quick sand, looks solid but you'll slip beneath if you step on it.
She looks irritated as hell while he's trying to pander to her about something, the look on her face is 'alright, I can't take one more minute of this cardboard cutout yammering at me about politics, I just wanna drink my damn coffee...'
He's handsome. No doubt. But is so mechanical, robotic, unable to cross that great divide in social intercourse (no joke intended) to make those connections, make us want to give him a powerful role over us.
I would not ever, EVER call Mittens handsome. He is slick and slimy, but never handsome. That you would think that he is, and stating it without a doubt? Please. He may have physical attributes that meet your shopping list for a man, but yech in my book. He is wooden, cold and empty of human emotion that isn't forced and pandering. AND he is deeply unattractive with his grimaces he calls smiles and the calculating, cynical, opportunistic, creepy sparkle in his eyes. Handsome...not on your life.
If you haven't read it, go to The BRAD BLOG that Gryphen has linked to in his left hand column. If you had any doubts that the GOP is imploding in a terrifying way, the videos in the blog will absolutely make your hair stand on end.
Gryphen, you definitely need to post about "Bristol's" new blog post. It's outrageous. I also think it would be interesting to have an open thread where people can post the text of comments they posted on her blog which she did NOT approve. I just posted one asking her how exactly Bill Maher "made fun of" Trig and how she expected Obama to "return" money he has absolutely no control over.
Bristol, if anyone had sympathy for you as simply being a product of your environment- I think you'll lose most of it with "your" recent words against our president. You are a treasonous, vitriolic fanewhore just like your mother and the worst part is that's all you aspire to be.
If Tripp really is Levi's son, leaving him with Bristol borders on child abuse. If these are the words Bristol claims in public, what must she say in private?
i've thought about going to bristol's blog and trying to comment, but i think it may be better to ignore it all. going there just increases her traffic numbers.
Bristol's blog is propaganda to get interest going before her "unreal" reality show begins. Think about it. She's a bore and has nothing whatsoever of value to offer on a blog, except re writing history and telling lies. I refuse to go there.
Any mother who can't love her child enough to let him interact with the other side of his family isn't a mother, she's a selfish monster using him to purposely hurt people and damage him in the process. What chapter and verse in the Bible condone's this behavior?
How could you ever doubt this man - if nothing else watch the last 5 minutes of the video - although it is all worth watching - and still the minority lie lie and lie to defeat him.
I ALMOST feel sorry for my "conservative" (I think they've lost the right to that decent sounding title) friends.
They've been made to dance all around pretending to be enthused for such a LONG lineup of complete jerks, for about a YEAR now.
I see the "LIKE" thing being used on Facebook, to try to prop up everyone from Trump and Bachmann, through Perry and Cain, and now, in the "inevitable" candidate, Mitt "How d'ya like me now?" Romney.
Without being too mean about it, I've asked a few of them how they FEEL about looking so FICKLE, moving from one person to the next, as if each of the big fat dummies was as wonderful as the last one.
I truly expect ONE of them to finally admit that it makes them feel like a 13 year old girl, falling in love with that month's newest Justin Bieber, only to forget his name in a few weeks.
It certainly makes it difficult to give any credence to their efforts to promote a viable candidate...and speaks loudly to how little they pay attention to what the next duffus is supposed to STAND FOR.
It ain't easy trying to "fit in" when you have no experience interacting socially with all types of people. NOT a quality that goes far in politics. Romeney can't help himself. Every day he sticks his silver coated foot in his mouth. Being a mormon does have it's advantages, though. He's guaranteed to get the Osmond Family vote!
What I find amusing, is he's trying so hard and spending so much money while spinning his wheels, to get to be the candidate who loses to President Obama.
Save your money, Mitt. Macy's is taking applications for mannequins- you're sure to get a job there!
Is that Mitt thing real? Is he trying to copy the president? Grab a bite with Mitt. Sounds awful.
