Well it appears that Ted Cruz is not afraid of the "Palin curse."

Courtesy of The Hill:

"He schooled the media, and that's what the American people are craving, too," Palin, who has long bashed the mainstream media, said in the interview with Newsmax.

"The state of the media ... has been so poor and so unfair," the 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee said.

"We have seen such a downfall of what the media has become, that when Ted Cruz spanked them, well we know they deserved to be spanked," she added.

Cruz's campaign tweeted the video as news emerged that the Republican National Committee was suspending its debate relationship with NBC over the way the CNBC face-off was handled.

"Deserve to be spanked." Always with the subtle, and not so subtle, sexual innuendo right Sarah?

Perhaps Cruz, who is polling somewhere around 4th to 7th place in the polls, simply does not think he has anything to lose by cozying up to Palin.

After all her batshit crazy demographic is probably the same folks that Cruz is looking at for support as well. And she HAS been kissing his ass quite a lot recently.

So will this help Ted Cruz, or hurt Ted Cruz.

And since there is a snowball's chance in hell of him winning the nomination, does it even matter?

  1. Anonymous6:22 AM

Hmmm I want to be Secretary of Energy working under President Trump but what if Ted Cruz wins? I better kiss his ass too just in case he wins

    1. Anonymous6:38 AM

The state of the media ... has been so poor and so unfair

The state of Palin's grammar is also pretty poor!

    2. Anonymous6:40 AM

exactly. trump hasn't been the proper bff c4p thought he was, so maybe cruz?

    3. Anonymous6:45 AM

    4. Anonymous6:59 AM

I don't understand why Palin thinks she is the "puppet master" over all of these candidates. Her rants are delusional!

    5. Anonymous8:08 AM

6:59 AM - indeed. My mind keeps going back to her SNL 40 appearance and her "joke" reply to Jerry Seinfeld. I can't help but feel that all of this has been in the works for years.

Inherent evil, under the false premise of God and the Constitution.

    6. Anonymous10:44 AM

      AIP! AIP!
      Isn't that right, $arah???

  2. Anonymous6:25 AM

    Didn't Ted Cruz visit Alaska?
Is Sarah Palin being nice to Ted just in case Bristol says Ted is her baby's daddy?

    1. Anonymous2:04 PM

Well, if the wee lass comes out looking like the love child of chinless chuck heath and a rabid weasel, we can revisit this theory.

Sad truth? I would totally not put bedding Cruz past Bristol. Don't think it happened. But wouldn't put it past her. (For money, power, a big FU to mommy, etc etc)

  3. Anonymous6:29 AM

To answer your last question Gryphen, no.

  4. Anonymous6:30 AM

"The state of the media ... has been so poor and so unfair," why, $arah? Because they won't fawn over you anymore?

You had your chance....and blew it. The incessant whining has long since become old and tired. Pathetic, if you will.

$arah Palin = eyeball roll. Deal with it.

  5. Chenagrrl7:06 AM

IT'S the old kill-the-messenger strategy. If Sister Sarry had sat through all the J-classes she professes to have taken she would have studied this in depth. Now the GOP is refusing to work with NBC in a debate because it fears questions about policies and issues? It truly doesn't want to govern; maybe these are auditions for reality shows.

    1. Anonymous8:23 AM

      IT'S the old kill-the-messenger strategy.

The Reince is a pitiful guy. No one in their right mind would use this tactic. It has some splash for a moment but it is going to expose them for their desperation and stupidity.

    2. And the reality show is "Survivor: Republican Presidential Primary Edition".

Trump's makin' his alliances and soon they will vote a couple more people off the island.

    3. The only people who got schooled were the thinking members of the public, left wondering if the 10 idiots at the 'big table' debate can't handle the heat, why are they trying to get into the kitchen...? Badly timed in the extreme too, after what they just witnessed Clinton endure.

  6. Anonymous7:37 AM

......What is truly comical is that Levin and other GOP whiners are complaining about “liberal bias” in a debate that was co-sponsored by the RNC and CNBC, a network that caters to wealthy investors. Furthermore, CNBC included on their debate panel Rick Santelli, whose 2009 on-air rant arguably spawned the modern tea party movement. The argument that Santelli is part of a liberal effort to discredit GOP candidates is laughable, but Republicans have so deeply internalized the notion that they are victims, that facts no longer matter.

