Rupert Murdoch: Only "proven Christian" refugees should be allowed into America.

Source
So how does one decide who is a "proven Christian?"

Do you tear up a Koran in front of the refugees and the ones that don't cringe are allowed to come into the country?

Or perhaps it's like testing witches where you throw them into the water weighted down with rocks, and the ones that float we know are Muslims, and the others....well they're just dead.

Of course where Fox News goes, the Republicans are sure to follow. Which is partially why we are now seeing over two dozen Republican governors (And one Democratic one.) saying that they will refuse to accept any refugees from Syria.

Though I am sure that they, much like Murdoch, would immediately change their minds just so long as they could PROVE they were good little Christian refugees.

Somebody might need to remind Murdoch, and the Republicans, that in America the vast number of terrorist attacks are NOT attributed to Muslims, but rather to those who would most likely self identify as Christians.

According to data compiled in a new study, 9 of the 10 least educated states in America also voted Republican in the last presidential election.

Kasich Proposes Govt Agency To Espouse Judeo-Christian Values Abroad (VIDEO)

..."We need to beam messages around the world about what it means to have a Western ethic, to be a part of a Christian-Judeo society," Kasich said in an interview Tuesday with NBC. "It means freedom, it means opportunity, it means respect for women, it means so many things."

The GOP presidential contender laid out his proposal during a larger discussion of his plan to defeat the Islamic State. The agency would promote the Judeo-Christian beliefs to places such as China, Russia, and the Middle East, Kasich told NBC.

He said he doesn't think America is ready for a Muslim president, why? because supposedly the Muslim president will impose Sharia Law on Americans. Really? Is he that stupid? If a person wants to vie for Presidency in America, he is damn sure that he or she is bound by the constitution of that country. He really needs a lesson in Foreign policy.

I've been an atheist my whole life, but I've definitely got the creds to "prove" I'm a Christian (guess all that forced church going is good for something). And guess what, according to the Christian faith, all I have to do is have some kind of instant epiphany, ask for forgiveness (just in case I've committed a murder or two), proclaim myself "born again", and I'd be totally legit with "God" anyway.

I read "The Source" by James Michener when I was a teenager. They were excavating an archaeology site, and telling stories of people through the ages that they were digging through. There was one family who always tilted with the wind.........whatever religion was in charge at the time, they would always convert to that one. And you know what, they were the survivors of the story, because they were a practical sort and never clung to an unpopular religion that my get themselves persecuted. I've told my children that lesson, so if the Christians start burning us atheists at the stake again, my kids will definitely be "Christian" on that day.

A French Muslim Stood In Paris Blindfolded, Asking For Hugs, And It Was Beautiful (VIDEO)

Blindfolded, with signs that read, “I’m a Muslim but I’m told that I’m a terrorist. I trust you, do you trust me? If yes, hug me,” the man stood with his arms outstretched, likely unsure about what to expect.

Parisians from all walks of life gathered around him to give him hugs. Some took photos, others, overcome with emotion, broke down in tears.

Anonymous Declares War On ISIS, Takes Down 5,500 Terror-Linked Accounts In Two Days

...In just under two days, Anonymous has managed to identify and take down over 5,500 pro-ISIS Twitter accounts. Coordinating under the hashtag #opIceISIS, hackers have collected all sorts of valuable data about suspected ISIS members and the people who aid them.

We report that more than 5500 Twitter account of #ISIS are now #down! #OpParis #Anonymous #ExpectUs

    — #OpParis (@opparisofficial) November 17, 2015

Perhaps sensitive to previous campaigns that led to the leaks of unvetted information, the members of #opIceISIS are being as transparent as they can be with the press. According to the UK’s The Guardian, their reporters have already been granted access to the massive data dumps Anonymous has been collected in the last 48 hours. The information appears extensive (albeit still not independently verified):

The activist collective is assembling lists of the Twitter accounts and websites of extremists, in an attempt to have them taken down. At least one post seen by The Independent contains details including the physical address of a person it claims is an Isis recruiter in Europe.

Activists claim to have successfully had accounts and sites taken down already. Accounts associated with the group claimed that it was responsible for the removal of more than 5,500 accounts.

American Bigots Also Opposed Taking In Jewish Refugees During The Holocaust, And Millions Died

As conservative bigots rush to refuse asylum to Syrian refugees who are fleeing the terror of ISIS, it’s important to remember that many Americans also opposed rescuing Jews during the Holocaust.

Indeed, history is actually repeating itself before our very eyes. Syria is a war zone and hundreds of thousands of men, women, and children are trying to escape certain death by seeking new lives in Europe and the United States.

But ever since ISIS launched terrorist attacks in Paris, Republicans have been insisting that America reject Syrian refugees or discriminate against Syrian Muslims by only accepting Christian refugees.

This attitude not only goes against the Constitution, it has been completely repudiated by President Obama, who slammed Republicans on Monday for this betrayal of the American values of religious liberty and helping others in need.

Maybe non Americans like Murdoch should worry about their own country Australia ( which is BTW taking in refuges).
And, as a Native American I personally find it extremely offensive that there is a group of people saying I , or anyone else, must embrace christianity in any form. christians murdered many of my ancestors, but they also stole my Grandfather and his siblings from their home, where ( though 3 of 5 children survived) they were all physically and sexually abused. Including my great aunt ( who I never met since she was dead at the hands of christian religious freaks). My great aunt was 10 when she was stolen, raped repeatedly, and most times gang raped by christian "missionaries". My Grandfather, her oldest brother( also raped multiple times) finally found a way to escape. Unfortunately a 12 yr old girl ( my great aunt) was already pregnant by one of the devout christians. They escaped and walked ( though by that time my grandfather was 13 and stole a horse along they way to carry the little ones) almost 2000 miles back home. Unfortunately this took months since they had to hide. Unfortunately my great aunt died giving birth to a stillborn fetus. One child down, 4 more children still making their way over another 1500 miles. The little one then got sick, he was 7 at the time.....we don't know what it was, heck it could have been the flu or a common cold his his abused little body was so run down from sexual( apparently he was the favorite rape victim of the white middle aged christian men that stole him), physical abuse, along with being starved.
Two innocent child victims buried along the way. It took the remaining 3 children well over a yr ( another stolen horse and a canoe) to get home. 2 years and two dead children, the other 3 children sexually abused, physically abused beyond what anyone was put through in Abu Ghraib. These were innocent children, stolen for no other reason than that they weren't "christian".
So the moral of this story is that we will start having religious tests or national religion then I will leave to go to Canada, our family has lost too much and will not let another generation be killed, be used as sexual objects for deviant christian missionaries and pastors ever again.
No one has cared all these yrs when different Native American tribes have spoken out, but when it is your children maybe you can try standing up.
