Former Gilberton, PA police chief Mark Kessler has released a new expletive-laden video in which he threatened his critics, then angrily fired an assault rifle.
The video opened with Kessler off-camera, trying to secure the camera to the tripod. Then, wearing a black baseball cap and a pair of matching black ear protection earmuffs and carrying an AR-15 assault rifle, he entered the frame and began to rant.
“Chief Kessler here,” he began, “and I want to tell all my supporters out there that I thank you very much.”
For his detractors, however, Kessler had a different message.
“And for all the people out there that are against me, you can all go f*ck yourselves,” he said. “Go f*ck yourself! Okay? If you think for one minute that I forgot, or that I’m gonna f*ckin’ forget any of this, you have another thing coming.”
I am still amazed that this guy was put in charge of law enforcement in Pennsylvania.
And even more disturbing is that it seems that he is not an aberration among the community of fanatical 2nd Amendment defenders.
Check this out from Mother Jones:
A top target for gun extremists has been the women of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, the grassroots group that began after Sandy Hook and has since merged with Michael Bloomberg's Mayors Against Illegal Guns under the Everytown banner. The battle has grown particularly ugly in Texas, where gun groups such as Open Carry Texas have conducted demonstrations showcasing their right under state law to openly carry rifles in public. The sight of groups of (mostly) men carrying semi-automatic rifles along a busy road or inside the local Jack in the Box has prompted bystanders to call police. In response, Open Carry Texas has begun making open-records requests, identifying callers and threatening to publicize their personal information.
On April 10, Brett Sanders, a member of Open Carry Texas in Plano, a midsize city in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, posted a video on YouTube highlighting the name and cellphone number of a woman who'd called the police after seeing heavily armed men on her way to a shopping mall. The post drew condemnation not only for outing the woman but also because it was misleading: It claimed that the woman had called 911, though she'd called the nonemergency line of the Plano PD. And the footage it used came from friendly-looking demonstrations elsewhere—not from the one that the woman encountered. ("Feel free to contact me when you work for a real news organization," Sanders replied to my request for comment.)
The woman—a high school teacher who asked not to be identified—quickly got pummeled with text messages and voicemails, copies of which she provided to Mother Jones. Callers told her she was a "stupid bitch" and "motherfucking whore."
"They fought for their right to carry guns," said another. "You're a piece of shit." One caller threatened to come after her with a gun.
Over the next four days she received nearly two dozen such calls and text messages. Someone put her information into a phony profile on a large e-commerce site, and she got a barrage of calls about agricultural products and security systems.
Included in the Mother Jones article was the story of a wheelchair bound woman, paralyzed by an attackers bullet, who had a man walk up to her in an airport and spit in her face, and another assailant jump out of the shadows to shoot her with a water gun while mocking her with, "Don't you wish you had a gun now, bitch?"
A Florida gun instructor also made this threatening Mother's Day video for the group "Moms Demand Action."
And these are the type of people demanding to have access to high powered rifles, automatic weapons, and the right to openly carry their arsenal in public.
Gee, I cannot help but wonder why he is a "former" police chief...staggers the mind really.
ReplyDeleteGryphen's lack of firearms knowledge and misleading side show continues on.
ReplyDeleteOh, do tell... Then maybe you can go menace some women with your guns.
DeletePlease tell me you live close to "chief" Kessler.
Delete2:48 PM You assclowns who feel inadequate, have to exhibit your Penis extenders in Public. Without your 'Guns', you all are WIMPS. Come down to the local mma training center and display your 'courage'. You are nothing but blowhards.
Deletefuk off chuck_tard jr, ya inbred incestuous fat fuk retard fraud
Delete"If you think for one minute that I forgot, or that I’m gonna f*ckin’ forget any of this, you have another thing coming.”
ReplyDeleteHey "chief": I think you're a cunty retard with more brains in your fat, polyp-laden colon than your canister. Come and get me!!!
Hhhmmm. This sounds an awful lot like a threat to me. I wonder why he hasn't been hauled in on charges of assault.
Delete"Assault: Intentionally putting another person in reasonable apprehension of an imminent harmful or offensive contact. No intent to cause physical injury needs to exist, and no physical injury needs to result." Sure SOUNDS like that's what this message was intended to do!
I originally had the video described by Raw Story embedded on the blog, but apparently Kessler must have realized how bad it made him look, and made it private.
ReplyDeleteToo bad, since there is no way to do it justice simply be describing it.
The "Mother Jones" story is horrific, particularly the part where 2 men and a woman called non-emergency about an openly armed band of men going to a shopping mall and the woman's personal information was promptly published with the lie that she had called 911, while the men suffered no invasion of their privacy.
ReplyDeleteThere's no war against women? Bullshit!
The extra side order of pathetic is the guy in the comments section suggesting that all these acts are "false flag operations".
DeletePretty convenient when you can just decide anything you don't like has to be fake. But I think it's pretty clear that the Open carry guys and this former police dipshit are not false flag operations...
Pitiful - and quite frightening. The MDAGSA women are actually quite brave. More brave than I, I have to admit. I couldn't do it.

