Courtesy of Facebook:That is ALL good.
Palin then links to a Breitbart article where the commenters are doing their own white people version of an end zone dance.
You know I can deal with how the Seahawks lost last night (No I can't, I'm lying through my gritted teeth. Who throws the ball at their own half yard line? Who?) but the fact that they lost to a Tea Party supporter is a pill much too bitter to swallow.
By the way I would like to remind folks that LAST year Palin was celebrating the Seahawk victory and claiming that she and Todd were lifetime fans. (That Facebook picture has mysteriously disappeared however. )
Seriously who throws the ball on their own half yard line?
No let it go Gryphen just walk away.
I feel your pain Sherman. I feel your pain.
You can just see pathetic loser Palin hopping up and down: "Look at me, look at me, over here! I am relevant! See how the Super Bowl is all about meeee!, I mean rill 'Murkins like the Patriots coach? Hey! Over here! How can you make your Super Bowl coverage all about me, I mean the PATRIOTS (get it? PATRIOTS!) if you're not looking at me?"
ReplyDeleteFor those who saw this posted down the page, no you are not crazy I accidentally posted it earlier than intended.
ReplyDeleteI then tried to delete it and repost it here, and it got stuck part way through the deletion process which is why it stayed there so long.
My excuse is that I had beer yesterday and beer really messes up my thought process.
Or I could just be an idiot.
or...you could be an idiot wearing beer goggles,.... but you're not so don't sweat the glitches
DeletePainful to watch the last few moments of the game.
ReplyDeleteo/t. Was curious so I reluctantly went to Brancy's blog and sure enough the Michael Moore "fuc_ you" post has been removed. It's intersting that most of the coverage of that poster missed the fact that Sarah added her own little note and signed it. That really needs to get more attention (IMHO).
Once again, Palin (the idiot) forgets that many others kept copies of that photo showing where she signed it and wrote her own message. She's just amazing!
DeleteI'm not even a football fan, but I watched the last half. It was a great game up until that last couple of plays. Even I, who only knows football because my big brothers were the star quarterback and lineback of the highschool team, knew that was a HUGE mistake. I mean WTF??!! I was yelling at the TV (like most of the world) asking why didn't they put that dread-locked guy wide stepper who the whole game was busting through the Patriots line? Why????
ReplyDeleteCoach just lost his job I think, maybe?
They didn't know why Marshawn Lynch was there. -shakes head-
DeleteYet I expect to see Seattle next year at the SB.

ReplyDeleteHmmmm. I despise the Patriots....football team that is and I especially despise TeaBaggers. However, I don't see how Belichick could survive in New England(Boston) being a TeaBagger. I will wait for verification.
ReplyDeleteThe shirt supports the Navy. It has nothing to do with Teabaggers.
DeleteI went to Wesleyan University with Belichick. Wesleyan puts the liberal in liberal arts, and I would bet my house there is NO WAY in hell that he is a teabagger or even a Republican.
ReplyDeleteYou would win that bet. Belichick is wearing the First Navy Jack.
DeleteJust a note. Bill Belichick and Jeb Bush attended Phillips Andover Academy at the same time. Ref: Boston Globe and Slate articles. Interesting reads.
DeleteLong before the tea party, the Gadsden "Don't Tread on Me" flag was a prop in Sam Seaborn's office in the TV show West Wing.
The Republicans and Teabaggers have appropriated many American symbols. It's a shame. When I see an American flag on someone's car, I think Republican rather than American. Those fuckheads don't own the flag, patriotism, our Constitution, or anything else, but they have done a good job transferring their agenda to those symbols.
ReplyDeleteTotally agree Anonymous 9:16. It is a shame the GOP and Tea Partiers have appropriated many American symbols.
DeleteI am a 66-year-old progressive, Democratic female and sometimes I feel uncomfortable using the return address labels we get from veterans organizations (to whom I have donated).
Certainly not because of the organizations they are from--my husband is a Navy Viet Nam vet and I am locally very active in the ladies auxiliary of a national veteran's organization.
Nor am I uncomfortable because of what's printed on the labels---our flag, "USA", the American eagle, etc. Those symbols remind me of how thankful I am to be a U.S. citizen, even though I do not always agree with our nation's conduct or choice of government officials.
It's because I don't want anyone who receives my envelope to mistakenly think I'm a Republican or a "rightie". Those are two things I'd never, ever be!
I do consider myself to be patriotic, but unlike Sarah, I would never wrap myself in the U.S. flag or wear it on my shoes. Nor would I use our right to free speech, to constantly insult and spew hatred at our wonderful President Obama, in every media at my disposal.
I personally cannot believe how 'stupid' Sarah Palin is in that it can be proven who she and Todd supported last year in the Super Bowl! It was the Seahawks!
ReplyDeleteShe continues proving to Americans that she cannot even remember the last lies she uttered about a subject.
Thank you, Gryphen, for AGAIN showing her true colors!
She a chameleon, as Nefer said above.
DeleteWonkette has another fabulous Fartknocker report on $creech's latest 'reports' on her channel. LOL LOL
ReplyDelete...Undeterred by her fiasco in Iowa, Palin presses ever forward, dumping word salad on the Internet’s face forever and ever. And don’t fool yourself, it’s not like this is good word salad, either. It is word salad with olive pits in it, so when you bite down on it, you crack your molars. It is word salad made of cheese rinds and half-composted apple cores and things that have no business being in a properly constructed word salad at all. Things that could have only gotten there by dint of the salad maker’s malice or apathy.
DeleteWe cannot think of any reason beyond carelessness or hate for mistakes such as the following.
http://wonkette.com/574583/the-fartknocker-report-sarah-palin-might-have-driven-us-nuts
Belicheat has always supported the troops and his dad coached at the Naval Academy. Remember the Teabaggers hijacked "Don't Tread on Me" from the Marines. So he may not be a Teabagger anyway. And the shirt may also mean "fuck you Seattle"
ReplyDeleteThe First Navy Jack is the current U.S. jack authorized by the United States Navy. The design is traditionally regarded as that of the first U.S. naval jack flown in the earliest years of the republic.
DeleteBelichick is a Navy supporter! He is not a Teabagger, He believes in our government.
Bill Belichek is a conservative Democrat.