Few right-wingers embody the victim mentality more thoroughly than Levin. Yet his whiny diatribes command a significant following among the aggrieved conservatives that make up the core base of the Republican Party. Irate conservatives toppled John Boehner for being insufficiently radical, and they could certainly generate enough momentum to overthrow Priebus as well, if they set their mind to it. Mark Levin has fired a salvo at Priebus. Reince’s days as RNC Chair may be numbered.

    1. Anonymous8:11 AM

I suspect Donald Trump to be the person behind this media onslaught! I think he got all the Republican candidates on board with him and they were off and running against the media! It assuredly diverted attention from their horrible display of talent during the debate.

Amazing how our media handles things. They need to get real journalists to research the heck out of the lying Dr. Carson as well as The Donald and Ted Cruz! I suspect all of them have displays of bad conduct in their backgrounds and it needs to be brought to the attention of the voters throughout America.

And, I think Rubio appears like a young, spoiled brat and I didn't think he won the debate. The media fed that mantra to get rid of Jeb Bush!

      I'm not a Republican!

  7. Anonymous7:39 AM

    In the meantime...

Donald Trump has gotten a great deal of mainstream media attention for the number of donations to his campaign, but Bernie Sanders announced that he has surpassed 750,000 donors, which means that he is at minimum more than ten times bigger than Trump.

  8. Anonymous7:43 AM

Hey Sarah, how's your surrogate media whore Bristol doing?

    1. Anonymous9:48 AM

      Perfect description of her spawn.

  9. Anonymous7:52 AM

So..... now we are about to experience a reality in which we watch the media reporting on itself as a/the major protagonist in a whackorightieworld political drama in which skreechilla is alsotoo part of the clusterfuck? Please, y'all....proceed!

  10. Anonymous7:56 AM

Republicans to rally for ‘liberty’ with pastor who defends death penalty for gays

Republicans seem to be competing over who will denounce the (nonexistent) persecution of Christians in America the loudest, with Mike Huckabee decrying the supposed “criminalization of Christianity” and Ted Cruz lambasting the “atheist Taliban.”

  11. Had the media not drilled down on Palin's intellectual wasteland, she and McCain might have stumbled into the White House.

    1. Anonymous8:13 AM

She was confident that "God would do the right thing for America" in 2008. He did, and Queen Esther II still can't get over it.

    2. A. J. Billings8:49 AM

      Zactly right 8:13..

It was reported that OuR $araH, in her exalted role as QUEEN ESTHER told John McCain, "God will make sure the right people will win this election"

You were so confident weren't you Sarah? Kind of hurts to know your prayer circle, the false prophecies, and the lunatics like Mary Glazier and Pastor Muthee got it 100% wrong.

You can only blame yourself for the media doing its job on you and your quitter, defeated, blood libel, palin brawl self.

    3. Anonymous10:47 AM

I still say that "hands on" Muthee prayed the devil into her.

    4. Anonymous12:11 PM

10:47, I know it's Halloween but you are totally giving me the shivers and I don't want them. Must eat candy.

  12. Anonymous8:01 AM

    Oh this is just pathetic.

Out of 70,000 phone calls, only four people in Iowa volunteered to help doomed Jeb Bush campaign

    1. Anonymous8:05 AM

I'm guessing the other 69,996 had something more interesting to do....

    2. Anonymous2:07 PM

At least one of the calls was to me! I told the staffer I would rather blow the corpse of Ted Bundy than volunteer for Jeb exclamation point.

    3. Anonymous2:28 PM

Well, Ted Bundy was a "Young Republican" in college so it's kind of a toss-up....Thanks for your comment! Coffee. All. Over. The. Keyboard.
      Wild Tortoise

  13. Anonymous8:14 AM

So will this help Ted Cruz, or hurt Ted Cruz.

Nothing can help Cruz. He is done, some can't notice he is a zombie.

Twitter hilariously mocks RNC ‘babies’ for talking tough about Putin — but fleeing NBC debates

The ass-clowns are a temporary distraction. GOP has nothing to give or say. Their comedy material is old and lame, including the Donald.

Time to Re-brand the Republican Party

    RNC Chairman Reince Priebus

  14. Anonymous8:23 AM

Talk about holding a grudge. She never came to terms with the fact she stumbled on a minor peague softball: what papers do you read...

    Grow up for Christ's sake.

  15. Anonymous8:30 AM

Ted Cruz (he is doomed): ‘Climate Change Is Not Science. It’s Religion.’

