I am not postive, but I don't think this guy took Obama's reelection very well.

At least he or she has the freedom to express his (twisted) opinion. I remember people getting arrested under the Bush administration for wearing t-shirts that expressed sentiments that were not in line with Republican views.

They should just go home and cuddle with their guns and Bible.

Arrested? What? News flash: you cannot be arrested for a t shirt slogan in the USA. I seriously hope the reason for your sheer ignorance is that you are not American. If you are American, my god, please never never vote.

Liberals are different to other political groups primarily because we live in a land of facts, reason, intellect, history, the arts, Maths and sciences. We laugh at right wingers and undecideds because of their sheer lack of knowledge, whereby they outlandishly say things like what you did above without a shred of evidence because there is none. Tell me how you are any different to a right wing nut who bleats 'Obama is always apologizing for America! I hate him!' - you are the same, just on the left.

I just had the bumper sticker made:
"Is this just math that you do as a republican to make yourself feel better or is this real?"
Gretchen Carlson to Carl Rove 11/6/12.

Had two made sending one to Jon Stewart. Take that you pathetic repugs!!

Yes! That was really classic. Jon Stewart pinpointed that line as being when the avalanche on bullshit mountain came down!

Gretchen Carlson would never ever say something so intelligent. Get it right, it was Megyn Kelly and was good work so don't shirk her her dues there. 'All blondes are alike' thinks the 'feminist'!

  3. Am I alone in finding it ironic that he is driving a foreign made car?

Nope. And he probably had the stickers made on a printer filled with components from Taiwan and China and was, I'd be willing to bet, texting on a Blackberry manufactured in Malaysia.

  4. And that is why he is driving a Toyota?
(Yes, I do know that some are manufactured here but its ownership remains on the other side of the Pacific Ocean.)

These people need to chill out - it's going to be OK. This country will survive just fine.

I stopped at a Big Lots! store several weeks ago and in the parking lot was a very nice, newer car, I think it was an Audi? anyway on the back window in BIG letters was OMG. But when I got closer to it, under the letters was "Obama Must Go."
In the store, in the checkout aisle, was a loud, feisty old white man arguing with, first his wife, then the cashier over prices. Complaining, complaining, complaining. I thought to myself, I bet that's OMG's owner. I watched as he left, and sure enough, he got into the OMG car.

Also in my neighborhood, is an old, white man who had a huge sign in his front yard "Barack Obama, your last day is coming!" And right below that sign, was another sign, "FOX NEWS FOR AMERICA! Seriously!

On Wednesday, after Obama's landslide victory, I drove by his house with my camera. I wanted to get a picture of it and post it on the Internet. Yeah, I would do that. Anyway, he had taken the signs down. What a chickenshit.

    These people are scary.

One of my neighbors had one of those OMG signs on their front yard. Next to it they had an empty chair. Made me laugh.

    2. My parents are like that (sigh). They always need something to complain about and get offended by. Oregon state government is repaving roads? Obama's fault. Prices of sprouts going up because of salmonella poisoning/inflation? Obama's fault. Watching a great documentary on steroids with them? ("Bigger, Faster, Stronger"): "Oh! So all these other countries are so great for allowing steroids and America is shit because of it??"
      Wow. Missing so many points.
They stalked my facebook statuses for awhile. I posted a link to a side-by-side, cut-and-dry, non-biased comparison of RMoney and Obama. My dad posted half a book telling me how MY comparison was SO WRONG he didn't even know where to start (I told him if he didn't like it to write to the authors of the site and request they put a conspiracy section in).
Now it's after the election and I can't even begin to imagine what he's doing to "cope." In 2008 he began stockpiling guns (including assault rifles!), dozens of boxes of ammo, toilet paper, canned goods, etc. The garage got filled up so they started piling it all in their bedroom and Mom's sewing room. Looking at their beautiful living room, it'd be impossible to tell that the rest of the house was a clusterfuck of food and weapon hoarding.

Ah...that poor guy has had to live in this wretched country for the last four years?? Oh, the inhumanity! And has to drive a nice new Camry?

Let's take up a collection for him so he can move to Canada or Australia where they have government-sponsored health care, teach evolution in schools, guarantee birth control for all citizens. Denmark, where weed is dispensed like aspirin!
Australia has a female atheist prime minister! Go there and live!
England, the mother country, has government-sponsored health care for its citizens. And extremely high taxes. Go there!
We don't need these people anyway. This country needs to progress and will do it quicker without these quacks running around screaming about how their rights have been taken away. Rights, and their guns!

