James Lipton of the Actors Studio interviews Tina Fey in character as Sarah Palin. Oh, you HAVE to see this!

Courtesy of Mediaite:

James Lipton, the long-time host of Inside the Actors Studio, often asks his guests if he can interview them as one of their most famous characters. So when he invited Tina Fey onto the show last night, it was a not-so-surprising delight that he asked her if he could speak to Sarah Palin for a few moments. Fey happily obliged, showing off her sharp improv skills by answering questions as Palin and offering unique insight on some of the biggest issues facing the country.

On guns: “I believe that if everybody had guns, then there would be fewer guns in the stores.”

On same-sex marriage: “Well, the bible says it’s gross, and I don’t judge. A lot of the amazing, wonderful people I met in the audience at Dancing with the Stars seem to go that way. But, no, marriage is meant for people who wear different kinds of swimsuits.”

On being a woman in a man’s world: “I don’t think of it as a man’s world or a woman’s world, unless again we’re talking about marriage. But I think of it as people being mavericks or not being mavericks.”

That was awesome!

I swear the ONLY time I can stomach Sarah Palin is when Tina Fey is channeling her.

Thank you! Thanks for the great laughs. It is easy to see why Tina Fey was awarded a special Emmy for political satire. She and Katie Couric were singled out for special praise by Julianne Moore, when she won awards for portraying Palin in "Game Change," the made for TV movie.

When Palin speaks it is laughable, until you realize that the screeching voice, the bad inflection, the phoney country hick accent are designed to appeal to the low information voters who really think that they are as smart as Sarah (or vice versa). It is one thing to read about Sarah's speech at CPAC. Hearing her nasty rhetoric, delivered in an emotionally immature mean girl voice, Sarah was getting even with Karl Rove for criticizing her and with President Obama for beating her in 2008.

In real life, Sarah is a bitter person, who cannot let go of a grudge, no matter how long she has been holding it. When Tina gives smart, improvised answers as Sarah Palin, in a brief answer, by using humor, Tina calls attention to Sarah's flaws in a way that has us laughing. The reason that I find it hard to laugh at the real Sarah is not for what she says-- that IS laughable. It is for the foolish people who donate to her and fuel that nasty woman. That's dangerous.

Fey is brilliant, but she needs to get the nasty Palin down. She is doing the savant harmless Palin...which shows Palin's stupidity, ut none of the sickness or deviousness or ugliness.

Go see "Oz The Great and Powerful" and watch Mila Kunis transform from the beautiful Evanora to a hideous, screeching, shrewish (do you see where I am going with this?) witch.

I believe it captures exactly what Tina Fey is missing in her Palinizations.

    2. One nasty, sick, devious, ugly Palin is enough (one too many actually). I'll take the Tina Fey version any day.

I think that Fey is smart to make Palin look stupid. That's what sank Sarah's chances to even try to fake looking like vice presidential material. I'm afraid that playing nasty might not work as well because her fans really do love that Sarah is so disrespectful in talking about the President. (They talk that way, too, just like the people at Fox). People laugh at Sarah "she's so dumb" jokes. I don't think that "she's so nasty" works as well.

Well, there was one joke. Fey-as-Palin wanted everyone to buy more guns so there would be less guns in the stores. The original question from Lipton was about "Sarah" shooting wolves. The rest of the answer should have been, "Less guns in the stores, and less wolves in Alaska." Maybe not, maybe they don't want so many wolves in Alaska.

When will you realize, $arah, that the world considers you a fool? Emmys won by both Fey and Moore.

"Imitation is the highest form of flattery" does not apply here.

7:46 Palin doesn't dignify the term 'governor'. She was a quitter gov and stopped half way through her term in Alaska. Alaskans don't refer to her any longer in that manner.

She doesn't even warrant a photo in the halls of the Legislature in Juneau - along w/all the former governors of Alaska. Plus, she's going down in history as Alaska's worst governor.

The new pipeline that she said was under construction when running w/McCain, still is NOT under construction. Sarah Palin is nothing more than a friggin' liar and fraud - proven time and time again!

