Rachel Maddow offers you the perfect rejoinder in response to that annoying conservative relative this Thanksgiving day.

Visit NBCNews.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

Here are the charts that Rachel mentions in this segment.

P.S. Rachel also listed a number of things she was thankful for yesterday. Go ahead and take a look. I have a feeling you are probably thankful for many of the same things.

P.P.S. By the way if the above is not enough help for you this Thanksgiving, say you have a BUNCH of Right Wingers in your family, you can also visit this site for reference in helping you to explain just WHY we should all be thankful that President Obama was reelected.

This is a very hard time for them and their families. We are so fortunate that our own soldier, Track, arrived in Alaska last week safe and sound.

WOW. How come SarahPAC didn't throw a parade,a carnival and a circus for the returning hero? I would bet that Track never actually left the US soil on his 'missions.' I would be he never got out from behind a desk either. And why does Sarah never mention his child? Also too, Bristol never mentions Britta or the child, who is now over a year old yes? What a twisted family.
I am thankful that none of them is related to me.

Track has probably told them to keep their friggin' mouths shut about him and his family. He has stayed out of the spotlight except for when she was named to the McCain ticket - then, I think he had to appear whether he wanted to or not!

He never served in combat and that has been proven. Sarah kept touting that for awhile - using her kids as usual. It must be hell being part of her family - cannot even begin to imagine what it is like.

Oh the formula for a touching blog post

      Peanuts turkey scene

Track is back.... blah blah ...heathpalin clan...

Stock photo from 2009 military times magazine

      Mention sports rivalry

and a touching piece of "scripture" to tie it all together, promising the faithful followers of possible future photo posts...

Ain't working, Chucky Jr. Track didn't "serve", he did "community service". Christian Bristol still uses that one photo of Track poking his head in the car saluting the money maker in the car seat on her blog.

Recent photos, and a marriage license pre-dating the child's birth would be something to be grateful for.

This is priceless! I have a sister-in-law/brother-in-law that haven't spoken to me since 2006. My son was considering getting out of the navy and I told him, "well, just don't go AWOL, you'll never be able to run for president. Oh, wait a minute...yeah, you can" (George W. Bush) I told them what I had said to my son and and they haven't spoken to me since. They were big Bush fans.
You know what? I don't fricken miss them either!

It is sorry to say that the split between family members and close friends has occurred throughout the recent years. It's amazing! But, have to say, this brought out my Republican friends and they are not the people I thought they were!!

Happy Thanksgiving every one. We have so much in which to be thankful - especially the fact that President Obama and VP Biden were reelected! That is on the top of my list!

There's an acquaintance of mine who can reliably spill the lastest FUX Noise talking points. Yesterday his rant was all about the "losers" on food stamps. I reminded him that when he was a child, HIS FAMILY was on food stamps. Oh, yeah, but THAT was different. HIS FAMILY *deserved* them. The rest of the people on them don't. @@

Will the Bristol-Junker sex tape be out by Christmas?

I loved this entire clip! If you enlarge them, print them out and have them laminated, they make nice placemats! Any extras, clip a string to them and call them "bibs"!
Those old drunk relatives aren't too good with utensils, and besides, you don't want them armed!

All kidding aside, I somehow managed to skirt the issue of politics this year and had a decent holiday.
I hope everyone else did as well!

A brief exchange at dinner: y elderly mother is asked to say grace, she's nearly done when my mother in law adds "I'm thankful for President Obama's reelection!! Another 4 years!!"
My brother in law nearly melts down, "Religion and politics? Gahhhhh!!"
I had to turn away to keep from laughing in his face.
