One thing you can say about Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, he never lets the facts get in the way of a good anecdote.

That is an amazing bit of footage.

There is a British reporter, a man who actually lives and reports the news about Britain, telling Jindal that he is mistaken, and yet he continues to stick to his bullshit story about "no go zones."

Here is more courtesy of Raw Story:

Speaking in London, Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana condemned Europe for the existence of “no-go” zones — despite the fact that the Fox News has corrected the statement about them made by guest Steve Emerson four times. But on Monday, Gov. Jindal told the Henry Jackson Society that “in the West, non-assimilationist Muslims establish enclaves and carry out as much of Sharia law as they can without regard for the laws of the democratic countries which provided them a new home.”

“It is startling to think that any country would allow, even unofficially, for a so called ‘no-go zone,’” he continued. “The idea that a free country would allow for specific areas of its country to operate in an autonomous way that is not free and is in direct opposition to its laws is hard to fathom.”

When asked about those remarks by CNN reporter Max Ford, the governor said that “I’ve heard from folks here that there are neighborhoods where women don’t feel comfortable going in without veils. That’s wrong. We all know that there are neighborhoods where police are less likely to go into.”

“I think that the radical Left absolutely wants to pretend like this problem is not here. Pretending it’s not here won’t make it go away,” he added.

Ford then asked him to elaborate, specifically, about those areas, but Jindal brushed the question aside, saying “I think your viewers know absolutely there are places where the police are less likely to go. They absolutely know there are neighborhoods where they wouldn’t feel comfortable.”

As Raw Story reports Fox News was forced to apologize for those "no go zone" stories not once, not twice, but four different times after they were called out over them by just about everybody. Including British Prime Minister David Cameron who called Emerson "a complete idiot."

So one has to wonder did Bobby Jindal simply not get the memo that the "no go zones" were a bunch of nonsense? Or did he hear that and decide "Screw it. This is too good to let a few facts screw it up for me."

Just today, one of my conservative relatives went into a long rant about "no-go" zones. Retractions by Fox News never penetrate the die-hard RWNJs.

A Muslim "no-go" is candy to a nutjob radio addict yearning for his daily dose of "it's me, me, me, that is the victim".

Jindal's dishonesty is only matched by his arrogance. He assumes most people are stupid. I will never forget his 'Mister Rogers' delivery in his rebuttal to the State of the Union address. He addressed the nation like he was addressing a class of kindergarteners. He's full of himself.

His rebuttal was more like Loretta Young than Mr. Rogers. He had me at Namaste.

Yes, as if America is interested in a scrawny little fellow who is so ashamed of his heritage he chose to change his name from Piyush to Bobbie after the big brother on the Brady bunch.

Or after Bobby Kennedy ... a 'new' RW version of a member of a once politically powerful family. There is something about his appearance that suggests that to me.

I may not know much about politics, but....GREG, PETER, BOBBY. Marsha, Marsha, Marsh...Jan, Cindy. Tiger, Sam, Alice, Mike & Carol. Sadly, I don't remember much from my education. TV, I know.

Maybe Fox didn't put the correction in Rupert's Daily Talking Points memo?

    1) He's "absolutely" (his favorite word) STUPID.

    2) It's too good a story, and none of his listeners will know the difference between the truth and a LIE.

Reality and truth have never mattered to Republicans or to Fox News. Fox News got caught outright and had to back down from one of their atrocious lies. They have to be caught outright every day. And reporters (from legitimate sources) need to start questioning GOP politi-brities like Lindsay Graham, John McCain and Bobby Jindal about the lies they like to tell - over and over.

Well here's some reality the Rethuglicans are gonna have a hard time swallowing:

A new ABC News/Washington Post poll found that President Obama’s job approval rating has jumped nine points in a single month, and is now 50%-44%.

    According to ABC News:

But wait there’s more! Obama takes the lead on almost every issue compared to Republicans:

He has a 61-22 percent advantage over the Republicans when it comes to helping students afford college,
He has a 17-point lead over the Republicans in combating climate change and other energy issues.
Has an 8-point lead when it comes to helping the middle class
Has a 5-point lead when it comes to creating jobs

Le Petit Journal Continues Assault On Fox News With 'Operation: Shut The F**k Up!'

Last week presenter Yann Barthès asked viewers to send their e-mails and letters to Fox News president Michael Clemente expressing their displeasure over Fox's characterization of so-called "No Go Zones" in Paris. Today over 40,000 were delivered.

Poor little puny Bobby is just slow on the uptake. He simply doesn't assimilate information readily, and he also has an almost palinesque disregard for the truth. They both do that because they are too dimwitted to conceive of people who are far too intelligent to buy their b.s., though unfortunately there are plenty who are far too stupid to see through it.

And here's another so called 'family values' cheater:

Tea Party ‘Christian’ Heroine Cheated On Veteran Husband At Family Values Conference (SCREENSHOTS)

...“The conservative woman behind several viral photos cheated on her combat veteran husband repeatedly & then lied about it, Gotnews.com has learned,” Johnson wrote.

According to Johnson, multiple sources within the Tea Party confirmed that Fisher had a prolonged affair with Joel Frewa, a now-former video editor for the Tea Party News Network. Johnson says Frewa resigned after word of the affair began to leak out.

“The affair took place at a “Restoring the Dream” event, a Faith & Freedom conference, and on Election night 2014,” Johnson said.

  14. Parhaps Mr. Jindal would do well to pay attention to his own state and its state of affairs instead of making up stuff about the state of affairs in another country.

Poor slob. He really hasn't got a clue, has he?

The last time Piyush was correct about anything, he called for the GOP to stop being the "party of stupid." Of course, he was projecting from his wealth of insider information and prominent position as one of the stupid.

Avoid Paris? nah Better to avoid the deep south and parts of the states, where the ammosexuals roam.

    I have a hypothesis.
Bobby Jindal is a brilliant man
Bobby Jindal is a brilliant man
Bobby Jindal is a brilliant man

Sorry,it's not working. If you repeat a lie over and over, it doesn't make it true. Perhaps they should ask someone who's family immigrated to the United States er..... scratch that one.
