How Tripp feels about hanging with us girls all the time!
Yeah isn't that funny how this kid is bundled up and taken away from his home, and his father, simply because that is what his mother wants, with no regard for what is in his best interests.
So funny, right?
As I have mentioned before this trip to Arizona is supposed to last for three months. So that is three months away from his father, his sister, and his home.
But that's fine, all this does is give Levi ammunition to use in court when he makes his claim that his relationship with his son is jeopardized by the actions of the boy's mother.

Anonymous 5:22 I agree completely with your comments. The thought has just occurred to me that Bristol actually wants Levi to win his custody suit against her. Not because Bristol cares at all about Tripp and his welfare (she doesn't), but because she wants to be free of Tripp more of the time. Losing in court puts an acceptable face on an outcome Bristol actually wants.

This selfie is in direct conflict with what MOM Palin wants to project. Mom Palin wants her adult daughters to fit nicely into this moral family/traditional box to keep the fake brand going and Bristol may be rebelling. These facebook entries seem to be some form of sabotaging her mother's efforts, IMO.
Tripp needs a mother, and he cannot be Bristol's mother. Both of them are seriously in need of concerned mentors to guide them away from the abusive Palin dynasty.

Anon 5:03 nailed it! There was a time when Bristol was an unmarried, pregnant teen and Sarah wanted to be named the VP candidate. According to Sarah, she wanted Bristol and Tripp to get married, but Todd prevailed, and they did not. I don't think that Bristol had any idea what it meant to have a child when she was little more than a child herself. Bristol was used as a prop by her mother, being sent out to give speeches about abstinence when Bristol did not practice what she preached. Sarah set Bristol up with DWTS when Bristol had no talent and no personality for that show. Sarah set Bristol up with a ghost written book. Bristol missed out on having all of the fun that her friends were having-- and from the look of the photos of Tripp and Trig, Bristol has her hands full taking care of both of them. It's more than she bargained for.

It is common knowledge the Palins lie. Is there some way that Levi can get the facts about Tripp being raised by a nanny or more than one nanny? Also the trial men that are paraded through young Tripp's life, they are part of his upbringing while they are exposesd to Tripp. Even if it is only for a one night fling or they last for a whole reality TV season. Or like the latest dude Todd found through Ski-doo products. They are all instrumental in raising Tripp and being his father figures. Todd may have better standards for the trial men to whom he exposes his grandson then say the men he keeps track of for his stable. We can hope. He set David Chaney up with Shailey Tripp, he was a family man and held down a good job. It sounded like an alright deal in some ways. For all we know Chaney was a good man to his family other than his one known problem.

There is so much noise that they recommend that kids wear protective ear muffs to protect their sensitive ear drums. The pictures that Bristol does post of Tripp are equally creepy (and posed). What boy paints a bird house pink? What boy buys pink party decorations for his mother's surprise birthday party? What boy writes his mother's name with a heart instead of a dot over the letter i. When the teacher in his religious school printed the fill-in-the-blank, "Tripp loves Jesus because He made......" Yeah, the first thing that a kid would write would be "my mom." The picture that bothered me the most was the one where Tripp was getting a pedicure at Bristol's beauty school. In fact, Tripp came to visit Bristol at school more than once. That's not really how a professional school should run. There are lots of chemicals around that are not safe for a kid. Neither is the loud noise at the monster truck rally, either. Bristol has one important job, and that is taking care of Tripp. Looking at the photos she posts, she's not doing a very good job. The proof of it was when she asked her readers to give her parenting advice. She complained to Melissa Rivers that Tripp ruled the roost and she couldn't get him to mind. We all saw how much Tripp enjoyed visiting Arizona with Bristol and Willow, who laughed at him when he lost his temper. It's child abuse!

DeleteBristol claims to have worked full time as a dermatologist's assistant ever since Tripp was born-- for about five years. Now, she's gone off to Arizona to learn about skin care for a couple of months. That's doesn't make sense. There are cosmetology schools in Alaska, too, but she chose the place where Willow studied hair care. Remembering one of their silly reality shows, Willow didn't want to go to school in Alaska because she would have to get up too early. I guess the sun rises later in Arizona, the weather is nicer and they don't make you work as hard there. And, it's obvious that Bristol didn't learn anything in five years at a dermatology office-- or she really didn't work there full time, what with her reality show appearances, book signings, and other important travel.

