The Duggars WILL return to reality TV. Pretty sure that's sign of the Apocalypse.

Courtesy of Christian Post:

Fans of the TLC series "19 Kids and Counting" will be happy to know that the series will be back for another run.

The stars of the series recently suffered through some scandals when it was revealed that Joshua Duggar took part in AshleyMadison.com, a website that serves as an online dating site for married men. With the family known as devout Christians, the news of Joshua's infidelity led to the show's cancellation.

By the way the participation in the dating website is the ONLY reason given for why the show was originally cancelled.

There is no mention of Josh Duggar sexually abusing his sisters, the family's attempt to cover that up, or the fact that Josh Duggar physically abused a porn star.

How very Christian of this news outlet to provide cover for the Duggars once again.

Well so much for TLC or the Duggar family learning anything from this experience.

Well, I guess we know that $$$$ is are important than morals, integrity, honesty, and "Christian" values. Of course, anyone following the disaster known as the Palin family has already come to that conclusion. I hope TLC gets a lot of blowback on this. I think I'll go send an email.

They just got an email from me. It won't do any good. They've got money, and advertisers, and I stopped watching them years ago. I don't know how people like that sleep at night.

Anytime you hear some yahoo with the brain of a cat yammering about "family values" you can pretty much set an egg timer to gauge when they're gonna be caught either in a sexual indiscretion or with their hands in the collection plate. Fucking hilarious.

With all due respect, please don't compare cats to any of the Duggars! I am the lucky servant & lady-in-waiting to two cats right now and I must say that both they and every other cat or dog that I've encountered in my 40 yrs on this planet has had a far superior intellect than this family. Peace!

Seems to be funny how hipocracy works like this...

What is the rating of the show going to be? Prolly need a mature or R rating since you never know when Josh is going to bend one of his sisters over the back of a couch.

They should do a Waslla road trip.

I belong to three cats and they showed me this post and asked me to request that their species never be mentioned in the same paragraph as the Duggers or Paymes or Yahoos.

Psst: i submit that if the Europeans hadn't thought of cats as 'of the devil' and banned them, the Bubonic Plague wouldn't have taken it's toll. The lack of cats allowed the rats and their plague-carrying fleas to run rampant...

... but then, maybe no Renaissance...

Our Lad-- That's true, and what's more, I think they actually take this for granted themselves.

I mean, look at almost every one of the Duggars' defenders- they invariably go on about how "things like this happen in so many families we know, what skeletons do YOU have in your closet, etc. etc."

      ???????!!!!!!!

Well, I sure don't know many families like that. My own certainly doesn't have multiple (or any) cases of incest, molestation, and porn star abuse, unlike "so many" of these people, apparently.

I guess that must be because my husband and I are both librul elitist non-churchgoers. We just don't hang out in the truly moral crowd.

    2. I think some of the ratings were curiosity for the 'special'.

But I'm not sure it will sustain a series.

      Still, gag me.

I don't have cable anymore so have no problem avoiding anything the TLC puts out. (Yes, that was intentional.)

That just tears it, fuck TLC! That fame whore grifting family is giving the Palin's a run for their status.

Anyhoo, thought IM'ers would be just as agog at Palin's obvious obliviousness, using every analagy that doesn't reflect well on her family to stick it to the man:

Sarah honest to God brings up "bein in a fetal position and letting them clobber you.' as she whined about Rep. Steve King picking on her and no one in the room stood up for her. #TrackAttack

    2. I noticed the Stepford hairdos.

Aside from being a little longer and less curly, they are just like Moms. Two parted on the left, two on the right but all the same length, slightly curled and with a little hair bump of teasing.

      What is it with fundamentalists?

They all say that their dad likes curly hair, so they all perm their hair. Not creepy at all.

  9. That's fucking disgraceful - wouldn't be surprised if they added the palin trash to spice it up. What does that tell us about the people who tune in? Sexual assault, incest and other disgusting behaviors generate enough income to justify the actions of the producers, the family and the viewers. It makes my skin crawl - theit actions are even more appalling than the sexual deviant himself. FUCK them all - may they burn in their make believe hell. Anyone that tunes in should have to register as a sexual predator - that's exactly what they are if they feel all tingly inside when staring at the victims of the pig.

Unfortunately this will probably provide hope to the Palins that they too can get back on the airwaves.

If incest doesn't get you canceled, what's a little premarital sex, domestic violence, substance abuse and out of wedlock birth going to do?

Um, AshleyMadison is a little more than a dating site!

I just thought of a great premise for a new Palin reality show. It's for the realists out there. They could be themselves! What a hit it would be to show the world what a political fraud and their toxic family live like in the great state of AK. Drunks, druggies, intimidation and blackmail, hookers, plastic surgery, babies out of wedlock, brawls, shootin, screaming matches, and snow! hahahahahah!

Christianists like these are all about CYA, and nothing about what Christ actually taught. They are vile, nasty, hateful. All about getting you into their so called religion and fleecing you for whatever they can get. Sounds like the definition of a cult to me.

    Duggers, palins, falwell, etc.

In a way, I have been waiting for this. The American people have an average attention span of about 20 minutes. Anything longer, and they have forgotten.
These über-religious freaks ahve been waiting in the wings after being swatted down once, a bit too soon after their scandals broke, and they knew that if you waited long enough, you'd get a second (or 3rd or 4th) chance.
    They got it.

Have these idiots no shame? And screw TLC for twerking for dollars with the fundamentalist xtians in name only. How anyone sleeps well at night making a buck and ratings off incestuous forced sex with minor chidldren is beyond me. Just mentioning Ashley Madison is deception, they're cheating but they're above the age of consent, I don't care what they do on the down low as long as it's not involving my godless nuclear family.
