So yesterday, as you all know, Nancy French typed out a completely flat and uninformative post about Bristol's cancelled wedding.
Today the various online news outlets took notice.
Those included the Huffington Post, US Magazine, Radar Online (Who insist on calling Levi a "deadbeat dad," which is not remotely true.), Fox News, People Magazine, and the list goes on.
Most of the articles are fairly cut and paste, but the comments are a potpourri of Palin bashing and outright mockery.
For my part I have kept my ear to the ground since Bristol stumbled back into Wasilla, and from what I have heard Bristol seems to be mostly relieved, but also not at all certain about what comes next.
She is also treating herself to various extravagant purchases, and outings with friends, to take her mind off of all the online publicity. And possibly to thumb her nose at her mother.
However if past is prologue that will mean that Bristol will soon focus all of her attention on her son, and that does not bode well for anybody who she feels keeps them apart.
You know like his dad, who of course now has court appointed time with him.
Levi and Sunny might want to batten down the hatches, because this could get nasty.
Is Tripp still in the Marine Corp or did Bristol burn the uniform?

True, Bristol Palin wants it both ways. It is indicative of her poor sense of reality. If I was the judge in this case I’d be wondering if she is even capable of good judgment. She thinks it is all about the material. I've no hope her parenting skills will improve. She is clearly unable to provide for herself or have any clue what her self is. That little boy should be in a home that is consistently providing parenting, not part-time parenting. He is already at risk.

DeleteHonestly, it’s no secrete that Bristol is not very intelligent, has little education, and no proper parenting skills because of how she was raised under Sarah and Todd. The best we can hope for that Tripp doesn’t drop out of school, and learns from Levi humbleness. Hopefully he doesn’t turn out like his uncle and become addicted to drugs, and/or alcohol to self treat himself. Levi is his best chance to succeed in life and learn how to get along with others. I hope he also recognizes early the Palin’s are much different from others because of they’re bulling, lying, and narcissistic personalities. The sooner he realizes that I believe he’ll be much better off at making friends with others. As disliked as the Palin’s seem to be, he’ll probable learn that from his friends in school.
DeleteI hope Levi is a good influence on Tripp, and teaches him what most people must go through in raising a family and paying the bills. I do believe Levi will do that, but I also hope he stands firm against the Palin’s and not bend to their every demand. That too would be a good lesson for Tripp as he self accesses himself and learns how to stand up for himself.
The Palin’s are very poor examples in parenting and hopefully he learns that not everything is handed to you without first having to work for it. If he learns just that, he’ll learn a good work ethic which is something else the Palin’s seem to lack.
Here’s hoping that Levi stands firm and is a great parent for Tripp despite what ever the Palin’s throw at him.

DeleteMaybe it's just a coincidence that when Dakota's name was first suggested to be offered up for MOH, one of the people backing must have asked if he had anything in his background that wouldn't look good. There was an anonymous comment that the reason Dakota's divorce papers were sealed is because he had committed adultery and it was to protect the names of the women. However, adultery is grounds for dismissal from the military and it would have been a problem for the Medal of Honor. So, Dakota never admitted that he was married. The divorce papers were sealed. Someone may have been nosing around last October when he contacted his ex-wife. The President assumes that the military vetted their candidate for MOH, the way that McCain doesn't personally vet the people he wanted as VP. He has a staff do that, too. So, once again, Sarah Palin is an idiot.

Screw the subject of Bristol's broken heart and Bristol breaking ties with her crazy mother. It's too boring to spend 5 minutes thinking about it. Who cares how many people she's slept with or how many kids she's had? That picture of Bristol and Dakota kissing gives me the creeps, and I've just figured out why. Years ago, a much married gold digger trapped my late brother-in-law into marriage. She never loved him, just wanted his medical insurance so she could get her drugs. At their wedding she kissed him just this way, hand on his cheek just as in the movies I guess she thought. We have a picture of this kiss--makes me want to throw up.
