Perfect comparison.
You know I am really starting to warm up to John Fugelsang.
Definitely becoming one of the best we have on our side.
First time I saw Fugelsang was on America's Funniest Home Videos where he appeared to be the "foil" for Daisy Fuentes. But he came off as a much more savvy presenter and Daisy as the bimbo airhead (which I know she really isn't). I thought, this guy needs his own HBO special. He did really well on Current TV and should be invited to other political/religious discussions on other stations and venues. If you listen closely, he makes sense out of political/religious senselessness.
I discovered John Fugelsang a couple of years ago while watching one of the programs I follow on MSNBC. He was a guest or guest host. Wow! I immediately wrote down his name so that I would remember it. He is so sharp and cuts right to the heart of any topic being discussed.
Fugelsang is awesome. First heard him on Stephanie Miller's show, and then saw the Sexy Liberal Comedy Show tour with Fugelsang, Hal Sparks and Stephanie Miller. Great show and some talented comics making fun of the right wing and fundamentalist is a great time.