If she went to school in Alaska, she would have had to get up early in the morning, and go to school 5 or 6 days a week. By comparison, Arizona was more lenient. Who the fuck do you think you are lecturing President Obama and Wendy Davis on morals? You are a 23 year old uneducated, unwed single mother whose best vocabulary consists of words such a “awesome,” “whatnot” and “haters.” You have not experienced life in any way. Heck, I have three kids, and they have been all over the world. My oldest son is the same age as you. He has been to America twice with the family, and once on his own. He has travelled to Australia twice on his own, has been to Morocco, Portugal, Italy and France. I may have left out a few countries. He has just completed his degree (not high school).
I also went to college. I left home at the tender age of 18. I qualified for a grant on the results of my final school year. When I went to college that first year it was hard. I hadn’t studied physics in school and it was a pre-requisite to passing into second year. I worked my ass off to pass that exam. I knew that if I failed that year…the chance was gone. There was no way that my parents could afford the fees.
Once I got through that first year it was a lot easier. I knew what direction I wanted to go. I studied Biochemistry. I got a Masters and then a Ph.D. I was 30 at that stage. But life throws you curve balls. I found myself pregnant and married. I was married at 27. I wasn’t an unwed mother.
A year later, I had another son. I had a miscarriage a some months later. You little fucking twit. Don’t you dare to go there. You have no idea of the shock and anguish of expecting a baby only to lose it.
I had always wanted a daughter. I researched it. But a an older woman told me how to concieve a daughter. I did, and I am still on a high 16 yrs later. I have my wonderful girl.
But do you know what Bristol, I took off and did another degree in Photography when my daughter was about eight. I just couldn’t stop learning. It was hard. I had to arrange my lectures around her schooling.
You need to get off your butt. And you are in no position to lecture anyone. I’ll refrain from what I really think of you. If you were my daughter…I could never show my face in public. You are a mortal embarrassement to mothers all over the world.

DeleteThe time for Bristol to have started reading a book was when she was expecting Tripp. Back in the day, I read Dr. Spock (not the Star Trek guy), whose common sense advice answered questions about child rearing. Poor Bristol had to ask the readers of her blog to offer her parenting suggestions, while there are plenty of books, information on line, parenting classes, all to make up for her lack of a good role maternal role model to follow.
Bristol is painfully ignorant. I watched her fake reality show, and she did not know how to cook a chicken. Even Willow knew how to stick a chicken in the oven and set the dial to roast. (Hint: take out stuff inside, first. And, don't forget to wash your hands). Thanks to Bristol's photos and reality appearances, we have seen how she parents her baby, calling him "mama's boy," and keeping him away from his father.
I'd like to add a P.S. to austinisafeck's letter to Bristol. It's simple. Bristol, shut up and grow up!

And you don't have to qualify for "grants" by grades (scholarships yes, but not grants which are usually needs based - gain, a distinction someone with a PhD would know. Any other kids his own age (whatever THAT is) will show him how REAL families are formed and thrive and he wll resent his mother very much. It is not as if his father did not want him in his life. Bristol prevented that. Sunny could teach Bristles a few things about mothering and maturity.

DeleteBristles is probably STILL trying to "go Hollywood" and Tripp is all she has going for her. No talent, can't sing, dance or act. No great shakes in the looks department, either. Promoting Tripp as a child "star" is her only chance of getting on TV again.

ReplyDeleteTripp had so much candy that he fell asleep in the pile of candy. When you think of it, none of the photos that Bristol post are very flattering to her as a parent. A boy getting a girlie pedicure. A boy painting a bird house pink. A boy putting a lovey heart over the i in Bristol's name. Every photo is designed to make it look as if Tripp loves Bristol, and then Bristol calls him her baby, and writes that he means more to her than life itself. She may think that by influencing public opinion, the way that her mother did in Alaska politics, she will win in court. It doesn't work that way. The judge doesn't read facebook. He looks at the evidence. And, frankly, if Levi collected some of these photos, along with the videos of her reality show, he would have more than enough proof that Bristol is just too immature for the responsibility of raising a child full time. Tripp needs to be with his father, too.

