Are you better off now than you were four years ago? You betcha!

This is the ad that Andrew Sullivan suggests "could win the election."

What do you think?

Fabulous!! I will never see this because Michigan is now solidly blue, and Romney has pulled ads here, but wow!! This is great. All the GOP can do is mouth hate and platitudes: we have the facts!!!
The other cool thing is I'm not even seeing signs for LOCAL GOP (Camp and Stamas in the MI House) but I am seeing tons of signs for the Dem challengers, AND I am in a red county. This is going to be an interesting seven weeks for sure as the GOP us reduced to digpaddling to keep their heads above water.

For some of the ads, you're very lucky not to see them.

But -- let me explain -- I see a number of the ads. Not in the amounts the swing states see them but....through the NY networks I get some of the ads for both of them.

      I'm in flipping CANADA!!!!!
      Give me a freaking break!!!

I'm in Colorado and grateful I don't watch regular tv (I'll stick to Hulu and Netflix).

May Andrew Sullivan be right and may this election be based and won through progressive principles rather than reactionary ideology.

  4. I like it!
And I know that every time we show Clinton now, the association will be ARITHMETIC!
And I love the "invest in the middle class". Where do I sign up?
Oh wait, I'll do that when I vote for Obama in November!

Romney's surrogates are coming out of the woodwork. To stomp on the Politico story about the campaign leaks & it's implosion!!

The newest one I just saw fomenting -- Bay Buchanan -- YUP -- HER -- on MSNBC Chuck Toad's show!!! Romney's dragging the deadwood out!!!

She was so crazed, every few sentences, she had to take a gasp for air. Spewing that the RNC was a great convention & that the 3 speeches were absolutely terrific.

What fucking convention was that old broad at??

She said now with their new ads they're turning to get the 'independents'. ROFLMAO! That the polls are so close that Romney is doing so well - HUH?

So now you see moreso the connection of the pictures of Willard with Pat Buchanan.

Unfortunately for me -- I watched this before I had my first morning coffee. I don't suggest you do this. It's not pretty!!

    My Etch-A-Sketch has broke down.

You can only 'remake' someone so many times in one election cycle!

An Etch-A-Sketch can not possibly remake someone every week!!

Can't wait to hear how Romney contorts himself into a pretzel today. He's stumping to Latinos and doing an interview with Telemundo.

    Flippity-Flop
    Floppity-Flip
    He's off to 'Self Deporters'
Oops -- He let it slip

Even Southern whites are troubled by Romney!
    ----
Sheryl Harris, a voluble 52-year-old with a Virginia drawl, voted twice for George W. Bush. Raised Baptist, she is convinced -- despite all evidence to the contrary -- that President Barack Obama, a practicing Christian, is Muslim.

So in this year's presidential election, will she support Mitt Romney? Not a chance.

"Romney's going to help the upper class," said Harris, who earns $28,000 a year as activities director of a Lynchburg senior center. "He doesn't know everyday people, except maybe the person who cleans his house."

She'll vote for Obama, she said: "At least he wasn't brought up filthy rich."

I'm in tidewater Va. Do not see many Romney bumper stickers ... McCain had far more in 2008.

All you dumb ass GOP voters ... just look at your 401k ... it is far larger than 4 years ago.

Virginia will vote in a law stating you have to show proof that you have either a Swiss or Cayman bank account ...before you are allowed to vote.

Nothing says being "Presidential" better than foreign bank accounts.

I have no doubt that Romney is much BETTER OFF now than he was 4 years ago.

He's skimmed the profits off everybody he put out of work.

He hides his income in foreign investments to avoid paying taxes because he is extremely UNPATRIOTIC.

He is heavily invested in Iranian oil and hopes for a war to increase his profits.

Vote for the 1%!!! the ass

    Pure desperation on Romney's part.

He's scheduled to speak to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. LOL

What does he think -- they didn't hear him in the primaries. That he's left it this long and NOW is talking to them with 50 days left.

I hope they 'laugh' him out of the room as they well should!! Romney should realize that just because you're Hispanic does not mean you're stunned and stupid and will roll over for him.

Living up to his name: MORON MORMOM

Sen Kay Bailey Hutchinson is on MSNBC Jansing & Co spewing more lies and bullshit for Romney.

She's talking about Romney wanting to save Medicare and Social Security -- What did she say -- Social Security??

Yes she did. Isn't that funny -- I don't recall hearing Romney mention Social Security in his stump speeches.

But then, some of us can read between the lines and know full well that he would want to do the same as Bush tried -- privatize it for which Bush was unsuccessful. That they want to turn medicare into a voucher, you know full well Social Security in right behind it.

Not that any of these people had any credibility before they came out spewing shit for a lame candidate -- but they have cemented themselves to it. For every lie and bullshit statement they make, the citizens should be able to deduct from their 'gold plated' pensions and healthcare. That would mean in the end -- they would OWE us money!!

You know, that's what always gets me when Sarah Palin spews her nonsense on the TV. She's always discussing "Obama's failed policies" and yet, she's never been pressed as to what policy or policies she's referring to. I see a lot of good work by the President in spite of the negativity and obstructionism thrown at him continually. The facts should be trotted out at every opportunity between now and November.

Not only am I somewhat better off than I was four years ago -- and so is the country -- but I KNOW that I'll be better off in the next four years under President Obama. President Romney would take away vital services for my community, tax me, take away some of my "entitlements," and divide our nation in ways it has never seen.
The GOP doesn't care about the country -- they want money and power for a privileged, amoral elite.
Would we really, really vote for a man who refuses to reveal to us his own tax situation, but who wants to change ours? Who finds it better to avoid US taxes by storing his wealth overseas? Who is anti-American in this race? The GOP and its sorry excuse for a candidate, platform, vision.

I am better off than four years and my community is too. I won't forget the last administration, it's policies and practices leveled a lifetime of rewards of hard work and savings.

Businesses and corporations took a big hit in revenues so I doubt they will hire many people instead attempt to recoup losses post near great depression recession.

In 2008, I started investing $50/month to an IRA. Against the advice of a financial advisor friend, who suggested a mix of mutual funds, I went 100% USA domestic. I figured if I was going to lose money, I would have done so, by helping companies in the USA. My investment continues to go up! There have been days on the daily ticker where the price goes down, but the ups far exceeds the down. I wish I had more money to invest. I figure it was a way for me to show faith in America's regrowth.
