Morality is not determined by the church you attend nor the faith you embrace. It is determined by the quality of your character and the positive impact you have on those you meet along your journey

I am not much for religious holidays, but I would have LOVED attending this one!
He is such a sweetheart! Cannot imagine the pressure he has in his job. The Republicans just make it as difficult as they can for him and it is pure evil. They would love to see the USA have more people out of work, see the women taken back to the 50's and to be in continual wars.
Thank God, we have President Obama and his family representing us in the world! He, and they, are doing a wonderful job!!! He has my vote for a second term. Cannot even begin to imagine what would occur if the Repubs got back in office. We'd be in so much trouble it frightens me to death!
Every photo of President Obama engaging with kids is sweet. He just knows how to relate with the kids and shows how naturally it comes to him. I thank God that President Obama is the one at the helm.
I was fortunate enough to get to attend the Easter Egg Roll after President Obama was elected (they had the tickets available on the internet that year and they went really fast but we got lucky) It was a great day - we were in the last group of the day so the President wasn't there by that time of day (3:30 p.m.) - but it was fun day and we got a sovenir wooden egg.
It's so heartwarming to read these comments on this extraordinary individual. IMHO, our president deserves more of this supportive, positive feedback. He's the outstanding leader and true representative of this country, and I for one am so grateful for all he's done and will continue to do. Just ask the kids... their reactions speak louder than words. Keep up the great posts, Gryphen.
Too bad the president is so cold and aloof! If you look carefully you can see that the children are totally afraid to be near him and he is very uncomfortable with them.
WTF???Easter Sunday and he's not wearing a coat and tie on the lawn of the WHITE HOUSE... cue the right wing outrage machine in 3... 2... 1...
ReplyDeleteHe must love getting to act like a kid occasionally. Think of how the world is literally on his shoulders.
ReplyDeleteI love him so much.
You never see his smile bigger than when he's surrounded by kids.
ReplyDeleteMust be nice, for a change, to be around small people who don't want anything from him. Well, except maybe some help finding a well-hidden Easter egg!
I love to see pics of our president with children :)

ReplyDeleteOur prez is so cool. Such a shame he'll never get the recognization he deserves just because of a few loud, obnoxious teabaggin' fucklumps.

ReplyDeleteThese kind of pictures make me inarticulate. All I can say is awwwwwwwwwwww - over and over again - with an enormous smile.
ReplyDeleteIf Sarah Palin was honest she would tell us that it would be her wet dream if President Obama held Bristol's little boy Trig.

ReplyDeleteYou mean he didn't rename it the "Muslin anti-Christ socialist Egg Hunt" after all?
ReplyDeleteI so love this clip:

Kids know genuine caring from our POTUS, I've yet to see one child cringe nor cry in his presence, except for Congress and Teabaggers.
ReplyDeleteCan anyone imagine Romney in this situation?
I know, Crazy huh?

ReplyDeleteOh,am I thinking about someone else?
I look at these pictures and wonder who is having more fun!!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet- kids are adorable and our president exudes charm and warmth.
ReplyDeleteActually, I don't see this as a religious event -- more like a cultural festival and a spring romp-- an excuse for some fun on the White House lawn.
