Uh oh Rush! Gloria Allred calls for investigation into possibility of prosecuting LImbaugh for his attacks on Sandra Fluke.

Personally I would think that even the very IDEA that Gloria Allred might represent Sandra Fluke in a lawsuit against Limbaugh, should cause his tiny pecker to shrivel up well beyond the ability of even Viagra to coax it out of its little hidey hole under all of that blubber.

Not that I think Limbaugh is feeling terribly manly these days anyhow, considering that his radio show has lost almost ALL of its advertisers and has been broadcasting dead air, in place of the usual ads. (Not that his audience is swift enough to pick up on the difference of course.)

And don't suppose that the Republicans will stop defending Limbaugh any time soon either, despite his loss of support among advertisers. After all THEY know who wears the leather mask in the relationship.

See? You don't need coffee to help you wake up this morning, now do you?

  1. I cannot believe she wrote to the County Attorney. Either Ms. Allred, or whichever minion wrote this letter, is not too bright. The State Attorney (Florida's term for District attorney) is charged with enforcing the laws of the state of Florida. The County Attorney is an unelected person who advises and defends the County Commissioners.

    1. The letter was sent to the county attorney in the county Rush Limbaugh's walled estate is located in (I imagine that's proper protocol); the county attorney has forwarded the letter on to the state attorney general.

At least that's what I read yesterday somewhere...

I am not a lawyer but my understanding is it is based on a section of law that is county specific and then can move from there.

Outraged Mom, you seem not so bright yourself! Gloria Allred is an attorney, she knows what she's doing.

No, Anonymous, you are among that genre of dangerous people who assume things. While it's true Allred is an attorney and she knows what she's doing, that has to be clarified with ... she's an outstanding ambulance chaser. She does that very well. Don't believe that, check her client list. Good observation "Outraged Mom."

Holy Sh*t Gryphen, THAT is one of the funniest cartoons I've seen, ever. Damn, what a good laugh we had out of that at our house this a.m.

I hope Rush gets sued for libel and defamation, because he will have to defend 3 FUCKING DAYS of repeatedly trashing MS Fluke. His apologies are worth diddley squat.

A 5 million dollar settlement is chump change for Limpballs, but would go nicely towards Ms Fluke's tuition payments

I'm sure the good Reblicsum at Fox will use this as proof that Sandra was an Obama plant in a plan to get rid of Limbaugh. Never ceases to amaze that they think he worries about Limbaugh or Sarah or any of them, as if he has nothing far more important to do as President (oh, and he killed Andrew too.)

Game Change is covered in a series of videos, including interview with Cindy McCain:

Game Change - loosely adapted from Mark Halperin and John Heilemann's deeply textured book about the 2008 U.S. presidential campaign - is riveting, ferocious, fast-paced, smart, and as thrilling as any TV thriller. There are no gun battles or car chases, no fist fights or terrorist bombings - just the toand-fro of adults settling adult differences in what they believe is an adult way.

It isn't just the acting, which is of an almost astonishing standard across the board, not just from Ed Harris as John McCain and Julianne Moore as Sarah Palin. Every role has been cast with an exquisite eye for detail.

Game Change has already caused a stir, for what some say is a slanted view of recent American history, and for the almost casual way it shows a big-money, sophisticated media campaign spin slowly and inexorably out of control.

And, reflects the screwed up mess of the woman, Sarah Palin! Remember, she has portrayed herself to be someone she is NOT nationally and has been found out FINALLY!

She is NOT smart, wordly or a christian (in her actions or deeds)! She IS a proven liar, unethical, poor parent and wife (has had affairs outside of her marriage) and has a husband who set up a prostitute ring in Alaska for Palin's political buddies! All proven!!!

I don't know how she is going to show her face at the Republican Convention in Florida...they are going to be laughing at her behind her back. She has to be mentally ill not to know this!

