The real Obamacare train wreck.

The law is catching steam and getting ready to roar past its many conservative opponents leaving them in the dust. Hopefully it will happen fast enough for the Democrats to use in the 2014 elections.

It's a long way to November but, if yesterday's ACA post is any indication, a troll appearance would be indicate there much to like about it.

President Obama and Zach Galifianakis: pure genius.

If it is catching steam, then why are there so many waivers, and why has he pushed back the business mandate again, and the individual mandate until after the 2016 elections!?! If it were truly the "Law of the Land" why is it that he keeps changing it without Congress? I'm thinking that this (both Obamacare, and his executive order addiction) will come back to haunt him.

You are delusional in addition to being woefully ignorant. When Barack Obama is no longer president, Republicans will be scrambling to take credit for the ACA and desperately trying to scrub the word "Obamacare" from memory.

The ACA will be a shining legacy of the Obama Presidency.

How do you feel about Reagan's 381 executive orders or GW Bush's 291 executive orders? Do you even know how many Barack Obama has signed? I'm guessing you never even heard of "executive orders" until the right wing media started whining about them in this particular administration. Don't feel bad, they had never heard of them before either.

It has nothing to do with the quantity, rather the type! Woefully ignorant? Do you own a mirror. This Perez is legislating laws...deciding for himself what laws, and what part of those laws, to uphold. Executive orders are meant for things like...put veterans at the head of the list when hiring security guards for federal buildings. Not for...don't enforce this law.

      Dumbass!

What frustrates me, though, is the Democrats are doing a pisspoor job of selling the thing.

COUNTER ALL OF THESE LIES WITH YOUR OWN PROPAGANDA! FIND PEOPLE WHO BENEFITTED FROM THE LAW AND GET THEM ON THE FUCKING TODAY SHOW!

START PUTTING YOUR LADY SENATORS AND CONGRESSPEOPLE IN FRONT OF NEWS CAMERAS AND TALKING ABOUT SPENDING ON PENIS PUMPS.

GET SOMEONE TO SPONSOR A BILL TO BAN SPENDING MONEY ON PENIS PUMPS TO COUNTER THE SHIT ABOUT BIRTH CONTROL.

WHY DID I HAVE TO HEAR ABOUT PENIS PUMP PAYMENTS ON THE DAILY SHOW????

WHY DID YOU WAIT SO FREAKING LONG TO BRING UP THAT ISSUE?

    GAH!

It sucks to be a Democrat sometimes!

History is going to be on the side of the ACA, the way it has been for the Civil Rights Act, Medicare, and Social Security. All easily paid for if we'd have reasonable and fair taxation. We can't get by on emergent care, the philanthropy of corporations largess, nor the constrained faith-based 'charity.'

The ACA is the way, for too long the American Dream has been hampered by dire medical costs, barriers and imbalance. I welcome judgement on that ridiculous House majority that has voted FIFTY times to repeal the act, for all the actual help it has provided over 4 million people already.

No Problem, it will be repealed, like Paul Revere pealing them bells and shooting those warning shots, we'll give the GOP and Tea Party fair warning in time for them to go back to England and join the Anglican Church.
Pageant Waving, only slower, is expected when you curtsy before the Queen.
Don't like Obamacare? No problem, don't join. Don't like paying taxes? Don't do it, it's a free country!

The ACA is singularly one of President Obama's greatest moves, and as the numbers grow and people experience all the benefits, there's no way anyone would allow their health care to go back to what it was before.
When it was called "Romney Care", no one blinked an eyelash, but someone with more brains and melanin comes up with a national plan, all of a sudden the morons (The "M" does have a sound) have done all they could think of to lie and obstruct it from being implemented.
I wanted single payer, and maybe some day it'll happen. As far as bang for the buck, I'm happy as hell with my plan.
