For sixth year in a row President Obama is the world's most admired man. Suck it Republicans!

Courtesy of Reuters:

Americans named President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as the world's most admired living man and woman in 2013, according to a Gallup poll released on Monday.

Obama topped the annual list for the sixth consecutive year, a typical ranking for a sitting U.S. president, the polling organization said.

But the percentage of those surveyed who choose him as the most admired man fell to 16 percent this year, down from 30 percent in 2012.

Well of course it fell with the GOP smear machine working overtime to destroy his  credibility and undermining him at every turn what else could we expect? However despite that he still comes out on top.

The man will go down in history as one of our greatest Presidents ever, despite the attempts by the Republicans to invalidate his presidency.

I also find it rich that the most admired woman is Hillary. That must really burn the GOP's ass.

The Republicans get knocked down every step of the way (in their fight against President Obama) and it's more than delightful to watch him undercut them and their actions!

I agree, he will go down in history as one of our best POTUS. He counters them consistently w/steady, calm steps and is one class act! Plus, he's so damned much smarter than the majority of the Republicans in Congress.

Can you imagine either John McCain, Boehner, Cantor, Cruz etc. winning this position ever in their lives? Don't think so!

Love the idea of Hillary Clinton being in their face for eight years after President Obama's second term ends (if she decides to run). The Republicans have NO ONE, with Hillary's experience, to put up against her.

Suck it, Republicans in the U.S. Congress! Do 'some kind' of 'real' work representing the folks that put you in office. Your group is a disgrace and you should all be fired! You'd NEVER survive in the private sector for two seconds! At least, Americans with jobs, show up timely for work and put in the hours, where you men and women assuredly don't!

What's not to admire? He's a gorgeous man. He's deeply intelligent. He has a spectacular singing voice. He has amazing dignity. He's gracious, kind, compassionate, loving. He's a phenomenal father/parent/husband. He's comfortable in his own skin. He does everything he can to keep his word. He is loved by little children. He's real and genuine and humble. He leans toward diplomacy and dialogue. He thinks things through thoroughly before he acts. He's mature in his temperment. He's a really FUNNY guy. He rocks at basketball. He has been consistent in his views and vision for more than 20 years. He laughs at himself, is self reflective and learns from his mistakes. Not to mention he's HOT! And that smile of his is dazzling!

And then you've got the neanderthal GOP and it's getting so much worse...

Oh, I can hear the comments on that site now. "Skewered!" "You didn't poll everybody!" "The WORLD?" "Nigger!" "Kenyan Marxist Muslim Commie!"

Fact of the matter is, he has handled it all eloquently and IS thought well of by our allies, and the more the GOP try to blame him for their foibles the more ridiculous they look.

The RNC Wrote A 100-Page Autopsy, But Apparently Nobody Read It

Earlier this year, the Republican National Committee put together a team of experts to pore over what lessons there were to learn from the GOP's electoral defeats in 2012. Together, they compiled what is officially termed the "Growth And Opportunity Project," but what has become colloquially known -- due to its thanatological study of the corpse of Mitt Romney's campaign -- as the "RNC autopsy." Call it what you like, the RNC insisted that it was "the most comprehensive post-election review" ever undertaken, and at 100 pages, we're not inclined to quibble.

Over the course of those 100 pages, the report’s authors offered up a number of urgent “bottom line” thoughts on the state of the party after 2012. One of the most firmly stated admonitions cautioned against insular thinking: “The Republican Party has to stop talking to itself.”

Indeed, that’s solid advice for anyone who’s been long trapped in the bubble of “This Town.” But the question, one year on from the publication of this report, is whether or not the Republican Party has started listening to its own advice.

Those who produced the after-action report definitely took a soup-to-nuts approach, devoting their energies to matters both philosophical and practical. The RNC got deep into the weeds on how to operate better in the modern campaign finance environment, took on the tremendous deficits the party endured in terms of campaign technology, and made a critical dissection of the party's entire primary process. There was also tremendous emphasis on reaching out to demographic groups that have lately found it all too easy to spurn the GOP's advances.

Now that we've reached the end of the first post-autopsy year, however, it may be worth it to take a look back and see how the Republican Party is doing, following the strictures set down in the "Growth And Opportunity Project." Let's just pull one especially urgent-sounding order out of the autopsy, totally at random, shall we?

Unfortunately, our stupid Sarah tied for 3rd place as the most admired woman. Too bad the average public doesn't know about the whore, the bastards, the meth, the gambling, the cocaine, the vandalism, the threats, the arson, the murders......

PRINCETON, NJ -- For the sixth consecutive year, Barack Obama ranks as the Most Admired Man among Americans, and Hillary Clinton is again the Most Admired Woman. Both won by comfortable margins. Sixteen percent named Obama, compared with 4% each for former President George W. Bush and Pope Francis; Clinton (15%) finished ahead of television personality Oprah Winfrey (6%), first lady Michelle Obama (5%), and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (5%).

The only thing that matters with the poll are the words "For the sixth year in a row, President Obama is the most admired man in the world. We already know what Republicans do best.

Considering all this man's been through in these six years, he still comes out unscathed and gets this honor. The ONLY qualm I have with it is that Sarah of Wasilla and First Lady Michelle Obama are tie with 5 percent each. How can that be? There IS no comparison, one's the epitome of elegance, style, brains and beauty.
The other resembles those fumes that rise from a freshly turned pile of maturing horse manure, she dresses below her social class, washed up, old hookers. And hasn't made a cogent sentence since the day the doctor slapped her butt and she turned around and winked for the first time. Donald Trump hair bobbleheaded dingbat grandma. Did I miss any?

How Wonderful. The current President and the next President are #1 with the American People. I can only guess that "rill americans" don't want a Canadian as their President.

Go Home Ted Cruz and Stay Home Sarah Palin.