In our community we had a mini-epidemic of whooping cough in December. Lots of lame excuses by those who don't believe in vaccinating their children. What if the epidemic had been diphtheria instead? The possible consequences are very scary to think about. And what if any of these unvaccinated children had gotten tetanus from a nasty cut? Most of these anti-vaccine parents are of the extremely over protective type; what are they drinking though? It's just pure crazy shows how little some people care about the public good.

In recent years many progressive political thinkers have focused on the views of so-called millennials. They are more pro-gay rights, more racially inclusive and generally have more progressive political views on a host of issues. It's part of what gives people - rightly - such confidence on LGBT rights issues. It's generational. There's no going back. That's great. Unfortunately, a lot of these younguns seem to be a complete disaster on vaccination.

That guy is a piece of shit. I can't even believe he's allowed to practice medicine. I think his wife is a chiropractor and started him down the path of this bullshit extreme "natural" medicine.
DeleteHe and his disgusting wife blamed a mother for the death of her 5 year old from pneumonia related to the chicken pox. They said she probably fed the little girl non-organic food and didn't breastfeed and probably gave her Tylenol for a fever and took her to a regular doctor instead of a chiropractor and THAT'S why she died. They LITERALLY blamed the mother and called her ignorant.

ReplyDeleteSo, what say you oh Queen of 'Drill, baby drill'?
ReplyDelete...Since December, various oil industry titans have announced major oil industry job layoffs due to record low oil prices as a result of increased exploration, drilling, and production President Obama is responsible for. In fact, the industry is not just laying off workers, they are abandoning and shutting down entire drilling operations in an effort to get control of the market and spark a rise in fuel costs. If nothing else, the Republicans’ claim that there can never be enough exploration and drilling, as well as their assertion that President Obama is hostile to the oil industry, is exposed as another blatant lie. A lie that Americans enjoying low gas prices must certainly aware of by now.

Someone had to take up for Mama Grizzly and her rambling, incoherent speech in Iowa and in particular, her comments about "the man" riding you if your "back is bent." It seems Bristol the brawler is none too happy with the lame-stream media for their treatment of Sarah.

DeleteInteresting article about Prudhoe Bay oil production in Exploration & Production, an energy industry magazine.
ReplyDeleteHere's what it says on page 4 of the article:
"While Alaska has a lot of oil production, higher taxes have led to less production. Former governor Sarah Palin helped pass a tax increase on oil company profits, resulting in reduced production. Since 2006, oil production taxes in Alaska have risen 350% based on an oil price of $80/bbl and even more at $90, the Resource Development Council for Alaska reported on its website. ANS production has since fallen from 716,000 bbl/d in 2008 to 590,000 bbl/d in fiscal year 2012.
In May 2013, then-Governor Sean Parnell signed the controversial More Alaska Production Act (MAPA) into law and said it would help reverse declining production in Alaska, which had led to lower state revenue. Alaska’s government operating budget is more than 90% dependent on ANS oil production, and “over a third of [Alaska’s] entire economy would collapse without ANS oil,” said Dave Harbour, former chairman of the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, in an article on the Northern Gas Pipelines website"
http://www.epmag.com/prudhoe-bay-once-lifetime-discovery-779816#p=1
So much for "Drill, baby, drill" "conservative" "energy expert" Palin. Since 2006, oil taxes have increased 350% and production has fallen from 716k to 590k bbl/d.
She took a chunk of that oil tax money and re-distributed it in the form of big, windfall checks every year for every man, woman and child. I'm sure those big, fat, socialist oil checks bought her those high approval ratings her idiot supporters brag about. Didn't work out so well for the state economy though when prices and production dropped.
Hey, Alaskans got their "free stuff!" What's not to love?
DeleteWell, maybe they should join the developed world and actually collect payroll taxes. Or a sales tax. Or something. It is never good to rely on one source of income, especially when you can't control the source.
DeleteActually the Governor has no input on the size of the Permanent Fund Dividend checks. A certain portion of the state's oil royalties is put into the Permanent Fund which is invested in a wide variety of financial vehicles. The annual dividend amount is decided based on a 5-year running average of the earnings of the Fund.
DeleteWhile no Governor can influence the amount of the PFD check, what Palin did as Governor was sponsor a bill to give an additional check to all who qualified for the PFD that year. She called this an "energy rebate" but it was a one time occurrence.
Our PFD's won't show the effects of decreased oil revenue and production for another few years, since the average will include the years where oil production and royalties were high, but as these lean years start to figure into the formula the PFD will then decrease.
For a lot of us the PFD is just a big headache as it increases our tax burden. To offset this there is a great program called "Pick Click Give" where you can donate up to half of your PFD to various charities, giving you a charitable donation write off to help offset the tax burden of receiving the dividend. The other wise thing to do with the "free money" is further offset the tax burden by placing it in an IRA. Remember nothing in life is ever truly free, and the PFD can be more of a tax headache that it's worth.
We have to pay our federal payroll taxes just like anyone else. What we don't have here and what we should have is a state income tax, which I'm sure given the projected outlook on oil prices we are soon to have. I'd fully support it.
DeleteSarah's trying to cling like a dingleberry to anyones butthole that'll have her. desparation looks tacky sarah.
