The problem with the joke is that the original joke, which Palin still can't live down, was that she could see Russia from her house. How could she see President Obama from her house when President is in Washington DC? It doesn't make sense.
Is Palin trying to make a lame joke a week after a military action was avoided? What happened to let Allah sort it out? If Allah had a hand in this settlement (since He listens to Sarah too, you betcha), does Allah have a shoeprint on his ass? What is wrong with avoiding a military strike in Syria? I thought that the Republicans were going to vote against it anyway. Maybe it's because Obama and Kerry gave the responsibility to Putin, and they were big enough to let Putin take credit for it. If anything goes wrong, it will rest with Putin, not Obama.
