Bristol Palin has found a new fiancé, Dakota Meyer, but RadarOnline.com has learned that her feuding with her old one, Levi Johnston, is just as bad as ever! In the latest round, Radar has learned, she’s flexing her legal muscle — and deep pockets — to ensure her ex doesn’t fight her newest custody demands in their never-ending court battle over 6-year-old Tripp.
After announcing her engagement to Meyer earlier this month, and putting her Alaskan bachelorette pad on the market, Palin is preparing to move to Meyer’s home state of Kentucky, the source said. And she needed to adjust her custody arrangements accordingly.
“Bristol agreed to some sort of schedule for separated parents who live far apart, like a couple weeks in the summer, holidays and spring break,” the insider said.
According to the source, she also wanted to switch their schedule from the current agreement — Friday to Sunday the first three weeks in the month — to a Thursday to Sunday, every other week schedule.
“Levi’s upset,” the source said. “She sent him a threatening text and said if he doesn’t agree to a change of schedule, she’d take him to court till she spends her last dime.”
The article goes on to say that Levi has found out about Bristol's new engagement and plans to move much the same way we all did, through social media. That has left him frustrated and feeling like he is the last to know what is going on.
The source for this article also talked about Tripp's feelings concerning the different men that come and go in Bristol's life, and Levi's fear that he is moving away to live in a strange place with a man he does not know. A man by the way that Levi has never met.
I do not know who this source was for sure, but there are things in this article that I knew, and some that I didn't know. What I do know is that the Johnston's are very careful who they talk to and who they trust these days.
As you can imagine Sunny felt pretty betrayed and lashed out last night at the unnamed person who did this on Facebook. (The post has been removed so out of deference to her feelings I will not share the exact words here.)
I am actually of two minds. While I do not want details of the custody situation released if the Johnston's are not the ones doing the releasing, I also think that having the details go public could scare the shit out of Bristol who is trying to lasso this new fella and cannot want him to see her ugly side before he puts a ring on it.
However for a third party to sell this information to a tabloid is incredibly underhanded and may put Levi and Sunny in a very difficult position.
The facts are that it is very unlikely that a judge is going to forbid Bristol from taking her child to live with her in her new home, with her new husband. So all Levi can do is negotiate for the best custody agreement possible.
He is in an untenable situation.
And I should know, Because twenty years ago I was in exactly the same situation.

That was a great post by Mr. Dunn. Back on Topic, Bristol's latest escapades only further reinforce the obvious! Bristol always puts her own needs before the needs of her child. She learned this behavior from her mother and she is never going to change because just like her mother she's too incredibly self absorbed to see the bigger picture. Bristol's so desperate to be married that she's uprooting her 6 year old child for a man that she hasn't even known for 6 months. If these two really loved each other and cared about Tripp, Dakota would be moving to Alaska to make the transition go as smoothly as possible for everyone.

ReplyDeleteI don't blame Levi and Sunny; I don't believe they had anything to do with this. However, it is very possible that an anonymous source from the wicked Palin machine could have inserted this info to Radar Online and no doubt will to other sites, for a fee.
It could very well be a Palin source that leaks this. It doesn't hurt their cause, it just gives enough info to get all the gossip sites jumping on board this story and contacting Bristol's agent for paid-for interviews. She gets her cash, and she gets people to feel sorry for her, gets people to think she's willing to sacrifice every penny to keep her child, and is agreeable to some sort of custody arrangement for parents who move out-of-state. This source is definitely from the Palin camp, giving this story wings to get Bristol's wedding paid for.

Looks like the Palins are using Radaronline to mount a full scale attack against Levi. Hopefully Levi will give a statement regarding whether or not this is true, but it sounds like bunk to me, especially given the timing.

DeleteDecent housing is rather expensive up here; average two bedroom duplex or condo/apartment like where they are living is around $2000-2500/month. Add in electric, gas, cable another $500-800/month plus the $1700/month he's paying Bristol and that's a lot of money. Sunny had been going to school so there would be only his income. Hopefully this isn't true but if it is it would seem to me that Tripp's overly inflated child support is what broke the camel's back.

I said it when Tripp was a baby and am still saying it. Levi should cut his losses and, except for agreeing to ridiculously high child support payments, let Bristol and Tripp walk away. He should keep some visitation rights, of course, but the fighting over the kid has to stop. When Tripp's 18 or 21, he can choose what people to keep in his life and what ones to dump. Hopefully, his mom will end up on the heap where she belongs.

They need to feed their hate, they must feel avenged at all times, and eventually their obsessions will lead them down a path to self-destruction. That self-destruction being anything from numbing themselves with alcohol and drugs, to becoming addicted to anything that eases their tortured minds.
If Bristol is playing games with Tripp and making life difficult for Levi, she will reap what she sows. She is a ticking time bomb, evidenced by her lack of anger management and alcohol-brawl induced behaviors. She or her new husband-to-be will be headed down a road to a fast divorce.
Nothing good can come from a Palin and unfortunately, Bristol, who desperately needs counseling, emotional and psychological, will never get it as long as her mother has any say in it. But, they will be their own undoing and it appears they are losing their power and clout.

