Oh look they could win ammo, just what these idiots DON'T need more of.
On local family decided that they had had enough.
See? Even in a community like Tarrant County, Texas there are a few people whose head is NOT firmly jammed up their asses.
And speaking of asses, guess who else finds what these ammosexuals are doing a little over the top?
The NRA, that's who!
This is from a recent post on their website:
Now we love AR-15s and AKs as much as anybody, and we know that these sorts of semiautomatic carbines are among the most popular, fastest selling firearms in America today. Texas, independent-minded and liberty-loving place that it is, doesn't ban the carrying of loaded long guns in public, nor does it require a permit for this activity. Yet some so-called firearm advocates seem determined to change this.
Recently, demonstrators have been showing up in various public places, including coffee shops and fast food restaurants, openly toting a variety of tactical long guns. Unlicensed open carry of handguns is legal in about half the U.S. states, and it is relatively common and uncontroversial in some places.
Yet while unlicensed open carry of long guns is also typically legal in most places, it is a rare sight to see someone sidle up next to you in line for lunch with a 7.62 rifle slung across his chest, much less a whole gaggle of folks descending on the same public venue with similar arms.
Let's not mince words, not only is it rare, it's downright weird and certainly not a practical way to go normally about your business while being prepared to defend yourself. To those who are not acquainted with the dubious practice of using public displays of firearms as a means to draw attention to oneself or one's cause, it can be downright scary. It makes folks who might normally be perfectly open-minded about firearms feel uncomfortable and question the motives of pro-gun advocates.
Let's face it, when the NRA thinks your pro-gun demonstrations are over the top, then by God they are over the top.
That would be like if Sarah Palin were to come out and tell Ted Cruz that he was talking crazy.
And this comes on the heels of the other Open Carry organization in Texas asking these guys to cool the fuck out as well.
Gee, do you think they will listen?
Nah, me either.
Even some of the more intelligent (and I'm being generous here) yahoos at c4p are against these guys. I'd say their time is limited. Especially if an accident happens at one of these demonstrations.
ReplyDeleteC4P are a bunch of brainless mouth breathing retards. Just because they are against this one thing, open carry, doesn't mean that anything else they have to say is worthwhile.
Delete2:37 okaaaay.... I just thought it was an interesting observation. It shows how this is not necessarily just a conservatives against liberals thing. It's a step in the right direction toward getting people to progress forward in the gun debate, yahoo or otherwise. We can't do it without a majority.
Delete12:07 / 2:36 - I got you.

DeleteThanks. Seems some people can't stop fighting each other long enough to see they actually agree on something.
You need to understand that 99% of Texans are terrified by these jerks.
DeleteDickless. All dickless bullies.
ReplyDeleteYep. And most of them latent homosexuals I might suggest.
DeleteI live in the area and I would like to go in there with giant metal peace signs and giant flowers and see if they let me. I'd like to put flowers in their guns and be the old hippie I am next time these doofuses go out to show off their manhood. Sheesh!
ReplyDeleteGood for you- take pictures please! I'm curious if these displays lead to a drop in business. Thank heavens I live in a very blue state.
DeleteI envy you that. Living in Texas is depressing.
Delete"To those who are not acquainted with the dubious practice of using public displays of firearms as a means to draw attention to oneself or one's cause, it can be downright scary."
ReplyDeletebullshit bingo
To answer your question, no. The only way those gun freaks are gonna shut up is if their gun goes off and they are shot in the temple.
ReplyDeleteThat's the thing, if I see a guy with a big gun slung over his shoulder in a restaurant or store I'm running to my car as fast as I can, leaving the premises and calling 911. I'm sure lots of people would do the same. I'm pretty certain that local law enforcement in these open carry areas are going to get pretty sick of all the 911 calls. Just sayin'.
ReplyDeleteAny business that encourages these idiots, should be boycotted. Even letting them stay in the parking lot is stupid. Someone is going to get killed, and it will more than likely be an innocent person. Like drunk drivers kill innocent people, there will be a shooting at one of these displays. They have proven time and again how careless they are with their weapons in their own homes, where kids have used them. Disgusting, piss poor excuses for "men"
DeleteI was raised in the suburbs but there was a time that it was considered suspicious behavior to do what these nuts are doing now. I am still reeling from the video harassing the former Marine. Those Jesus freaks armed acting like a gang of thugs seeking revenge over a differing opinion sadly gives rise to shoot the menaces. I don't own a gun.
DeleteDoes this mean that these gun nuts went further right than even the NRA? The NRA doesn't like where there this is going? Scaring families with children at fast food restaurants is not good for gun rights? Screw the NRA; they had a big hand in scaring the gun nuts into thinking that Obama was going to take their guns away.
ReplyDeleteHey gun nuts. Obama is not going after your guns; now put the guns away and quit scaring your fellow Americans.
The NRA wants the nuts to buy guns--they don't want to have to sit by them in public--thats why they ban loaded guns at their events.
ReplyDeleteI stopped going to Home Depot a long time ago because their CEO is a racist nut bag. Figures these morons would find a home there. I see they are among the cleaning products--You'd think they'd want to be in hardware so they could build themselves larger penises. And yes they are weird.
I think it is time for Americans to confront these idiots when in Home Depot, etc.!
ReplyDeleteI think we should walk up to them (two people) and kindly suggest they leave the store w/their guns. And, state that it doesn't do one bit of good flaunting them on their backs and taking them into the (particular) store.
Polite conversation - no verbal abuse and no other guns being carried by the folks talking to them.
When no one shows fear, it will stop the action!
I would go to the Customer Service desk and tell them that unless they institute a no gun store policy (like Chili's, Chipotle) for these yahoos and their penis extenders I will be taking my business elsewhere and will suggest to all my friends that they do the same.
DeleteWatch the video of these idiots at Chili's. It was on this site a few days ago. People were allowing their children to walk up to these Yahoos and take pictures! The Chili's manager appeared to treat them like Royalty. I certainly don't get seated with as much enthusiasm. It doesn't seem like anyone is showing fear. As far as I'm concerned the gun nuts and their ilk have ruined Texas. I'm glad Ann Richards and Molly Ivan's are not around to see our beloved state. We are in an extreme drought, having earthquakes from Fracking, Canadians building pipelines that are not safe and all these men think about are guns. What a waste of space.
DeleteTexasMel
Reminds me of Goethe's "Sorcerer's Apprentice" who cannot control that which he conjured.
ReplyDeleteI almost expected the NRA to say that these guys were actually anti-gun protesters who were trying to make gun owners look bad and get people up in arms to push an anti-gun agenda.
ReplyDelete"Ammosexuals"...Christ I love that!
ReplyDeleteHey, hey La Pierre, the chickens are certainly coming home to roost, aren't they?
ReplyDeleteStupid motherfucker.
They all think they look and sound like Charlton Heston with their manly guns, while, in reality, they make Wayne LaPierre
ReplyDeleteseem macho in comparison.

