My stupidity is this big. |
The indictment of Cliven Bundy is a masterful document, describing a conspiracy to defraud and harm the government for selfish reasons.
There's nothing in it we don't know, but it does give a glimpse into how far the investigation has delved, and the reach of the charges they intend to bring.
Bundy is charged with Conspiracy to Commit An Offense Against the United States; Assault on a Federal Law Enforcement Officer; Use and Carry of a Firearm In Relation to a Crime of Violence; Obstruction of the Administration of Justice; Interference with Commerce by Extortion; and, Aiding and Abetting.
He'll be in the clink for the rest of his life after this trial, alongside his sons.
Gee, and here this moron thought that the laws simply did not apply to him.
Sucks to be so wrong doesn't it?
By the way you can read the entire complaint at the link up above.
It's quite a satisfying read.
Cliven Bundy and his sons finally are close to getting their wish. They will be living rent free on government property with meals included for many years, maybe the rest of their lives. Free health care shoved down their throats, also too.
ReplyDeleteYup, you got that right! Let's just hope the Bundy boys don't drop the soap in the shower!
DeleteCliven,
DeletePlease take Todd Palin with you. Sarah, too, she can pass for a man. While you are at it take Track Palin. Thanks, the Trash Heap on Dead Lake Wasilla
And they can occupy a 8 x 10 patch of Federal property and claim it as their own personal property for as long as they want.
DeleteI read the 32 page charge the FBI has on him, ole' Cliven will die in jail, and his two fucking moron sons will too, along with most of the other fucks that showed up at both places,
Deleteenjoy
32 pages, huh? Excellent.
DeleteHope that sends a message to the rest of the Talibanjo VanillaIsis Outhouse Army.
But I doubt it. Critical thinking is not one of their strong suits. (Witness that crazy ass audio coming out of the last four holdouts.)
I'm thrilled these traitors are finally being indicted.
DeleteBut, I'm sorry, I don't wish rape on anyone, not even the Bundys. We should be ashamed of the rape and sexual assault that goes on in our prisons. We shouldn't be joking about it or celebrating it in select cases.
I understand. The Bundy's have been "raping" our resources for generations. With out putting back or even paying for it.
DeleteThe pillage that they left in the Refuge in Oregon was an "assault" on mankind.
I don't joke either. However it's a two way street. I will not blink an eye if retribution plays itself out in prison for these bullies and grifter's.
Cliven would like everyone reading about his indictment to drop what they're doing, grab some guns and snacks, and head over to the nearest wildlife sanctuary to protest his indictment. Make sure you let the police know they won't take you alive.
ReplyDeleteThey don't need to go to that much trouble for the police to attack them. All they have to do is pitch their tarp in Zuccotti Park and the NYPD will respond with as much spontaneous skull-cracking and breast-grabbing as they can tolerate.
DeleteAnd they you'll refuse to leave until all charges against the Bundys are dropped and they are allowed to go free. Oh, and you get to walk without charges too.
DeleteBecause they worked so well of the Hammonds and the bird sanctuary occupiers.
I think the Bundys and their followers all need to undergo psychiatric exams.
Excellent!!
ReplyDeleteThe moocher, Mr. I am not paying my taxes or grazing fees wants a public defender!!
ReplyDeleteThey should put him to work in prison to pay off his debt, maybe the donald can have his line of men’s clothing made in prisons, at least he would be creating American jobs instead of mexican or chinese.
Yes and Track and Jordan friends are taking up a collection to send them to Hawaii to celebrate their up and coming good news.
DeleteYou know that is how rich kids do it, beg for poor suckers to give them money to party.
Are you kidding? She went back to him? Does the girl have a death wish? Even his imbecile sister was smart enough to get her some away from "gotta have a loaded gun in every room" MOH before someone got shot.
Delete"You can't fix stupid." - Ron White
Deleteup and coming good news.
DeleteWait wait don't tell me!
What is a bun in the oven?
LOL.
DeleteMeanwhile they should be seizing his ranch and all of his cattle for that over $1 MILLION dollars in grazing fees.
They will.
Delete@Gryphen- OT, but thought you should take a look at this: http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2007/09/hillarys-prayer-hillary-clintons-religion-and-politics
ReplyDeleteI had no idea she was so religious. That really alarms me.
DeleteIT was a 2007 article. COmpletely uncorroborated by anyone else. Mothr JOnes us usually pretty good; this was a hack job exception. Un-named sources, etc.
DeleteBernie supporters seem to have no ethics. His campaign has been infiltrated by the enemy