    1. Anonymous11:02 AM

It will be an interesting winter. We will see how Iron Dog goes, they may get snow this year. Snowmachine heaven.

El Nino could be a friend. 2015-2016

  16. Our Lad8:42 AM

In a true and just world Mrs. Palin would dust off her high school knee pads, spring for a case of lip gloss and blow every single member of the media became if ever a person was given a pass by same it is she. Regarding the steaming pile of horse shit she burped forth regarding the birth of her DS child, had Bob Woodward or Carl Bernstein still been at the Post they would have followed her scent until they were right up her ass and she'd have been in a mental institution or a jailhouse. She's too dizzy to know how lucky she is, the crazy old tart.

    1. Anonymous9:46 AM

      So absolutely true!

  17. Anonymous8:46 AM

    oh, dear, POOR $ARAH!

We fill SOOOOO00000000ooooo sorry for you $arah, that mean nasty media was unfair to you?

Aw shucks, ain't that just a big "tell"

$arah , you are still whining about 2008! 7 years ago, and still haven't let it go.

Katie was so nasty to ask you what papers you read.

Gwen Ifill was so unfair to you to ask you about "what does the VP do" debacle.

Poor, poor $arah, so mistreated and so unfair.

Does $ally still wander aimlessly around the house wondering why people hate you $arah?

Oh, and $arah, WHY are you not bragging on your new grand daughter who is close to being born?

You aren't pissed a Brissie are ya?

  18. Anonymous8:46 AM

O/T but I just stumbled across this, Gryphen, and found it absolutely fascinating and you and your readers might as well.

I'm not a big political history buff, but it was so interesting to watch the players all those years back and how the media and the campaign played out during that election.

I hope you find it worth the viewing. I have to say that until Barack Obama came on the scene I was generally not even vaguely interested in politics, so this was an eye opener for sure.

    The War Room (1993)

A documentary of the Bill Clinton 1992 presidential campaign and the organization who ran it.

  19. Anonymous9:04 AM

    Hey Mrs. Todd Palin,

Did you get that wonky eye from getting spanked too much?

  20. Anonymous9:06 AM

Probably not a great idea to link Ted Cruz and spanking. He's creepy enough as it is.

  21. Anonymous9:29 AM

that is exactly how palin got her cult to pay for her living expenses, not to mention being a god fearing Christian family at the same time branding her newest firearm. These people are fucken nuts.

  22. Anonymous10:24 AM

Sarah never lets a rant go by that she doesn't throw in a sexual innuendo...spanking...shrinkage...cahones...etc., etc. It wouldn't surprise me to hear that she keeps a room rented in a fleabag motel just in case one of her targets responds. Yeah, sarah, we all know you're horny. Keep it to yourself, your're giving menopausal women everywhere a bad name.

    1. Our Lad11:00 AM

I think that like most women who traffic in sexual innuendo and portray themselves as libidinous creatures always with a single eyebrow raised in a constant state of come hither arousal, she is in reality a non sexual person, cut off and unfamiliar with genuine desire and intimacy. Known some like this, she's got every tell there is. No pussy tonight honey, I've got the same headache I've had for thirty fuckin years.

    2. Anonymous12:07 PM

OMG Our Lad, you totally nailed Palin. She wears her sexuality on the outside only. Sexual intimacy is off limits for her. No wonder Todd went elsewhere, even a paid sex worker would give him more emotional satisfaction than his wife.

    3. Anonymous12:09 PM

      Very well put, Our Lad!

    4. Anonymous4:47 PM

LMAO "Dominatrix Sarah" spanking the media and basking in the glory of a sloppy wet kiss from Ted Cruz.
Oh look at ME! One of them said something nice about ME! Bite me Katie Couric, read THAT bitch.

And no one on Fox News said anything, not even Mushmouth Greta.

  23. Anonymous4:36 PM

Ted Cruz is thankful to Sarah Palin. I'm curious how come Ted, Sarah Palin and others hasn't tapped Sarah Palin's father Chuckie Heath for his take on Climate Change since Chuckie is a retired science teacher?

    1. Anonymous5:06 PM

Is Chuckie another loser like his daughter and promiscuous granddaughter?

  24. Anonymous8:57 PM

    She boinked him.

  25. Tailgunner Ted and Sarah Half-Brain are a match made in Hades.

Don't feed the trolls!
It just goes directly to their thighs.
