It looks like Bristol Palin is about to get a proposal she doesn't want ... the stalker who once sent her an engagement ring is back in her home state of Alaska.
Palin filed legal docs against a Texas man who once showed up 2 years ago on Sarah Palin's doorstep during a birthday party for Bristol's son Tripp.
It was so alarming ... Bristol got a restraining order ... but it expired earlier this year.
The stalker returned to Alaska last week ... probably not for the wildlife.
Wait, somebody is actually trying to get CLOSER to Bristol Palin?
Well I was shocked by this so I went to court view and looked into it.
Yup. Earlier this month, May 5th to be precise, Bristol petitioned for a restraining order against one Michael Cummings.
You may remember Cummings as the guy who freaked Bristol out last year:
TMZ reports that the daughter of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin was granted temporary protection from Michael Cummings, who, according to court documents, sent her an engagement ring in the mail with the note "I (heart) you." Cummings also allegedly showed up to a birthday party Bristol held for son Tripp at her mother's house on Dec. 27.
I don't know much more about it, but if past reports are any indication, Bristol has a habit of going through men like tissue paper. Perhaps one crumpled up snot rag was not quite ready to be discarded.
Or it could just be that with an impending custody case coming up soon, the Palin camp is just attempting to drum up as much sympathy as possible. Of course I would like to point out that there are no stalkers turning up to Tripp's birthday parties at his dad's house.
I'm just saying.
She better accept the proposal, no sane man will ever marry her. And now "teh gays" will be able to marry in Oregon also too, knocking out another state of men looking for beards for Bristol.But it wouldn't surprise me at all if she had been sexting this one too. But maybe she was too drunk to remember.

All these mommies on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram posting all of the details for their family lives and photos of their kids is symptomatic of what is wrong with the world today. I can't imagine anyone putting any personal photos onto a forum that is available for viewing, especially since all photos have exif data attached that allows viewers to find out where, when and who took the photo. Then these mommies are super surprised and shocked when pedos and creeps and stalkers contact them or write them messages.

Levi's lawyer will see this and find every reason to take Tripp away from Bristol because of this person perhaps seeking to cause harm to her and her son.

Why would she allow this information out there where it would possibly set off other stalkers who may have seen her photos of Tripp that she posts (like the ones with candy and him, at 6 years old, wearing nothing but shorts). She is a candidate for a mothering class.
Any judge would advise her to get some counseling. Her behavior and her insistence on posting photos of her son on a public venue just is creepy, especially when she knew this guy from Texas had previously stalked her and appeared at Tripp's birthday party.

Sure, there have been times that the Palins called TMZ to report their whereabouts for paparazzi encounters, but in this case this info would have been better kept out of the media as it will reflect most poorly on Bristol's ability to provide a safe home environment for Tripp and will result in the courts finding that Levi and Sunny have a more settled and safe environment.

This is why most people who have fame also have to have body guards. Goes with the territory. There are several Michael Cummings from Texas. If that was my name I would sure want the correct Cummings identified. In Tea Bag territory someone could go after a Michael Cummings with a shot gun. Protecting Bristol and Tripp and all. Others named Cummings aren't safe either. If the Cummings vacationing in Alaska has any weapons with him the authorities would have taken him in by now.

There is no doubt that Tripp will be better off and safe with Sunny and Levi. There is no way that being exposed to the Palin family is in a child's best interest. According to Bristol it was her father, family and friends at the hangar and camping that taught Tripp to curse and damn his others. The child exhibited great frustration and anger and they would have him preform all that smiley I'll give you a popsickle bull. If you can train someone to be a sociopath Bristol makes an experienced teacher.

I don't assume. Of course, regular law abiding citizens have rights. Yes, Mr Cummings does have the same rights. If he has a history of mental problems or he is a felon things are different for him. All the preaching her mother does about guns it is hard to believe they would dream up a scenario like this. They know filing anything in court will be in the public. That sounds absurd to me. She would have her rifle ready. Before that the authorities could scare the be-jebus out of the Con Activist and guard her house and when she goes out. They do it for non celebrities.
Many people now see restraining orders as making things more dangerous and not always a wise move.

When you post pictures of yourself and your child on a PUBLIC forum trying to be a celebrity what do you expect? Tripp is the one that needs protection, protection from a self absorbed ignorant Mother. Children should have the right to their privacy just like adults do, they are people not pets and should be the most important person in their parents lives and their needs and safety should come first, but then again it's the Paylins were talking about.

I only hope that her involvement in Tripp's life will be minimized as she has done nothing but damage him.

ReplyDeleteThe Palins like Alaska because they think most in the 700,000 population are too remote, too weak or too stupid to call them out on the many dramas and the local legal system is their friend. It would take organization and people standing together to expose the destructive Palin clan. It is easier to say they don't care about Sarah and the way she raises her family, and they know all about the Palins, but oh well. The stupid lower 48 should have the same attitude and ignore their drama.
So what some fools are unjustly accused and too screwy to do anything about it. Let the Palins and the others like them get by with anything til the end of time. The Palins are an example and forming the culture to one that would elect another idiot.

ReplyDeleteLook, I'm no fan of Bristol, but stalking can be a serious issue, dangerous and frightening for the person being stalked. Let's give her the benefit of the doubt here. There's enough other reasons to criticize her.

5:49 PM Sarah had an attorney file papers. There is no proof that anyone was stalked, only that papers were filed. The first incident was over a year ago. When a celebrity is stalked the FBI and others are involved. They talk to and advise victims. They do it for non-celebrity also.
DeleteThe man that the Palin's attorney filed against is a conservative. He is one of the many fans that love Sarah and do promotions for her. No one is investigating him and saying what other work he does to earn a living. He continues to be very actively involved with supporting Sarah Palin, possibly he works for free.
Both Bristol and Sarah are habitual liars. If they want the benefit of the doubt, too late, they haven't earned it. No way should they have what they don't earn.
They are very detrimental to mankind and to other women and children with their lies. Yes, it is very harmful and damaging. Not only the overt lies, lies of omission are of great harm.
The people that write this crap are way out in left field. Cummings and the harmless white powder are tied together for no apparent reason.

A court hearing set for later this month will determine whether the restraining order will be made permanent. The website points out that Cummings' own (no name) mother had called the police in Bristol's town to warn them about a visit from her "unstable" son.
How do they know she wasn't paid off?
Oh my goodness! Never noticed Bristol has the patented "GI Joe" Karate Grip Wrist joint on her cute wittle pudgy hand. I thought some of Sarah's "mama grizzly" gun aiming and shooting acumen would have rubbed off on Todd's firstborn daughter. Now mama's gonna have to bring out the pole and work her butt off for donations, private security guards cost and arm and a leg, even when the she's got the APD babysitting!

DeleteNone of the reports say anything except to copy what TMZ leads with. That is nothing. Years ago they had a little more to say. Cummings wasn't that scary because no one cared to do more than a temporary. Authorities had someone watching flights to Alaska for his name and when Tripp and Bristol go to Arizona authorities would check to see if he entered that state.

So how does his twitter fit into all this? He is fine with Bristol labeling him a stalker and his mother saying he is unstable. He is cool with not being able to travel to a state where Tripp and Bristol are. Michael Cummings just goes on his merry way praising and supporting Sarah Palin for President.
You really have to wonder, is this what Mrs. Cummings can expect in her future?