If their selfish vision of America died on Tuesday, that will be a great thing. However, like a zombie, these people will be around spreading hate and lies for the next four years too. And if America DIED four years ago, how come he has enough money for a new car? My sister is of this mindset. Back in 2008 (BO before Obama) she was sure she would lose her job, pay more taxes, the whole spiel. Four years later, she IS losing her job, because the small company she works for is closing their doors. Not because of Obama, but because the owners are retiring. I'm sure on her evil FB page this is all Obama's doing. And those libruls who jsut take things away from hard-workin' folks. Wonder if she'll stoop to asking for the unemplyment insurance she [aid for while she worked. Or if she'll find cheaper healthcare options due to the ACA? And will any of them ever admit America is a better place now, and will be again, all due to wars ending and not starting, respecting all people's need for jobs and healthcare, and the rebuilding of our infrastructure? Under Romney, America would have been buried in debt, be fighting another
'patriotic' war or two, and the wealthy would be laughing all the way to the Caymans and back.

    1. Isn't it ironic how (in the Rethug mindset) they would rather pay for the poverty-stricken teenage mother's labor and delivery, food stamps, government grant assistance for her education (and eventually her child's) rather than just pay a few extra pennies to provide birth control?
Oh, who am i kidding. They want that poverty stricken teen mother to carry her gang-bang baby and die in childbirth. Much more fiscally responsible that way. Hell, just load them up on a boat and ship them off. Just like they wanted to do with all the AIDS victims.

    1. I wish I had your balls. Around here the Republicans are MEAN AS SNAKES. I wouldn't put it past them to follow me and slash my tires. (When I came out as bisexual on facebook my husband's chief pulled him aside and asked him if he had tried beating it out of me: "because I know if MY wife did something like that... I'd just keep hitting her, I'd be so angry.")
My husband took it with good humor, laughed so hard he spit on him, and said he's not a shortsighted Republican from Texas. Then continued on his merry way.

That's exactly what these bumper stickers are saying. As the old fart hurries home to collect his S.S., Medicare, and Military pension checks. Probably got a good education thus a good job through the GI Bill. But god forbid "their" idea of government give a leg up to this generation of the middle class.

    2. Well, my stepfather (legally father) was never in the military (too fat). But he is an old white ginger who likes to think he's better than anyone else. Listens to Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck, tries to pompously pass off their attitude even though he's a fat, sad old man with absolutely nothing to back it up with. I imagine that's the real reason he has so many guns. Makes him feel like a man.

Pulled up behind a pickup at a light yesterday that had a "catholics for Romney" sign positioned below a sticker that said "Hilter had the Gestapo and Obama has Planned Parenthood, Goodbye you Godless Democrats".

My daughter and I laughed as we pulled up alongside and saw a very confused looking old white guy.

Yep ya old fart, affordable birth control and gynecological exams is EXACTLY like Hilter. What an assclown! Glad that "segment" of America lost on Tuesday.

My dad hasn't spoken to me since the election. Oh, I got all the ranting that Romney was going to take it with a landslide and that 'the women' have come to their senses and would NEVER vote for Obama. His fists pounded on the table, spit formed at his mouth, blah blah - I sat there until my ears were red and headaches became a common occurrence.

So...fast forward...nope, he's too embarrassed (not that he'll admit it) to talk to me about Obama kicking Romney's ass to the curb. To tell you the absolute truth, I'm enjoying his meltdown and those of the followers of Fox News and radio head pundits (Limpballs, etc.) - basically the Republican party et al. These guys will never 'get it' - that women and minorities are people too and they vote. And that our economy should not be a war economy and corporations should not take all priority - basically the military-industrial complex that Eisenhower warned the American people about before he left office.

OTOH, it's sad my dad and those of his ilk will never change and will continue ranting and raving (and treating their 'women folk' very badly) until the day they die....along with their unwavering belief that Sarah Palin should be in the Oval Office by now.

Yep, these people still exist and they're meaner than a junkyard dog. Best to stay away if at all possible and yet feel free to laugh at their childish outbursts (bumperstickers, etc.) from a distance. Karma has been served.

Anon 9:14. You need to check your facts. When Bush was running for re-election a couple showed up at one of his rally's with antiBush slogans and were detained by the by the Secret Service and the police. There were other instances of people being detained. For you to say this couldn't happen is mistaken.
