I think we already know the answer to this question.

Don't we?

Gryphen, you give those idiots too much credit for being scientific.

Do you really think that any anti-choicer worth his or her typical bible-thumper superiority complex would ever, ever, EVER admit that gayness was genetic?

Nope! To them it will always be a "lifestyle choice," not innate no matter how much evidence there is for the latter, because their Jesus tells them so!

Stupid premise. You think they want more babies period because they want a big dumb lower class for some reason. I know this because you think its a conspiracy. Now your new conspiracy is they want only babies who they respect. Like I said, stupid premise.

    1. Not stupid at all. It's an ethical question. Look at Executive Orders #13505, 13506, and 13521 signed by President Obama.

13505 Removing Barriers to Responsible Scientific Research Involving Human StemCells
13506 Establishing a White House Council on Women and Girls
13521 Establishing the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues

Particularly, #13521 which basically replaced the members of a board reviewing the ethics issues in which Bush had a lot of fundies trying to write papers injecting bad science into scientific debates. You can call it anti-intellectual and I'll agree with you. If you look at the work of the past board, these are the kinds of debates that they were looking at and trying to determine the ethics of what data should be collected and how should it be used. I'd much rather a scientific board advise on scientific issues than a bill hit the floor of congress with knotheads like Louie Gomert telling shit like "anchor babies" to be a fact. Or Michelle Bachmann re Muslims, etc.

By the way, on the Presidential Executive Orders, Obama didn't invent them like Hannity would have you believe if you believe in magical thinking which is really NOT thinking.

I'd really like to have a conversation with the gal holding the pro-life sign. Nobody holds up a sign that reads "I'm anti-life." They are only pro-life for the 9 months before the baby is born. Then, they couldn't care much about that precious life. They would let that child starve, suffer from curable, treatable diseases, or send that kid off to war when he got old enough.

Sadly, I don't think that any of the people in that photo are capable of having a reasonable conversation about anything.

Exactly right. That kid can't buy insurance, so let it die.

They do love 'em some retards though. Why is it that the retarded are a special category, while gays are a scourge?

      Argh...Mex Mex Mex.

Crude way to say it but you make a valid point. I'm willing to bet that if you broached the subject using those exact words, it will have a similar outcome of

As a HS Senior guy, you ask a HS Jr girl to a dance by saying, "You know, you have a really nice ass just like your Mom. Maybe she could go as our chaperon and we could do a threesome."

A solid idea with legs goes down the toilet because you didn't sell it. lol ok, weak example, but similar outcome, a punch in the nose.

Michele Bachman sent a fear-mongering fundraising video via email to supporters yesterday that reeks of desperation. The email, which warns of “desperate consequences” if the “radical” and “hyper-liberal policies” win — and she loses.

And she very well may. Michele Bachmann’s latest poll numbers are frightening — if you’re Michele Bachmann or one of her apparently dwindling supporters.

    Astounding propaganda, isn’t it.

Testing the parents would make a lot more sense wouldn't it? There is a high incicence of homosexuality in children of single parents. Research it if you don't believe me. But that's just telling you something you already know and I know that you secretly know. Sometimes we're smarter than we would like to be when it comes to this personal shit. Right jesse?

I'm pro choice and this possibility would make it very difficult for me to defend. But I doubt it'll ever come to be because there's no genetic differnce, (and besides, it would ruin Marcus Bachmann's American Made business, which he built.)

    What would Scooby do?
