Bill Maher's New Rules takes on both the conservatives and the liberals. But mostly the conservatives.

Bill Maher: "Somebody has to tell me, how do they do it? How do Republicans win elections?"

Maher goes on to point out that polls show that the majority of Americans are for the things that Republicans are adamantly against. So how do they win?

Maher: "I'll tell you how. They employ a complex, multifaceted technique, political scientists  call 'cheating.'"

Yep, that's it alright.

Maher also says that sometimes liberals make it easy for Republicans to win by being bossy, or arrogant.

However he ends the segment with this:

"Remember, for every liberal with a cause who makes you go ‘Oh, shoot me,’ there’s a conservative with a gun who will.

I love Bill Maher and try never to miss his show. The one last night was outstanding and it was spot on as to the Republicans. Dems across the nation need to get their voters out - make sure they have the proper ID - and get to the polls for the upcoming elections.

Vote Republicans out of office wherever you can! They are one nasty group of folks - racists - members of the KKK and anti the poor and middle class.

Recently, many in the progressive media piled on Paul Ryan and Greg Abbott for citing Charles Murray, white supremacist co-author of The Bell Curve.

No one has made a peep about Bill Maher having Murray on his show.

Paul Ryan and Greg Abbott are elected officials and they should represent the people they serve instead of kissing the ass of a white supremacist. Bill Maher is an entertainer - that's why no one made a peep about him having Murray on his show.

For all the people who criticize, attack, and demean those you deem "trolls," answer this:

Do you really think you're acting like a moral person when you slander, attack, and demean people with your propaganda?

Do you really not see the reality of what you're doing, how unscrupulous you are?

Think about it. You know your favorite bloggers and their "friends" have lied. They may believe their statements, but they still fail to retract the lie later. The favored sources have given false info time and time again.

do you really think it's moral to continue perpetuating lies just to save face? Do you really think it's "nice" to bring innocent people into your fiction?

Is that NOT acting identically to those you hate? (hate is a strong word by the way. One should never hate another person, and no one can legitimately hate a person they've never met.)

I'm sorry for this and for my rationality. I don't beat around the bush, or bullshit.

You continue to whine about lies being told but you never say what those lies are. Surely, you could be more precise and list them for us.

When asked to do this before, you ran away. Perhaps this time you could show some spine and address the question.

      a) Don't be sorry for your rationality. You are not rational at all.

      b) Every word of your asinine comment is nothing but pure, unadulterated bullshit. Nothing but snotty self-righteousness without one single example or shred of evidence.

So how about you just fuck off, you ignorant dolt, since you have nothing of value to contribute?

Hey stupid Troll @ 8:27. $carah Pain is no "innocent person." She is a stupid, vicious, mean spirited bitch, who through the stupidity and misogyny of an old man with some power, got a speaking platform.. She is now using the remnant of that platform to push action and policy that will harm me and mine. Attacking her by every legal means possible is self-defense. Just verbally standing our ground.

In a display of her Christian values, Palin had this to say at the NRA convention: "Well, if I were in charge, they would know that waterboarding is the way we baptize terrorists."

Also, too: "If you control arms, you control the people."

Funny, Sarah doesn't talk much about Saint Reagan's stance on gun control. Reagan: As Gov. of California, Reagan signed the Mulford Act which prohibited the carrying of firearms on your person, in your vehicle and in any public place.
As Gov. of Cal. Reagan signed off on a 15-day waiting period for guns.
As president he signed into law a ban on ownership of fully automatic rifles.
After leaving the presidency he supported the Brady Bill which provided for a 7-day waiting period for guns.

In my younger days I tended to vote for the candidates that most representated my beliefs and convictions, including moderate conservatives. Now I find only democrats speak for me. Nevermore will I ever vote for a Republican. Case closed.

Old time Republicans are embarrassed as to what their party has become. Many have and will pulling away from it and will not vote/support the Republican candidates.

They have horrible people in their party today - too extreme - racists - spread false stories that have been proven to be incorrect - are trying to block the vote in various states - have tried to obstruct President Obama every step of the way, etc.

Vote them out of office - especially in the U.S. Congress - in your state Legislatures and in your city governments. They won't be missed one bit!

President Obama was so correct in his answer yesterday to a press question regarding the idiot in Nevada.

We've been listening and listening to Palin for years and she continues to show her ineptness and the fact she's not learned a damned thing since she quit as gov in Alaska.

She's just gotten nastier, more evil and has aged horribly!

He doesn't invite Sarah Palin to his home....in fact, he has nothing to do w/her publically.

I don't know how Hillary can stomach him, but I guess it's her duty and she has to appear receptive. All he wants is WAR!

So, Palin recklessly defines torture as part of some kind of 'holy war' while there are thousands of soldiers in harm's way in the ME?
Way to 'support the troops', Sarah.

She should be waterboarded/baptized - on TV so that it can be shown nationally. We'll see what a brave bull shitter she is then! That terrorist mouth of hers also needs to be sewn shut!
