Ezra Klein, editor-in-chief of Vox, explains why we should be terrified of a potential Donald Trump presidency.

Yeah, what he said.

  1. Anonymous4:50 PM

Yes, Ezra Klein, Journalist founder, who called Sarah Palin a "wonderful Mother" and told everyone to back off the "Trig story".

I'd certainly trust what he has to say, NOT!

    1. Anonymous8:33 PM

I avoid reading or watching Ezra Klein whenever possible.

  2. Anonymous4:59 PM

    Zero-sum is right.
Zero lack of shame is right.
Pumping up the hate and fear to stratosphere levels.
    Any wonder $arah endorsed him?

It's NOT funny. Not in the least.

    1. A. J. Billings3:35 AM

I agree it's not funny, but I'd take Trump over Cruz the Christian Taliban any day of the week.

As despicable a racist, xenophobic pig as Trump is, Cruz is 10 times more dangerous for a secular Republic like ours.

Cruz is a madman sociopathic lunatic on a Crusade to force his hateful brand of religious bible based lunacy on the USA.

He would appoint people like Louie Gohmert to the Supreme Court.

Cruz would fill the Executive branch with only hard core Christian supremacists, and would immediately try to overturn Roe V Wade as his top priority, along with starting a war with Iran and hugely increasing the DOD budget.

Imagine people like Joe Arpaio and Ted Nugent and $arah Palin running our government.

Cruz would stop all science funding because to a believer in mythology and Christian doctrine, none of that matters.

We must get out and vote for a sane rational person in 2016, regardless of how much we may not like them.

Hillary or Bernie would make a far better President than Trump or Cruz

A hilarious must read for #Oregonstandoff aficionados; the sidebar titled 'The Dumb And The Restless' is priceless!

  4. Anonymous5:18 PM

If you wanna beat tRump/the GOP,
Hillary ain't the way. Go Bernie!

    1. Anonymous5:49 PM

      Bernie is over. Peace.

    2. Anonymous5:57 PM

ANY Democrat is the way. Stop trying to divide Dems. We need to rally behind our candidate and VOTE!

    3. Anonymous6:02 PM

Hillary is well-rounded on all of the issues in this election both domestic and foreign. She debates well and will have the money to take on Trump or any other Republican. I'm voting for Hillary in the primary. If she is not the nominee I will vote for Bernie in November. Can you say that you will vote for the Democratic nominee, 5:18, even if it so happens not to be Bernie?

    4. Anonymous6:51 PM

The word "socialist" is poison to 100% of Repubs and a whole lot of Dems too.

    5. Anonymous7:21 PM

Hillary is the most qualified, but it's going to take Bernie to beat Donald in the general election.

I will vote for Hillary if she's the candidate, but then we could very well be moving to Cape Breton.

    6. Anonymous7:51 PM

Why would it take Bernie to beat Trump? Hillary would wipe the floor with Trump on any topic, leave him blustering and red-faced.

    7. Anonymous9:03 PM

@7:51 If Trump runs against Clinton, it's The Newcomer against The Establishment. If Trump runs against Sanders, it's The Blowhard against The Democratic Socialist.

    8. Both could beat him but Bernie would draw more of his supporters away.

I like a Bernie/Hillary ticket just to be sure.

  5. Anita Winecooler5:23 PM

He's absolutely right, Trump's eating this up like candy, he has no filter, no shame, and all he's doing is stoking his brand of narcissisism. We dismiss him because we think he's the GOP's problem, but he's everyone's problem. The GOP has been held hostage by the far right, Reince Prebus can't find a way to stop the momentum, and no one seems to care.
We've got to gotv in droves to make sure he doesn't buy the white house. He has no platform, no solutions, and is making a mockery of the American public. He's a male Sarah with money and power selling pie in the sky with no plan on how to pay for it. Ezra's right, he's a very dangerous man.

  6. Anonymous5:25 PM

I've NEVER found Donald Trump entertaining in any way and, as a New Yorker, I've seen way too much of him over the years.

I have never been more frightened about a national election than I am this year.

  7. Anonymous5:29 PM

Fabfitfun is not pathetic. Thousands of people do that.

    1. Anonymous5:33 PM

    2. Anonymous5:48 PM

      Thousands of people are pathetic.

    3. Anonymous5:57 PM

FabFitFun isn't pathetic. Bristol schilling for them on Instagram Is pathetic.

    4. Anonymous7:13 PM

I'm confused, are you referring to the fabfitfun subscription box?

    5. Anonymous7:19 PM

Never mind, I just saw the post and I am not amused to see that bitch schilling for them. I subscribe to that box but no more! Oh, and they always have a code for $10 off on any that reviews subscription boxes ex. mysubscriptionaddiction. I swear, this dumb cow has ruined this for me.