This is all kinds of deranged [from the MJ article]:
ReplyDelete[Alex[ Jones got in the man's face, hands gesticulating, chest puffed out. "Well sir, all I can say is you're really gettin' in my space!"
"Well, why don't you back up?" the man said.
"No, I'm not gonna back up." Jones retorted, inching in closer. "You're the one got in my space." He glanced over to his camera crew. "Look at this, look at this guy."
The woman tried to pull her husband away. "All right, go ahead," Jones continued. "Listen, I don't want to beat an old guy up," he added, poking the man's chest. "So don't touch me."

3:59 PM Are you pushing her fake assed show on us?
DeleteHer show has never even broken into the top 100 programs aired on Thursday. It's been toast since the day it was released and now they are making her "sing for her supper", hence the frantic tweeting.
DeleteDoes she give you tube turkey carving tips? She's like a master chef with a knife, it's like poultry in motion!
DeleteYep, We Judge Female Politicians on Their Looks
ReplyDeleteFor female politicians, a typically “girly” look translates to more votes, according to new research that will probably be of some interest to Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann.

They call it "Pennsyltucky" for a reason 'ya know. Just because they are above the Mason-Dixon line doesn't mean they aren't filled with white trash crazy people.
ReplyDeleteTERRORIST LOOSE IN ALASKA.

They're making the best argument FOR stricter gun control laws. Good on the woman who reported the assclowns, they're such brave patriots for outing her and spitting on, demeaning victims of gun violence. What big men- their families must be so proud!. Why do these idiots think constitutional rights only apply to them?
ReplyDeleteYou would appreciate the lady calling the police to report people doing nothing wrong and bothering no-one. You should definitely identify yourself to the family you so proudly, bravely, and anonymously called CPS on Anita, so that they can thank you directly for your righteous 'help', and hopefully they can return the favor to you and your family someday 10 fold.
DeleteNo prove it fool
DeleteI saw the pictures. They are walking around with AK-47s, in a group, and pointing guns at people. That is wrong. That is dangerous, and having kids with them makes it irresponsible. It should be illegal. This is not Somalia. This is supposed to be a civilized nation. Just what makes their 'right' to carry weapons in public supersede my right to feel safe and not threatened? Would you be comfortable in a theater if these idiots showed up and sat behind you with their killing weapons?
DeleteThe fuck are you talking about 8:24?
DeleteI can't figure it out either, I just think it's funny as hell! Reader's Digest version - I'm the horrible person for calling 911 on an underage kid brandishing a gun at a dog park. Anonymous 8:24's been on hbp pills ever since.
DeleteFun fact: I am the actual libtard voice in Mark Kessler's head. True story. Punished for it too, see above-linked blog for more..
ReplyDeleteThere is no way of knowing if a person, or a group of people walking down the street fully armed are peaceful, or not. Calling the police would be the right thing to do. Let the police determine what the intentions of an armed person, or people are. A gun is a deadly weapon and should be treated as such. Those who feel the need to carry weapons should be the first to understand that, but they don't. A gun is made to kill, so it is not an irrational fear to wonder why someone is carrying a weapon. There might be a perfectly harmless reason, but it is also perfectly harmless to ask why and determine if there is a danger.
ReplyDeleteYou are a moron. Seruiously, go register with the moron institue of the Americas.
DeleteYou are still wrong
ReplyDeleteA few years back I was in Wal-Mart and saw a man walking around with a pistol tucked into the back of his jeans over his wife-beater shirt. I have no idea if this man was going to rob the store, buy bullets, shoot his ex-girlfriend, or if he simply had an itch and got it stuck. That's what these gun nuts don't understand. When everyone has a gun and is openly brandishing, there's no way to recognize who the bad guys are.
ReplyDeleteThat dude walking down the street with an assault rifle strapped to his chest, in between a toddler and a woman? Is it a family walk or a kidnapping? OH RIGHT, the woman should have her own gun and she never would be kidnapped, right? Before my mother got brainwashed by talk radio, she told me never carry any kind of weapon that can be wrestled away and used against you. Are there heroic tales of people saving families/children/employees/nuns/starving animals/whatever from certain death using firearms? Sure. But for every one of those stories there's dozens of others that involve deaths from accidental discharge, drunken rage, gang violence, and psychotic individuals.
Personally, I despise that the NRA and GOP try to prey on women by insisting they're weak, helpless, and destined to be victims. Are women victims of a lot of violent crime? Of course, I have been myself. But I can't help but wonder if, when I was a young child, I had been taught to defend myself and be strong instead of being told "don't do this, don't do that" (because then I'd surely become a victim and have no one but myself to blame), that things would have turned out differently.
