Pat Robertson lays out the gay agenda for us. And after all, who would understand it better than Pat Robertson?

The want "an affirmation of the way they DO sex." The bastards!

According to Roberson they are wiling to destroy the church, the military, marriage, and even businesses if people do not affirm that the way they "do sex" is alright with them.

And here I thought that gay people simply wanted to have the same rights as their heterosexual counterparts and gain acceptance for who they are as people.

But clearly I was mistaken, these people are dangerous individuals who want to get freedom dissolving "gay" all over everything! Oh the horror!

Oh Oh Oh..is this where Michele Bachmann will be when she leaves Congress? She's running a FEMA camp? She and her husband have all kinds of experience with this. They herded how many foster girls around their estate over the years? They preached to them about having their babies (they had a penchant for fostering PREGNANT teens.) They know how to pray away the gay too. Or not.

Thanks for the laugh, baby raptor. There were a few places I've been to on that list. Gibson writes for the Examiner - a platform for freelance whackadoodles - they get $500 per month, IIRC. Anyway, their info is old, as the work release program housed in one facility has grown (it's a large county with some gang problems.) Another one is an old CCC camp that was restored and is used for family/group camping - damn, those girl scouts there voluntarily are gonna be EEENCARSIRATED, Mable!

And then there's the idea that they would need to be near water to transport prisoners? WTF? on what, the Delta Queen? as said river has a huge silt problem.

And since the GOP constantly fights any bill for ANY kind of labor except soldiering and oil rigging, just what kind of work will they have all these 'patriots' doing do you think? And I bet the GOP won't give them health care or any benefits either poor slobs. Vote Democratic, people.

It appears to me that Mr. Robertson is obsessed with gay sex and has been for some time. His obsession appears to be quite similar to others who have been similarly obsessed and then were outed or came out voluntarily, often because of illicit extramarital indiscretions. Perhaps his close family members might want to monitor his behavior lest he disgrace himself and his family more than he already has.

Reza Aslan: ‘I Feel Really Bad’ For Fox News Anchor Who Grilled Me (VIDEO)

The religious scholar who was grilled last week during an interview with Fox News said Wednesday that he actually has sympathy for the anchor who couldn't stop questioning him over why he had the temerity to write a book about Jesus even though he's a Muslim.

Reza Aslan said that while the conservative cable news empire has an "inherent anti-Muslim bias," he actually feels bad for FoxNews.com anchor Lauren Green, who he suggested was simply relaying questions that were fed to her from a producer.

"Well, look, I watch Fox News, anyone who watches Fox News knows that they have an inherent anti-Muslim bias in their reporting and has been for quite some time," Aslan told MSNBC's Alex Wagner. "It's very successful for them. I don't actually blame them for it. They're a commercial enterprise. They know how to sell a product and, frankly, fear sells a product. I do want to say one quick thing though. Look, I feel really bad for Lauren Green. You know this, Alex, anybody on your show knows this that Lauren was sitting there being yelled at by some producer in her ear."

Aslan later said that he has anecdotal evidence that the interview, which has been widely circulated on the Internet, actually alienated Fox's own audience.

"And one of the things that's most satisfying about this is that I'm getting a lot of emails from conservatives, Fox News watchers, who are saying that this has turned them away," Aslan said. "In a sense, this is kind of Fox News' 'jump the shark' moment."

As he said in an interview earlier this week, Aslan said he knew what to expect when he agreed to a Fox News interview.

Reza Aslan On MSNBC: ‘Anybody Who Watches Fox Knows There Is An Inherent Anti-Muslim Bias’

...“Let’s talk about the fox news interview,” MSNBC host Alex Wagner began. “It’s gotten obviously a huge amount of play and Fox has revealed two biases; anti-Muslim and also anti-fact.”

“Anybody who watches Fox News knows that there is an inherent anti-Muslim bias in their reporting and has been for quite some time,” Aslan charged. “I don’t actually blame them for it. They’re a commercial enterprise. They know how to sell a product and, frankly, fear sells a product.”

Aslan said he felt “really bad” for Green, saying that it was his belief that she asked the questions she did because her program’s producers were telling her to do so.

“What I liked about what’s happened is this is not even about me anymore,” Aslan concluded. “That it’s become this larger discussion in this country about media, journalism, politics, faith. As a writer, I mean, that’s just great.”

IRS Scandal Allegations Were 'Completely False'

In sharp and explicit terms, a top White House official on Wednesday downplayed the controversy surrounding the IRS' screening of tea party groups, saying it had been drummed up by Republicans to falsely imply presidential involvement.

Speaking at a breakfast organized by the Christian Science Monitor, senior adviser Dan Pfeiffer didn't go so far as to call investigations into the IRS' activity illegitimate. He said that any whiffs of wrongdoing should be "looked at" and addressed. But accusations that the administration had played a role in -- or was at fault for -- the agency's conduct, Pfeiffer said, were "completely false."

