Very difficult to watch video of two Orange County police officers essentially murdering an innocent man. Do I even need to say this is NSFW?

Courtesy of Raw Story:

Long Beach, CS – Last year, two Los Angeles County Sheriff Deputies stopped a man for wearing headphones while biking, and when he attempted to continue on his way, he was thrown to the ground and then shot and killed. Police quickly made a cover story and accused the victim, Noel Aguilar, of pulling a gun on the officers, and until now there has been no evidence to prove them wrong. However, video of the incident has recently surfaced showing how the murder actually took place.

Aguilar attempted to avoid the police harassment by running away, but they eventually caught up with him and slammed him into the ground. In the video, the victim can be seen on the ground with two police officers piled on top of him. Police began to accuse Aguilar of having a gun, but they quickly knock it away. The gun can be seen very clearly behind one of the officers and nowhere near Aguilar. However, one of the officers continued to make threats and acted like the gun has not been recovered.

What happens next is almost impossible to believe as one of the officers, Jose Ruiz, pulls his gun for some reason during the struggle and fires it hitting his partner, Albert Murade, in the stomach.

Murade yells that he has been shot, and Ruiz says nothing allowing Murade to believe he was shot by the suspect, who no longer has a firearm.

Even though the suspect, Noel Aguilar, repeatedly says he did not shoot anyone, Officer Ruiz shoots him at point blank range while on top of him.

For some reason this makes Officer Murade follow suit and he fires three shots at point blank range into Aguilar's back effectively killing him.

The police reported that the suspect Noel Aguilar, fired and hit Officer Murade and that the officers simply shot back to protect themselves.

The video up above shows something else entirely.

And if it did not exist nobody would know any different.

  1. But even STILL, nothing will happen to those murdering officers, I'll bet.

We have to stop hiring killers as our policemen. The facts over the last 5 years prove it's more than a few bad apples. Out of 355 deaths at the hands of cops, only two reprimands and zero charges. The system is so bad it sanctions killing.

Another proven reason(thank God for videos!) cops are horribly distrusted throughout our nation.

There is no way in Hell I'd call one to my house for assistance. Family members and/or close friends are my first and only choice!

I can't even wrap my head around that video. It is surreal and absolutely sickening.

Look at them all! A bunch of FAT Fucking Cowards!!!! So, riding on your bike wearing headphones is enough to get you killed in the good ole' USA. I am sooooooo sick of watching videos of American Citizens getting murdered by these THUGS!!

Luckily they did in an round about way. I just emailed the DA Mike Ramsey, and told him what I thought. I also asked if this is the way that the local police treated visitors to his city. We will see if he emails me back. I did ask specific questions, so maybe he will respond.

Probably a good thing that they didn't or it would of never seen the light of day. The cops would of confiscated the video and erased it, before the phone got returned.

Bullshit! They would have shot the phone.

I shouldn't joke, it's not nearly as bad here in Canada. But we are trying. Sammy Yatim got shot nine times before they tased him.

Yeah, and then they'd shoot you, destroy the video and say you deserved to be shot because you were 'obstructing justice'.

  8. Until we begin genuinely rallying around and lionizing those cops who turn in dirty brother cops, this will not change. We've been conditioned not to value whistle-blowers so the incentive to stick your neck out is practically zero.

That isn't likely to happen. The police regard each other as brothers and getting one to turn another in is near impossible. If they do they tend to suffer being ostracized.

It gives the old phrase "Help! Police!" a whole new meaning, doesn't it?

I don't blame you one bit. I hope millions feel the same way. Loss of money is the ONLY thing these assholes understand.

  11. These are the guys Gryphen wants us to trust when he's arguing for us to give up firearms.

These yayhoos are as bad or worse than the Sheriff deputies who killed Jack Yantis in Idaho recently.

The worst part is, they lie and get away with it for the most part, even when there is proof like this video. Let's see if these two LEOs get charged. Most aren't. I truly believe part of the reason they aren't is because it gives ammunition in lawsuits to charge and therefore admit the cops working under you did something wrong. Cases where people are killed by police should all be investigated and prosecuted by the FBI, not the department they work for.

There isn't any proof, as of yet, what happened in the Jack Yantis case. Other than what Rowdy and his wife said. Till the results are in it's a he said she said case. The only thing known for sure is that Yantis was a trouble making, mouthy ass hole who probably pointed his gun at the officer while he tried to act like his bad ass self. Cops suck, but so did Yantis. Signed, someone who is happy as hell that she left that family and that fucked up town behind.

Your tax dollars at work. Are these "officers" still working? This happened a year ago and an innocent civilian is slaughtered for wearing earbuds. This is a disgrace.

Forensics should have shown what gun fired the bullet that hit the cop. If it was a gun owned by the dead guy, or a throw away that cops take to such scenes to get their asses out of the wringer. But then using forensics to get to the TRUTH seems to be a thing of the past.

Almost sounds as if this pig started his day with a plan to kill... someone, anyone.

So, were these pigs charged or did they walk away unscathed while tax payers paid out what ever law suit the city incurred? I've said it before and I'll say it again: If law suits against the city were made against the officer instead, and the monies taken out of their pension, maybe they wouldn't be so gung ho to be murderous bastards.