DeleteIt's not a contest Bristol. A healthy child loves both his parents. And a healthy parent encourages the child to love the other parent regardless of their personal feelings about they're ex. Bristol wanted what Sunny has now..a husband and a family, but she allowed her mother to interfere and now she's still auditioning trial husbands.

ReplyDeleteIf you enlarge the photo, you can see what appears to be at least one boy's legs in the background so it doesn't appear that Tripp was just hanging with girls. Do they ever tell the truth? Do they know what the word "truth" means?
It really doesn't matter whether the kid behind Tripp is with them or not. Tripp looks really unhappy. The point of taking the selfie was to post it on the Monster Twitter, along with other people's pictures. That must be Bristol's weird sense of humor, posting a photo of her son looking miserable. That's not funny, and it's another example of Bristol's poor judgement.

Bristol admitted that she was having a hard time parenting Tripp. She wrote a long letter to Melissa Rivers, describing all of the problems she had getting Tripp to mind her. She had to bribe him with popsicles. (Melissa had Tripp working on a chore chart in one week. So the problem isn't Tripp; it's Bristol). Tripp slept in Bristol's bed. Bristol asked the readers of her blog for parenting tips. (There are plenty of resources on the internet, in the library and book store, there are parenting classes, and if have a play date for your kid, you can get tips from his mother, too).
DeleteMaybe Bristol has just gotten bogged down with the responsibility of being a parent. Sarah admitted that it was Todd who suggested that Levi and Bristol should not get married. They may have given her a truck, a condo, appearances on DWTS and plenty of other stuff, but being a parent is a full time job. Bristol is still too immature to handle it. Maybe this is Bristol's subconscious wish, that Levi will get some time with Tripp and she'll finally be free. Sarah has been orchestrating Bristol's life up until now. Maybe this is a cry for help. Bristol wants to go to see Monster Trucks, but she brought the baby sitter and Tripp along. That's no fun. I wonder if Joey Junker was along, too.

Their ambition is to be a TV family like the Kardasians. The paparrazi would ask "Who all these kids are" plus "Who is the latest trial husband (bought and paid for by Momma Grizzly)" ? They just do not think things through, these Palins. What they got away with in Alaska will not fly in the lower 48.

DeleteThat is one of the most hateful (or downright stupid) thing a divorced/separated parent could say. It's akin to alienation of affection and any judge worth his or her salt (or who isn't in the Palin's pocket) won't look too kindly on it.

The thing is, she's made it very, very public that she simply can't handle Tripp, even asking publicly for help. She's definitely made it clear: she thinks Tripp and his behaviors are monstrous.

So, adding more kids to the mix, creating a litter of kids? It wouldn't happen. It wouldn't be allowed.
The only way it could be would be through a "private" or religion-based adoption "service".
If Bristol didn't birth Trig (and, I am of the opinion that she most certainly did), she would just claim that she started adopting "privately" and bring out the "new siblings" one-by-one...
That's where Sarah would've adopted Trig from, IF I didn't think Bristol herself bore him. Desperate Housewives had the Bree storyline of faking a pregnancy to "protect her daughter" (and her own reputation!)
But if Bristol didn't, I could see Sarah going to a fundie adoption network. Its what Sarah's friend Gina Loudon and her husband did to get their Down son, Samuel just a year before.
We all know that Sarah is very impressionable, desperate to be liked (look how she watched her own poll numbers in Alaska drop like a rock during the 2008 elections!) and crazy for public adoration. We've also seen how she takes ideas from others and calls them her own (like the flag-raising firefighters in the 9-11 photo). Its not a stretch to think that Sarah might have gone "there".
But, it'a selfie! Or an "us-id" if that's what a "selfie" with more than one person in it is call. Bristol dearie would never do that!