"The allegation was, by many Republicans, that the White House was directing the IRS to target Tea Party groups," he said. "That was the allegation. And that has turned out to be completely false. There is no evidence to suggest that. And now it has turned out that the IRS was not just targeting conservative groups but also looking at a large number of progressive groups as well. So that changes the dynamic of what it was."

Pfeiffer specifically called out House Oversight Committee Chair Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) and other congressional Republicans for repeatedly trying to tie the White House to the scandal.

"I'd say that on all of the issues that you are talking about [IRS, Benghazi, NSA surveillance], there are legitimate questions to be looked at to be sure if things happened the wrong way, that they should be addressed. That is different then trying to turn them, to try to use them to score political points, which Congressman Issa and the Republican Senate have been very clear that that's what they are trying to do," Pfeiffer said. "All of these allegations about White House involvement, that the White House was involved, that Washington was involved, all of these things, as the facts have come out, have not been as such."

FOX has bozo Bozell, Islamophobic radical to defend idiot who insulted PhD religion professor and to insult him even further.

Fox News brought on conservative activist Brent Bozell on Wednesday afternoon to mount a spirited defense of the anchor who's come under fire for questioning why an Islamic religious scholar dared to write a book about Jesus.

Always eager to take on the "liberal media," Bozell, the founder of the conservative Media Research Center, joined host Shannon Bream in providing cover for anchor Lauren Green, who grilled author Reza Aslan last week over his book, Zealot: The Life and Times of Jesus of Nazareth.

"I'll be the first one to stand up and applaud Lauren Green for the question that she asked," Bozell said. "It was the exact, correct question that needed to be asked."

Bream said the "liberal media has been quiet on the subject matter" of Aslan's book but it "cannot control its outrage" over Green's question. Green, who is a religion correspondent for Fox News, repeatedly asked Aslan why, as Muslim, he would write a book about Jesus. The interview has drawn Fox widespread mockery.

But both Bream and Bozell insisted that Green is being treated unfairly. Bozell said Green is a "good, good woman" and Bream called her colleague is "fantastic."

"I often encounter her in the halls and have always found her to be a very fantastic colleague, somebody who does care about what's at the root of these stories and asks those questions," Bream said.

Ironically, Aslan appeared on MSNBC shortly before Bozell's appearance on Fox and actually expressed sympathy for Green.

"Look, I feel really bad for Lauren Green," Aslan said, suggesting that the anchor was simply parroting questions from a producer.

Aslan took to Twitter to respond to Bozell, who suggested that the author may not be a very good Muslim:

House to spend last week before recess voting on bills to embarrass White House

With three days left on the calendar before lawmakers leave Washington for a five-week summer break, there is still no agreement on a farm bill, no plan on how to fund the government after September and little progress on immigration reform.

But House Republicans will spend much of this week voting on a collection of legislative proposals aimed mostly at embarrassing the Obama administration and scoring some political points.

“The whole purpose of these votes, in my opinion, is to show that when we see government abuses, we try to do something about them,” said Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Tex.), who sponsored legislation that would place limits on non-military government travel spending and require detailed reports on conference spending by federal agencies.

Eager to call renewed attention to the troubled Internal Revenue Service and lingering doubts about the health-care law, Republican leaders have dubbed this “Stop Government Abuse Week,” a parting shot at the White House and a conversation-starter for GOP lawmakers as they travel home to their districts in August.

“The House will have had a very busy couple of days pushing legislation through — hopefully in a bipartisan manner — saying that it’s time for us in Washington all to remember that this town should work for the people and not the other way around,” House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) said at a news conference Wednesday morning.

The themed week has been in the works for more than a month, and some GOP aides privately admit that House leaders rushed consideration of the farm bill in early July in order to make space on the calendar for the “scandal bills.” Several of the bills are similar to legislation that has already passed in the House in recent years, only to be ignored by the Democratic-controlled Senate.

While some of the bills are expected to get some Democratic support in the House, it is unlikely that any of the legislation will go anywhere in the Senate — making this push largely just for show. Votes are expected to begin Wednesday.

Many of these proposals were prompted by revelations earlier this year that IRS employees improperly flagged and scrutinized tax-exemption applications based on political ideology instead of using politically neutral criteria.

A misleading ‘Obamacare’ poll, courtesy of the Chamber of Commerce and Harris Interactive

We have long warned readers about the perils of relying on data from opt-in Internet polls, especially those that make broad claims about estimating population values. We have given Pinocchios both to President Obama, for relying on an opt-in poll when he claimed that a majority of millionaires support the Buffett rule, and the National Rifle Association, for asserting that an opt-in poll reflected the views of the nation’s police.

This is a yet another case, but with a wrinkle. Here, the polling company, Harris Interactive, and the sponsor, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, presented the data in a highly misleading way — and then made false claims about the type of poll that had been conducted.

The Chamber has been a fierce opponent of the health-care law, a.k.a. Obamacare, and we frequently warn readers they should always be skeptical of polls peddled by partisan organizations. Perhaps it should be no surprise that this poll was released just as the GOP-led House of Representatives scheduled a vote to repeal the law.