2. He has been infatuated with Sarah Palin since that meeting, posting pictures of him with her, wishing her Happy Birthday and saying that she was the most significant person. When he introduced her at CPAC, he wrote on his facebook that no one should criticize his support for Sarah.
3. Why? Dakota's own mother abandoned him. Sarah is an overwhelming presence, the mother that he never had. Dakota has political ambitions and Sarah is on the same far right wing side of things as he is. They held up that FUC- Michael Moore sign together. Birds of a feather.
4. Bristol needed to clean up her act after The Brawl. Suddenly, she accompanied Sarah to Las Vegas, was bragging about designer purses and shoes and posing non-stop for Kardashian-wannabe selfies. She included Tripp in his underwear in her photo-publicity.
5. What a match! Suddenly, in a few brief meetings, documented by Sarah's photographer Shealah Craighead, Bristol and Dakota fell in love and got engaged. A match made in heaven for all three of them.
6. Sarah is in Kentucky to manage things since she has arranged and provided the photographer for the arrangement so far. Sarah will never run for public office, but she can still be a player backing Dakota who needs to run in Kentucky where he is a celebrity. (He is also as dumb as a rock, but so are a lot of other politicians).
7. No one has considered the kids. Sarah's motto is that she will do things until the courts tell her to stop. Then, she'll keep on doing things anyway. That seems to be the plan with Tripp, who should not be taken out of state without Levi's permission. I do believe that Sarah will keep taking Levi to court in order to bleed him dry. It's called a SLAP suit.
8. Bristol wrote on her instagram that Tripp is spoiled rotten. Great, what a thing to say about her parenting abilities, her own maturity and the poor kid. He needs stability and discipline, something that will be in short supply if Bristol travels with celebrity-Dakota. Or, she will be bored, staying at home in rural Kentucky. Dakota probably wants kids which will really complicate things for Bristol. She doesn't want to get fat again. She is not a good mother. She'll be stuck at home with the kids. She can't take care of the one she has.
9. About the best interest of the kids. Trig will no longer have his best favorite playmate around, and he may not understand why Tripp left. If Tripp is so spoiled, he will not have an easy time making new friends. He is used to being treated like the prince. Will it be enough to be Dakota's step-son?
10.Sarah loves to have control over everything. Can she manage the newly weds from Alaska? Will there be a mother-in-law room for her in Kentucky? Her relationship with Bristol is a love-hate relationship, with Bristol being spoiled with undeserved good fortune for having a couple of kids out of wedlock. They are already a mixed up bunch. Running off to Kentucky won't be a fresh start. It will only make matters worse for everyone. Bristol is too needy for a guy with PTSD who is also needy. Dakota is buying into a substitute mother, political backing and her financial support. I am trying to think of one thing that Sarah Palin has managed that turned out well-- she quit when she was governor, the Republicans got tired of her, she's nolt on Fox any more, she's a joke and now she is the stage manager for The Marriage of Bristol and Dakota. I do not see "Happily Ever After."
Sarah is NO mother figure. Sarah fucked Dakota and she's using that to hold over his head. Bristol doesn't now and Dakota ain't too bright. Current divorce/custody typically have a standard clause limiting how many miles away the custodial parent can move without agreement by the non-custodial parent. This was just becoming common 17 years ago when I divorced. Mine did not have this restriction, but everyone I know these days has it.

ReplyDeleteIn this case I do not think that the rights of the father are being given any weight at all. If I were Levi, I would want Tripp all summer and during school holidays during the year. Bristol can afford to send the child back and forth. Let her pay for it. But the father deserves more time with his son than a couple of weeks in the summer.

If I were Levi, I would petition for physical custody and let Bristol have Trip only for summers and holidays. That's in the best interest of the kid and any judge not on the Palin's payroll would agree.

DeleteAmazing if they were able to sell it for over $200,000 above market value because of a last name. People are beyond pathetic. Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode when George buys a Le Baron because he thinks that it belonged to Jon Voight.
I doubt barstool is THAT popular because of her last name...lol...and I doubt anyone will overpay for a "stalked overpriced house."

Wow, that's an excellent catch! I remember that rip off lawyer Levi had, the big black guy, saying something about Levi picking up a kid older than Trig that was supposedly Tripp.
DeleteMany have come to the conclusion that the baby in the photo can be neither Trig nor Tripp, due to the timing; Levi tan, no tattoo, and longer, lighter hair than in the Triggy Bear photos.

DeleteIf you look at the Zillow history you will see that it gets taken off the market while pending then after it closes it is marked SOLD. Same situation when Bristol bought it in 2011. It is tagged "Pending" on the MLS.
I give that marriage 6 months or less. If they are going to live near Bowling Green, south central Kentucky. It's boring there. It's very country there. It's not close to any large KY city like Lexington or Louisville. My best friend's daughter lived there for less than a year and worked for a TV station there and hated it!! Moved before a year was up.
ReplyDeleteI guess Bristol is not planning on sending Tripp to school. How is he suppose to go to school and "commute" back and forth every other Th-Sun from AK to KY. She is an idiot like her mother. I guess he won't be going to school and spend his time on the firing range with AK-47s.

I don't understand how a judge would give Bristol unsupervised visitation with her record of drunken brawls, fiance with man she met 6 weeks ago that leaves loaded guns around.