Gun Advocates Are Suing a Texas City For The Right to Terrify Motorists
ReplyDelete...These gun fanatics are obsessed with transforming America into a war zone and if they are not satisfied being able to openly carry their guns, one can only assume their next logical demand is to be able to legally use those firearms in public because although that was not the Founders’ intent of the 2nd Amendment, it is the only “right” gun fanatics do not have. They claim, loudly, that their Constitutional rights are being infringed upon because carrying weapons in public is not satisfying enough. What about the rights of private businesses and sane citizens to go about their lives without being terrified by heavily-armed men approaching their vehicles at traffic stops or barging into restaurants with assault weapons in tow? Apparently that question will be answered by a federal court tasked with deciding if a city council has the right to enact traffic ordinances restricting pedestrians from accosting drivers at busy intersections in Texas.

Gun-rights group organizing delegates to open carry assault rifles at Texas GOP convention
ReplyDelete...In a recent Facebook posting, the group attempted to call attention to its cause by organizing Republican delegates to bring long guns and black powder revolvers to the Texas Republican Party convention later this week.
“All delegates, I urge you to open-carry the whole time,” Open Carry Tarrant County coordinator Kory Watkins wrote. “I will be a delegate with my AK 47. Thomas Jefferson would be proud.”
City officials, however, pointed out that guns would not be welcome in the Fort Worth Convention Center as long as alcohol was being served.

You come at me in my car carrying a rifle, and not wearing a police uniform with a badge, I am going to run your ass right over, then I'm gonna back up, and do it again. Far as I am concerned you are nothing but a bad guy with a gun, and I'm defending myself. I'm not waiting to find out if you are friendly, we simply cannot afford to take that chance anymore.
ReplyDeleteAmmosexuals. Nice. Home Depot need not look for me coming in packing green as long as the ammosexuals are hanging in the laundry aisle.
ReplyDeleteTime to let them know on their Facebook page and their website that has an e-mail address to contact them.
ReplyDeleteThe NRA wrote that? Do the ammosexuals (love the word, btw) realize the NRA is out to take their guns and ammo away? I can see their long barrels starting to shrink, do they make a pill for that?
ReplyDeleteThat family's signs say it all, and they look perfectly sane while making their point.
The first sentence of the NRA's response: "Now we love AR-15s and AKs as much as anybody, and we know that these sorts of semiautomatic carbines are among the most popular, fastest selling firearms in America today." says it all. They needn't continue go say anything else, because anything else they say is pure bullshit. They love semi-automatic weapons, designed solely to kill humans, and they are making gun manufacturers super-rich because the national media is giving them free advertising. Its a sick, sad, world.
ReplyDeleteHow did those gun goons sneak into the store with their penis extender "long rifles"? (NSFW)