Given the way the data was presented, Republican lawmakers thought they had been handed a gift — and ended up with egg on their faces.

He said that Edward, who is holed up at an airport in Moscow, grew up in a patriotic family in suburban Maryland, filled with federal agents and police officers, and that he “loves this nation.’’

Asked what triggered his son’s decision to leak top-secret intelligence documents, Snowden, a retired Coast Guard officer, said he didn’t know. Although Edward had seemed troubled in April during their final dinner together, he said his son had recently put up a “firewall between himself and his family.”

“We had no idea what was coming,’’ he said.

SarahPAC haz a sad. "Sarah Palin PAC Takes 'Fundraising Nosedive,' Report Says"

"SarahPAC brought in more than $460,000 during the first six months of the year, a sizable amount by most PAC’s standards. But the haul falls well short of what the former GOP vice presidential candidate and Alaska governor’s PAC raised at the same points during the past two years.

By the end of June 2012, for example, Palin’s PAC had raised nearly $1.2 million on the year. In 2011, that figure stood closer to $1.7 million."

      At this current nosedive rate...
      June 2011 $1,700,000 - 500,000 =
      June 2012 $1,200,000 - 740,000 =
      June 2013 $460,000 - ??? =
      June 2014 BUSTED

House seeks to put Obama on the defensive in votes this week

As part of their “Stop Government Abuse Week,” House Republicans are considering 10 bills, several of which would overhaul the IRS, cap spending on conferences and compensation at federal agencies and curb the regulatory powers of the Environmental Protection Agency and other agencies. GOP lawmakers can be expected to tout passage of the bills during interactions with voters during the five-week recess.

    1. Citizen Empowerment Act: This bill by Rep. Lynn Jenkins (R-Kan.) would allow people to record telephone conversations with most federal employees. Current law only permits Americans to record conversations with Internal Revenue Service officials, and only after providing at least 10-day advance notice.

    2. Government Employee Accountability Act: This proposal by Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.) would allow federal agencies to place employees on unpaid leave if they are under investigation for certain serious offenses. The GOP-controlled House has passed similar legislation for the past two years, but it has been ignored by the Senate.

    3. Government Customer Service Improvement Act: This bill by Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-Tex.) would require the Obama administration to establish government-wide customer service standards, including target response times for phone calls, e-mails and benefits processing. The House passed a similar version last year, but it was never considered in the Senate despite enjoying bipartisan support.

    4. Government Spending Accountability Act: Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Tex.) hopes to place limits on non-military government travel spending and require detailed reports on conference spending by federal agencies. The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee unanimously approved the proposal in March in response to several stories of lavish spending by federal agencies on employee conferences.

The ‘big, fancy rollout’ of Alison Lundergan Grimes

When Alison Lundergan Grimes first announced that yes, she was going after Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s seat next year, it wasn’t only Team Mitch that derided her piddly, off-the-cuff, ‘OK, I’m in’ campaign launch earlier this month. Even one Democratic consultant called that effort “one of the worst rollouts ever.”

Of course, I never met a single voter who said, “That campaign announcement 18 months ago was so unpolished, I’m going with the other guy.” But just in case, Tuesday’s event marking her official entry into the race was as spashy as the first try was slapdash. McConnell “kept saying, ‘Where’s her big, fancy rollout?’ ” said Jonathan Hurst, a senior adviser to Lundergan Grimes. “Well, here it is.”

Yup, produced to perfection — who’ll have some sweet tea? — and featuring a video endorsement from her dad’s old buddy Bill Clinton: “I’ve known Alison a long time,” Clinton says in it, “and have seen her develop” — an ill-timed pause for breath just then drew some heh-heh titters from reporters – “into a secretary of state who’s smart and strong, passionate and effective, and Kentucky through and through.”

"Last month the media world was stunned - er, scratch that - bored by news that Sarah Palin had re-signed with Fox News after a very public falling out. It was pretty well known by insiders that Fox had low-balled Palin and that her acceptance of the offer months later was proof of her desperation (and Fox’s too)...."

Apparently, there is now audio of Ms Palin's radio interview when she was in South Dakota at that Ag Fest thingy that had NO PRESS ALLOWED.

    h/t to C4P:
"Sarah Palin radio interview on Ag PhD on July 25, in the first 15 minutes or so:
    http://www.agphd.com/ag-phd-ra...
She said it is often frustrating, and she has been frustrated enough herself at times, but that if we refuse to be Daniels in the lion's den we will get what we deserve. "We are expected by a Higher Power to fight and get out there to do what's right." She said we have to fight to the death for the opportunities that God has provided our country and to do what we are put on earth to do. Frustration and being tired are not excuses."

Palin’s overall popularity has also suffered of late, a Public Policy Polling survey released Tuesday indicates.

If Palin were to run for U.S. Senate against Democratic incumbent Mark Begich, D-Alaska, Begich would “cruise” to re-election, the poll states.

Proverbs 14:12 - There is a way which seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death.

Your immoral and perverse comments prove that your paths are aimed at destruction. I am confident that not one of you has real joy. Only Jesus can give you lasting joy…