Where DOES Rush get his shirts? From the tent and awning shop? He has just gotten huge. He looked really good when he was on the oxycontin but I see that the oxy killed his hearing as he is now wearing a cochlear ear implant. I have been waiting for Karma to hit Rush up the side of the head for so long. Anybody who votes Republican in this next election has to have his/her head examined either that or he/she is a member of the 1%ers.

    they fear them.

we will be seeing lots more of Ms Fluke in the future!

WHY does it always have to be Gloria Allred? Every time that woman gets involved, more than half the people in the country - sometimes regardless of their political opinions - get turned off. She is gross. Ambulance chaser. Isn't there anyone else?! When does this shrew retire?

Agreed. If Ms. Fluke is smart she'll stay away from Allred who will do nothing but turn this into a complete circus and Fluke's credibility will go right out the window. The time is now for Fluke to step back and let the right implode over this on their own.

I saw MsdAllred on the news (not on this particular matter) and some male attorneys were denigrating her case. She read them the Law on this matter and showed them for the uninformed idiots that they were. I can still see the looks on their faces. They were Pissed, but they were wrong about the case. She is one Very smart woman.

Pinch me quick....this just keeps getting better all the time, and it's only March!! Holy krap Batman the entire world is finally seeing what the GOP is all about. Bill Mahr had a short video by Pelosi's daughter interviewing "regular" people in Mississippi (poorest state) last night and omg, they live on another planet, it's like an alternate universe down there. Now I hear they are running ads in Kentucky and Ohio about how they refuse to pass the highway improvement bills to repair all the bridges...hahahha. Your opening description of Rush is beyond funny, you sir are a master of the language and Ms Fluke reminds me of our cool as a cucumber Obama, total class act. Everything about her is what they fear and hate....what a great role model for young women. Tonight is gonna be good, you know SNL is gonna jump on Rush and Game Change...fun fun fun
And that cartoon is soooooo funny I'm still laughing. Great way to start the day!

  20. Meh. She's asking a county attorney to start an investigation. Taxpayers' money and all that, won't happen. Nothing much for Limpy to get worked up about. More telling is the loss of advertising; that hurts. People should work to make that stick.

Rush Limbaugh has the money to support his radio show for a while. And the Republicans will find a way to fund him. The GOP needs those dog whistles going out daily to keep their dwindling flock in line.

BTW, a Fox channel watching relative just told me that "Obama does not love this country". And I replied "can this country survive another George Bush who loved the country so much he destroyed its economy?"

    ReplyDelete

Proof (per Fox) that President Obama does not love America: as a Christian, Obama acts on the truth that "God so loved THE WORLD . . . . " (John 3:16), and believes the commandment that he is to "Love your neighbor as yourself." (Matthew 22:29, Mark 12:31)

According to Fox and dominionist xtianity and their theology of American Exceptionalism, God does not love the world equally, and we are not to love our neighbor as ourself. Their version of both xtianity and American exceptionalism is like Orwell's description in Animal Farm: "All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others." Just like in Animal Farm, many of Fox's claims "begin to sound ridiculous to the objective mind."

That fat fucker deserves to be gang raped daily in a Dominican prison. He is a loathsome, fetid, odious little turd that is utterly devoid of any human decency.

I would love it if the prosecutor decided to go after the big giggly tub of goo. With his piles of money, I am genuinely surprised that at least one or two of Limbaugh's victims haven't sued yet. I know he has high priced lawyers on retainer, but as he has deep pockets, he is a prime target. He's nothing more than a goddamned terrorist bully who needs to be smacked down hard by the courts for his thuggery.

I laughed when Breitbart died. I will dance a jig when Limbaugh dies. His is a grave that I WILL DEFINITELY piss on. Honestly, in the history of our nation, I cannot think of a single American who has done more harm to our nation and done more to try and destroy democracy than Rush Limbaugh. That bloated, pus filled ignoramus is a cancer on our nation.
