Jon Stewart to Fox: "What you are demonstrating is the health and vitality of America's greatest tradition. A fevered, frightened, ruling class, lamenting the rise of a new ethnically, religiously diverse new class."

Yeah I am pretty sure the country never recovered from the influx of those damn Irishmen.

And the Catholics? Don't even get me started.

Stewart and Colbert are comic geniuses, but more importantly, they actually have their pulse on the underlying problem within the GOP. And Stewart and Colbert call the GOP on their bullshit. That's what I love about their shows. The shows are funny and relevant and informative.
I also love to watch Martin Bashir, Rachel Maddow, Ed Schultz, Al Sharpton, Lawrence O'Donnell and Stephanie Miller. Don't know who Stephanie Miller is? You're missing out! Find a station that carries her (Current TV) and take a listen. She's on TV and radio from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. in my zone, anyway.

Personally, I think it was the influx of idahoans into Alaska that began the demise. And then, when you allowed a boatload of loaded GOP kingmakers to land on your shores, the destruction really picked up speed!

    2. And the Texans, don't forget the Texans from Pipeline days, bringing their fundamentalist religions with them. Why did we let them stay after the pipeline was finished!

The pipeline days brought us "folks" from Ok & TX. While they may not all be fundamentalists, they brought a different set of values to the state. And well lets just say, they did not raise the IQ level either.

Good for Ailes, but other sources have suggested that Rove knew very well he had missed the mark and was playing the crowd to cover his ass with the people HE had taken for a ride. :-) ROve did not walk away from this election with an empty pocket book.

There ya go. It was a scam and Rove did a poor job of shock and awe in my book. Squirmy, sweaty, and slimy through it all.

Another radio company has said that Rush Limbaugh's comments about Sandra Fluke wound up hurting its bottom line.

Dial Global: Rush Limbaugh's Sandra Fluke Rants Hurt Our Radio Business

Dial Global, a radio programming company, said on Thursday that it will remove itself from the NASDAQ stock exchange — a sure sign of financial trouble. In addition, it had multimillion dollar losses in its latest quarter.

Collectively: Awwwwwww. Poor Baby. Didn't yank the show -- deserves it. Too Bad -- So Sad!!!!
