President Obama with Stephen Colbert last night.

I actually missed this last night, but now that I have seen it I am just all that more depressed that we will lose this wonderful President after this next year.

By the way was that not one of the lamest Superbowl games ever?

I literally turned it off with 3 minutes left of game play because I was bored and figured I had already seen all of the good commercials, which were also kind of lame.

There will never EVER be another one like him in my lifetime, Gryph. The clown car scares the living HELL out of me.

Oh, that was adorable. I loved the plot of National Treasure III. As far as I'm concerned, Steven Colbert and President Obama are both national treasures!

Totally agree Gryphen, most boring game I ever seen. There was no charged atmosphere, no outstanding plays. The only play that stands out to me is when the ball is stripped from Cam Newton's arm towards the end, and instead of instinctively trying to recover an obvious fumble, he hesitates, and stands back while Denver recovers it! What the hell was that all about?? It makes me wonder if the fix was in! By the way, Newton's attitude and demeanour at the post-game press scrum was less than admirable! No wonder I tanked in the pool!!

I did not find it boring it all. No fix, just "Mr. Wonderful" going down and in turn was rude to the media in post game interviews.

He wouldn't even take off his cap in honor of our national anthem, just clutched the v-neck of his jersey.

I don't do too much football so I took a nap during the game and looked up the good commercials on the internet today. Being a cheerleader from age 10-18 gave me enough football for al lifetime!

I just watched Gayle's superbowl interview with them. Michelle was asked to complete the sentence "I can always count on him to..." and her reply was "not disappoint me". wow. such an impressive family. we were lucky to have them.

Gotta love a President (and First Lady) with a great sense of humor!

They will be sorely missed when they leave the White House next year. So glad I was alive to witness and help elect this historic administration.

Thank you! I thought the game sucked. I love Obama, but I'm happy he will be able to live his life and say a big FUCK YOU to the rest of the those asswipe repubs.

Superbowl 50 was huge disappointment. Boring. lousy ads, Denver was the same old team and manning?. Nope. Half time was questionable. Glad I did not waste money on this gladiator game. Not entertainment to me.

  12. Gee, you act like the guy is going to die or leave the country after his term is up. We won't be seeing the last of him once he leaves office. I think he's just getting started. (I'm still hoping for Supreme Court Justice Obama).

Just look at Jimmy Carter and think of what Obama will still be able to accomplish. Hopefully we'll have him for another 40 years.

And yes, the commercials were lame. I just went through 65 of them on the Huffington Post and didn't even bother to watch some of them (like PuppyMonkeyBaby. Eeeww.)

I was really disappointed in Budweiser as they usually have a great Clydesdale commercial. Not this year.

I think my favorites were the Heinz Wiener Races and the truck commercial with the singing sheep and talking sheep dog. Even Liam Neeson and Christopher Walken were wasted.

      I agree Miaiuppa

I'm looking to see how Barack reinvents himself so to speak. If you've never seen the recent video of Barack and Jerry Seinfeld, it is worth watching to see how he may see his role as a public figure in the future. The video is easily found on youtube. Look for the longest version.

Jerry Seinfeld was on Stephen Colbert, and I think Jerry gave Stephen the idea to reach out to befriend Barack. Jerry said when he called the White House, he was told "we were waiting for you to call". You see a bell go off in Stephen's head.

Well said! He doesn't come across as a man who's in it for money or fame, I imagine him accomplishing much once he leaves office.

  13. Amazing man and I will never forgive those who attacked him for no other reason than the color of his skin. Wish those same fools would've opened their mouth when the wasillabilly and her trailer trash tribe grifter across the national stage one step away from that big White House!!! Lowlife bitches!

How about the Death Wish Coffee ad - Viking Ship? Local Albany, NY area business won that "free" commercial in a contest! Double the caffeine?

Stephen Colbert And His Audience Absolutely Pummeled Bill O’Reilly, And It Was Spectacular (VIDEO)

...Within the first few moments of his appearance, he alienated pretty much everyone by saying those over on CNN and MSNBC are “on crack.” He was trying to convince people that Fox News is #1 in the ratings for a reason. Little does he realize that if people want their right-wing hate TV, they only have one place to go, whereas facts are dispersed everywhere else. So when O’Reilly made his remark about the other networks, the crowd audibly booed him and was not impressed whatsoever.

Then, just moments later, O’Reilly thought it wise to do a Bernie Sanders impersonation while also saying that Sanders and Trump are the same person. Here’s the thing: Colbert and his audience, are likely going to have a liberal response, so you can only guess how this Sanders bashing was received — not well. Colbert even asking the Fox News host after his Sanders impression, “are you having a stroke?”

Love what Helen and Margaret have to say!

The day we elected Barack Obama, we changed the world for the better, forever. And no matter how hard the Republicans have tried to minimize that, we all now know it is possible and that possibility will change lives for generations to come.

That video is awesome! President Barack Obama is not just way more intelligent than the dumbass republicans he out classes them with his wit and humor. Those are qualities the republicans don't seem to have or even want to have.

I've never missed a vote in my life, and when I saw this man's dedication, read his books and learned of his background, I saw the same thing I see today, a man whose humble and cares for all humanity, can't see him as a quitter. Never been prouder of our Commander in Chief and the first family, including Mrs Robinson. We've witnessed someone precious and rare, someone who puts others before himself and works hard for the middle class and the less fortunate.