    6. Anonymous7:27 PM

I meant, any site that reviews subscription boxes always has a code for $10, no need to use hers.

    7. Anonymous8:04 PM

C'mon, Gryph, would you PLEASE keep these posts off a non-related topic? This is beyond annoying.

    8. Anonymous8:28 PM

Mary Kay, avin, Amway fff are all pathetic oyranid schemes. What are you, like fifteen, to even admit you buy this overpriced Chinese made landfill?

  8. Anonymous5:39 PM

I'm waiting for tRump to be asked if he'd rule out using military force if Mexico declines to pay for his wall?

  9. Anonymous6:16 PM

O/T but Toad is currently 26th in Iron Dog. Cheer louder, Sarah!

  10. Anonymous6:18 PM

  11. Anonymous7:01 PM

Kudos to Klein for the effort. For me, it fell short--spent too much time saying Trump was entertaining and missed closing the deal by highlighting the scariest aspects of his campaign and by failing to point out that Trump isn't the 'winner' or 'great manager' he claims to be. Even on the Obama Birther issue, I don't understand why they didn't make the point that Trump said he had investigators in Hawaii finding amazing things but lied about the whole thing. I wish they made a bigger point about him bullying and trying to shut down anyone who criticizes him, including media, and encouraging physical attacks against rally protesters. I liked the part where he detailed Trump's deficiencies....narcissism, etc..

I hope I'm wrong and hope the video has an impact. And I'm sorry for being so negative.

  12. Trump is due a lot of credit for exposing the sissy Jeb as a liberal elitist, a momma's boy, a lazy entitled girly man, and just plain dumb.

    1. Anonymous7:47 PM

      Girly man?
Interesting that you would use feminine traits as an insult.

      No wonder you like Trump.

    2. Anonymous7:49 PM

No credit for Trump. He's a bully, a petulant child, and an all around disgusting, pathetic human being.

    3. Anonymous8:02 PM

I'll give you that. Mommy was the ne that originally said that the last thing this country needed was another Bush. Out she comes, then dumbshit Dubya. NEVER FORGET.

"Please clap," and he was the smartest one? How embarrassing for him, but one down that money won't elect.

  13. Trump's entire campaign is based on what the bigoted racist spew. These are the same assholes who call Obama a dictator, and are really too stupid, and hateful to realize that Trump saying that he would ban all Muslims from the United States, that he would build a wall at our Southern Border(and make the Mexicans pay for it), & allow torture worse than waterboarding (against the Geneva Convention), IS exactly what a dictator would do. Funny thing though, his "promises" are bullshit, and won't happen because we have this thing called the Constitution. He; and his supporters like Palin, continue to pull facts out of their ass, and really stupid people continue to back him.
There are too many Conservatives who hate him. Even my Conservative inlaws say that if Trump wins the nomination, they will not check any box for President.

  14. Anonymous8:29 PM

    T.Rump didn't do that.

  15. Anonymous8:34 PM

Trump talks about bringing back waterboarding and the US doing things worse than waterboarding.

Listen to Trump talking about US beheading people.

Next listen to George ask Trump about Gay marriage and his response is to overturn it.

Trump talks about him picking a Supreme court judge.

Trump shoots off his mouth and when asked and questioned about what he is talking about Trump doesn't seem to answer questions or know what he's going to do. A regular bullshitter.

Watch "COMPLETE INTERVIEW: George Stephanopoulos Interviewes Donald Trump On "This Week" (2/7/2016)" on YouTube

  16. Anonymous11:25 PM

Many people do not vote in primaries. Whoever voting in this entertainment stunt are fanning the fumes from the outhouse. You can bet that camp hill are preparing the one liners for defeat trump. Notice the trump eyes. Glazed over and standing with "The Beautiful People" kinda like the "You People" yep. old trump claims the fat skinny tall short stupid smart male and even female. He loves women he says. Wow. plastic surgery for all.

  17. I've never laughed at ANYthing Trump has said or done. I think he is the lowest form of human.

The REALLY scary part of all this, is how many people suck into his crap.

You see mostly two types of comments, on social media about him...

One is how cool it is that he just says whatever he wants, with no filter. So, they'd vote for any person with Tourette Syndrome, as long as he was a billionaire?

The other is how a "businessman" could run the U.S. and make a YUGE profit! (Implying their faith that he'd divvy it up and they'd get a share. Talk about terminal naivety.)

No one seems to give thought to just how a profit could be made, by running the world's most expensive military. Or how law enforcement could make money.

Or how highway maintenance could make a killing...or any other government operation. Governing is NOT a business venture.

No, its not Trump himself who is frightening, but the legion of imbeciles who believe his ridiculous shtick.