Ha, ha, Fey has to lose a full 60 IQ points to do Palin. Must be hard for her to go from SMART to absolutely CLUELESS. She does it well though, she does it really well. Sorry for a small percentage of Americans that think that Sarah Palin is "all that". Sad but true, the 83 IQ club does have more than a few members in AmeriKKKa.

They are so stupid that they rush over to any web poll the can find, vote for Sarah as many times as they can and then use the results as proof that Sarah is popular all across America even though total vote count is in the hundreds.

O’Reilly Takes On Bachmann For ‘Lavish White House’ Critique: ‘Playing Small Ball,’ ‘Can’t Back Up Her Criticism’

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann was invited to sit down with Bill O’Reilly tonight to talk about her controversial remarks regarding how American taxpayers are paying for a lavish White House lifestyle, but O’Reilly explained that Bachmann didn’t want to come on. Instead, O’Reilly spent the segment essentially tearing down Bachmann’s assertions…

Rep. Michele Bachmann ‘Goes Rogue,’ Literally Races Away From CNN Reporter

Bash sought to confront her about those comments — which got four Pinocchios from the Washington Post — and found herself chasing after the congresswoman. “She literally raced away from our Dana Bash,” Cooper remarked.

Bachmann replied by trying to talk about four dead Americans in Benghazi. That's more important than who walks Bo, the Obama's dog. Basch said that it was Bachmann who brought up the cost of walking the dog. Bachmann ran away. (The guy who walks the White House dog is the grounds keeper, no extra pay).

The huge cost that Bachmann was protesting was the same price of guarding a president whether the president is a Democrat or a Republican.

Not just Christians, but the Right Kind of Christians.

Not the wishy washy Congregationals, who just hold suppers and have nice comfy sermons on Sunday, and some might even be librul or have gay friends or even don't like $arah.

And certainly not the Episcopals, cuz they prolly belong to one of them there country clubs, dontcha know.

I hope you know that only the rill true evangelical fire breathin Jesus folk who live in Heartland, believe just like us, and bible, and don't hold with no wacky stuff like Mormons, Catholics, or JW's are Pure Conservatives

Cuz only rill, true Pure Christians can be conservative, cuz without it, ya got no moral compass, and just feedin' the poor, and social work, and such as don't count cuz them type of Christians are lost and goin' to hell, bible sez so.

Rill pure conservatives have to take back America to be what it shoulda been like in the 1950's when everything was better, and we wouldn't have no black guy for President, and gays weren't around, and women knew their place, stayed home, kept their heads covered and were silent during church.

Bless Tina Fey, bless her heart! I love her. I was laughing so hard I cried! Thanks for sharing this with us and please, please, keep up the pressure/digging/news sharing whatever it takes on Palin to see her finally disappear, hopefully either in an orange pantsuit, or just particles of dust. She has cost me too much in terms of my health, mentally and physically!

Sarah Palin will speak at NRA-ILA forum in Houston

    http://sarahpalinjournal.blogspot.com/2013/03/sarah-palin-will-speak-at-nra-ila-forum.html

Palin and Sen. Ted Cruz will share a stage again May 3 in Houston when both will speak at the 2013 NRA-ILA Stand And Fight Leadership Forum. The forum is part of the gun rights organization's three-day annual meeting and exhibits, which will also include a rally featuring Glen Beck. The NRA expects a crowd of more than 65,000 will attend. Confirmation of Sarah Palin's speaking role comes by way of the Facebook page for the event:

“This year’s Forum will feature some of our nation’s top Second Amendment leaders, including: former Governor Sarah Palin, U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, Governors Rick Perry and Bobby Jindal, former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum, and former Congressman Asa Hutchinson. Seating is limited. Act now to get your tickets!”

ILA is the legislative arm of the National Rifle Association. Gov. Palin spoke at the 2010 NRA convention in Charlotte, N.C.

And Jindal who was so concerned about the GOP being considered the stupid party is going to share the stage with "Oops" Perry, and "Blah" Santorum. The clown car is heading out early.

Love seeing PDS infect the media. O'Reilly, Fey, et. al. must detest the fact that the only way for them to stay relevant is to mention Sarah's name. This is the most powerful and threatening woman on the planet. Proud to be a Palinista.