ReplyDeleteCIA Officials Say They’d Resign Before Going Back To Torture
Republican front-runner Donald Trump said he would order the CIA to return to waterboarding and "worse", but a top CIA lawyer said officials would rather resign than go back to enhanced interrogation techniques.
...“I pity the poor SOB who is President Trump’s CIA director and gets the order to do interrogation techniques ‘worse’ than waterboarding,” Rizzo told Newsweek, “not to mention the CIA general counsel or Justice Department attorney general who has the legal issue dropped in his or her lap.”
Newsweek quoted other officials who agreed with Rizzo’s basic premise that no one at the CIA wants to go down this road again. The Bush Administration’s enhanced interrogation program included “waterboarding, stress positions, sleep deprivation and humiliation.”
So when Donald Trump vows to return to “waterboarding or worse,” it raises questions about just what kind of torture he is referring to.
http://www.politicususa.com/2016/02/12/cia.html
Bingo, Olivia!
ReplyDeleteI suspected this is how it would play out. Carefully built the case, identify all the conspirators, and then make a bloodshed free (except one) arrest of all the kooks involved. I suspect this will give pause to all those other RWNJ wannabe 'militiamen'. This was done Obama style ... smart.
ReplyDeleteThe RWNJs are more paranoid than ever. This isn't the end. I fear it it just the beginning.
DeleteThere will always be kooks. But they have to recognize this was a HUGE fail. What did it accomplish?
DeleteIt took them long enough. And while we were waiting the Bundykins & Co. occupied the bird sanctuary and made headlines for 6 weeks.
DeleteNot only made headlines, but kept us all laughing at them and their idiocy. Feds played this one right. Sorry one guy was suicidal and tried to attack the cops, but clearly Darwin Award candidate.

O geez..is it Quittler's birthday again? I wonder what Tawd bought for her this year? Another gun? A rack since she wore the last one out? How about a luggage cart so she can carry her own dang purse?
Deletefunny how someone who rails against the big bad gubmint was looking to get a court appointed attorney; the judge is making him file a financial affidavit first to see if he can afford his own counsel
ReplyDeleteI hope he can, and then is near bankrupted, the stupid grandstanding mooch.
DeleteDumb ass! Was Portland that important?
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't Portland but southern Oregon. They're just lodged in jail here because we're the only one in the state with a federal court. Lucky us.
DeleteI was surprised when Cliven indicated he was on his way to Burns. Leaving his ranch and home state was a stupid move for him but it isn't the first stupid thing he has said or done.
DeleteAfter the 2014 incident, these dopes started thinking they were invincible. The FBI regrouped, built their case, and this idiot provided them with the golden opportunity to take him out. Enjoy prison, you stupid prick.
DeleteI generally don't read the complaints but I'll make an exception in this case.
ReplyDeleteAll we need now is for Roger Ailes to recommence banging his drum for Bundy. It's probably time the authorities looked into Ailes's activities too.
Ailes is such an ace supporting Pres candidates, Bundy is right up his alley.
DeleteNothing like a honest election:
ReplyDeleteThe Democratic National Committee (DNC) has dismantled the last of its prohibitions on receiving donations from lobbyists and political action committees.
The ban has been in place since 2008, when President Obama became the party’s presumptive nominee.
"The DNC’s recent change in guidelines will ensure that we continue to have the resources and infrastructure in place to best support whoever emerges as our eventual nominee,” Mark Paustenbach, deputy communications director for the DNC, told the Washington Post, which first reported the news.
http://thehill.com/business-a-lobbying/business-a-lobbying/269266-dnc-rolls-back-restrictions-on-lobbyist-donations
Honest elections have gone the way of the dinosaurs with the ruling in Citizens United. All we can hope for now is a semi level playing field.
DeleteYeah. @3:45.
DeleteI bet they're so eager on the inside for when Cliven leads off his first big oratory with "let me tell you something about the Negroes." No flowers yet either from that love 'em and leave 'em butt buddy Sean Hannity? Shucks.

DeleteOregon Occupiers Reportedly Warn That They Left Behind Booby Traps At Refuge
ReplyDeletehttp://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/oregon-refuge-booby-traps
After hearing their stoned and drunk live feeds I've no doubt that their "booby traps" are as boobalicous as they are.
Delete"Bobby Sue done gone an put up a snare trap done be supposed to be attached to a bomb that we done made ourselves and when a person done step on the rope then the bomb that Bobby Sue done made is gonna durn blow their durn toe off."
This is the level of "booby trapping" brought to you by these boobs that cain't shoot straight.
That must be why the Wasilla Police did nothing about the terrorist's stash in Wasilla. Cops are afraid of the boobs.
Deletehttps://austinisafecker.files.wordpress.com/2014/07/rednecks.jpg
Would these be traps constructed by boobs?
DeleteWell, that will just add a few more counts to their indictments.
Stupid redneck mouth breathers. Is their gene pool that damaged through inbreeding?
Congratulations, GOP & hate talk radio. These are YOUR people. YOU BUILT IT. Eff U!

