Okay so it's a little photoshopped. Still GREAT though!
If you liked that one, you will love THIS ONE!
I hope today is just as good!
Oh by the way, below you can read for yourself 10 things that you get to keep now that "Obamacare" has been upheld.
I know, it's great, isn't it? Like VP Biden said, "It's a big f'ing deal!"
ReplyDeleteNo wonder the GOP hates this. The ACA helps the 99%. Can't have that. Health care to them, is a privilege, something you only get when you inherit money or you inherit a place at Harvard and become a politician and can have a cadillac plan cheaply and forever, or you are a person who was fortunate enough to be born to parents with intelligence who woked hard and expected thier kids to get an education and a good job. People who didn't have those middle class advantages and have a lower IQ are just out of luck, according to the GOP. Well, now the GOP has run out of their luck, and has to face reality. This is not 1868, they are not the KKK, and women and minorities and the poor do count. They are member of this society, and we will be great again. Thank you, Mr. President, for fighting every day for all of us, even the wealthy and the stupid wealthy of the GOP.
ReplyDeleteAmen to all you said!
DeleteFor those who don't understand thanks to the GOTP and Faux News, the additional good news is that if you already have healthcare insurance you like, you get to keep it, and once the state exchanges are up and running, you can perhaps even better policies at lower prices.
ReplyDeleteNo one, not even insurance companies, will come between you and your doctor.
If you are worried about whether you can afford "mandated" healthcare insurance, you will be thrilled to know that the Act will provide subsidies to help you cover those costs.
Plus, the Act is only going to get better if the initial vision is retained. The goal is to provide every single American of any age or circumstance affordable, effective healthcare. You have to be pretty damn hard-hearted to not agree with that goal.
Right now, America has one of the most costly and least effective medical care systems in the industrialized world.
Mitt Romney's Massachusetts plan, upon which the federal plan was modeled has a 98 percent of the state's citizens covered by healthcare and the majority of them would never, ever go back to the system the rest of the nation has been suffering under. So there, GOTP!
Eff Romney, he does not want universal healthcare for the nation.
DeleteGryphen- just tried to look at the second picture- says it exceeds bandwidth due to too many views- can you post it here?
ReplyDeleteYesterday we celebrated, today we go back to work to educate, no matter how difficult it may be to convince those who have fallen prey to the regressive's propaganda.
ReplyDeleteThis easy-to-understand "10 Things You Now Get To Keep" list is very helpful.
Mind you, we have a long way to go, but we an do it.
Yes We Can!

Now let's get to work and spread the word
ARRRGH! Here I am as my own grammar police:
Delete"regressives' propadanda", because there are way too many more than just their figure head Romney. Sorry!

Whoever did it should have photoshopped VP Biden in the front seat with the President. Hillary is not the second in command.
ReplyDeleteI think the photoshop artist was going for a 'boy-girl-boy-girl' seating arrangement :)
DeleteThat animated GIF has been around for more than a couple of years. On some forums, it's used as a dis; it makes my heart happy to see it used as a symbol of joy!
My president will be here in Colorado at the scene of the Waldo Canyon fire, 1-2 miles from my home, to survey the damage and talk to us about the tragedy in a few hours. I'm just hoping the effin' racist, intolerant buybull thumpers who comprise a large percentage of Colorado Springs don't embarrass the shit out of us when the president is here.I also hope someone had the good sense to tie up and gag doug lamborn, my congressman of "tarbaby and I won't go to STOTU fame,so it doesn't have the opportunity to make an ass out of himself, sniveling little bigot...
ReplyDeleteYesterday was a great day for the country, millions of people will have access to healthcare, lives will be saved. I'm so happy for President Obama that this landmark legislation has been upheld. And watching the GOP's heads explode over it just makes the victory that much sweeter.
ReplyDeleteOMG, I just love the car photo!!! Can I get permission to post on my FB, please? Will it work? All my conservatives rubbed Walker in my face, I'd love this front and center on my wall! Whoever made it is awesome!!!
