If a picture is worth a thousand words then what words does this bring to mind?
we can only be thankful that we are not looking at a photo of Newt and the plastic woman getting it on for the cameras. So many bad visual images there, my head is twist off my body.

It looks like Mitt and Ann never kissed before. Why are her hands so tight? Doesn't look like they are a lovey dovey pair at all. It is a sin in Morman culture to grab your wife in public and plant a good one on her. I don't see much affection in this couple, all show and smiles.
Something happened there, they have a slew of kids. Though, I struggle to understand if marriage and sex is between a man and a woman, and one of the Romney kids just birthed a surrogate or invitro(I forget which) baby, how does that measure up? Sex between a woman and a baster should not be acceptable....in Republican world.
Their son Tagg just had twins through a "gestational surrogate". (They retrieve her egg, put it in a dish, then he hands his junk to the nurse and she takes it from there).

That meals on wheels story is just sickening. That may be the ONLY human contact home bound poor elderly have on a consistent basis. They think of it as line items on a spread sheet they're slashing, but there's real people and real hurt there. How do they sleep at night? (I know, very comfortably)

This is the first photo I've seen of the Romney's showing any kind of intimate personal contact... wow... looks very obligatory... very cool... they probably do have love for one another, but it doesn't show in this photo...
I have seen the Obama's express affection for each other and for people they meet day after day... The Romney's not so much.

When off-guard, she is truly lacking in compassion and warmth, and smack-dab full of entitlement. "), are unable to see the world from others' points of view, do not show remorse or gratitude, etc. Easy to spot when you see the list.

I think not. Michelle is a real person who created a life for herself and was not merely handed a title. Neither Mitt nor Ann believe in anything other than family (a good thing), money... and lots of it and the Mormon Church. They are a dangerous couple.
I ADORE the Obamas, and I think they are an incredible example of strength and love. It's easy to forget how much Michelle was on her own while Barack was paving this career. He was in Washington and she was basically a single mother. It could not have been easy.
But, marriages are as different as the people in them.
I do NOT like the Romneys for many, many reasons that are easy to list,
but taking one photo of them and projecting all these relationship conclusions, seems a bit much.
Wow!!! Weird that there are that many IMers with MS! It makes me wonder how many of us do! Oh well, for me - I try to find the unexpected little good things about having this disease - and being sidelined by it has given me the time to get truly educated about politics and enjoy the posts and comments here on IM. Nobody is dissing Ann Romney for her MS - but being a multi-millionairess with MS who has NO clue about the real life struggles of the 99% of MSers (and Americans, in general) is certainly fair game.

DeleteWow!!! Weird that there are that many IMers with MS! It makes me wonder how many of us do! Oh well, for me - I try to find the unexpected little good things about having this disease - and being sidelined by it has given me the time to get truly educated about politics and enjoy the posts and comments here on IM. Nobody is dissing Ann Romney for her MS - but being a multi-millionairess with MS who has NO clue about the real life struggles of the 99% of MSers (and Americans, in general) is certainly fair game.