The accuracy of this poll was totally debunked by Rachel Maddow last night.
DeleteI has a sad for Cloven and offspring...
ReplyDeleteJust kidding.
Sheesh
Let me tell you about the negro sheriff that arrested Cliven.
ReplyDeleteHe did a damn good handcuffing job.
I live in Central Oregon. This experience has been so polarizing. While I was aggravated at how long the resolution was taking, the FBI gave a lot of people - including the initial criminal, Cliven Bundy - enough rope to hang themselves. We have to admit that the real enemy of our country isn't external. It is internal. It grew roots in hate radio - on OUR public airwaves. It blossomed with the Internet, Fox News, Alex Jones - all the merchants of hate. That includes everyone that bought advertising on these "programs." Now they live in their bubble, where it's SOP to disrespect the Elected President of the US by writing letters from the Senate to Iran, by blocking every single initiative proposed because they could. I will be 60 years old in October. I have never feared for my country. I do now. Our enemies are not external. They are internal. The "patriot" movement, the NRA and their nonsense (I'm still waiting for the gubmint to come for my gun), the GOP and the theocrats... the list goes on. I have no answers. But I hope that Cliven Bundy and his ilk rot in prison. And I hope Cliven has "Negro" cell mates since he has so much wisdom to share.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Deni. You speak for me.
DeleteFrom the gal, that someone termed yesterday, lives in "The People's Republic Of Portland."
I totally agree with you Deni. Thanks for your comment.
DeleteI am 55, and was talking to a friend who is 60 today, moderate right or left, we all fear the same things.
DeleteCorrection: Disrespect an elected DEMOCRATIC President.
DeleteDo you think they'd be shouting "You Lie!" during the speech of a Republican President?
Agreed. The last time the president was disrespected by the opposition party was President Clinton. Fox and their allies seem to love the GOP - no matter what crimes are being committed. Hmmmmm.
DeleteIt's going to be an eye opening experience for all of them. The Gubmint should take his cattle and double wide to help defray the costs. Might want to start writing your valentine's day cards about now, just sayin.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of valentines. It didn't take long for these to generate :)

Sheesh
I forget.
ReplyDeleteAre Cliven and his sons MORmONS?
They are indeed both
DeleteSheesh
I am agnostic, but most most everyday mormons, just like most everyday christians are good people, it is only the extremists we hear or read about.
Delete@5:38
DeleteYour observation is duly noted.
However, lets focus on the genesis of the MORmON question.
#1 Blog post title: "Cliven Bundy is going to jail for a long, long, long time. " The blog post may be based on the many arrests and criminal indictments for what the Bundy family members have been actively doing for many years.
#2 Something to do with with the Bundy family religion/politic/upbringing has apparently sent them plumb around the bend.
#3 Thankfully these types are not a majority yet, but they are working on it.
Stating that the MORmON church (original home of the plyg child raping cultists and other long term nutters of many flavors) has lots of "good people"... well, so what?
My family is in the middle of a four year court battle to get a Mormon sperm donor away from an eight year old grandchild who must be subjected to it until they believe us. We think we now have everything. Come on, March, let's get this done.
DeleteI HATE Mormons with a passion.
Tried to tell our daughter when she married him, she wouldn't listen.
5:38
DeleteBundy and his pathetic posse hail from the heart of polygamist fundamentalist Mormonism. The men in that religion have a special kind of self-entitlement not seen in very many other religions.
I do not wish this family anymore problems. But? Until they understand the US Constitution and stop the me me thing, they need to stay put. Another family will now lease the land and grazed their cattle, look at the stars and grow food for Americans. Majority of the food in America is grown in the west and on leased land. It is our land and resources. It is not for sale. America is not for sale.
ReplyDeleteDo you understand federal land?
DeleteNope. And they don't understand farming either. With the exception of California and some of Oregon, it is the ARID west. Land that is only fit for grazing, and many acres per head. No wonder they have to have feedlots to finish the cattle with MIDWESTERN corn.
DeleteWhy don't you wish the family any more problems? They heaped a shitload of problems on us.
DeleteI wonder if this will send a clear message to his followers and fellow ne'r-do-wells. 'Beware the seeming slumbering/plodding beast of government when you sneeringly tread upon it'.
ReplyDeleteMay they rot...
They wanted another Waco/Ruby Ridge. It was not given to them. Well played, Mr. President, as always.
DeleteNot to mention the fact that most Americans were laughing at them.
Delete
