Without a doubt, this is the most insane primary season I have ever witnessed. Are we really hearing about package size on national TV? I suppose that is more entertaining to the base than hearing about actual policy positions of the candidates.

I have yet to hear any policy from Trump other than vague promises about how wonderful and Yuuggee everything will be. Cruz would realize his dream of shutting down the government were he President by using his veto pen on all bills passed by Congress. Marco might provide a bit of relief as President by doing his stand up routine at press conferences. And since the press has all but ignored Kasich, I will too because you have to be a sheeple and vote for Trump.

And down the ballot, we have a debate in Nevada for a seat in Congress where the "Bundy" candidate is challenging another (a medical doctor) to a fight.

You are giving the candidates too much credit-they don’t have any actual policy positions; therefore they distract the base with their slapstick comedy routines!!!!

According to some of the Canadian comedy shows, Canada is thinking of building a wall to keep US voters out:)

I'll never forget Steve Kornacki saying that when he worked for David Wildstein he was told he could write anything as long as he stayed away from policy.

This morning fox news was giving trump credence for creating a new conservatism. Nah, he is just honest because he has never had to pay for his honesty. We are his whores.

Do you think it is coincidence that we are being reminded about the oj Simpson case and new evidence. Just fodder my friends to feed the hate.

It appears that rank and vile republican members will be voting for the huge powerful rump with their stubby enhanced fingers.

It is not so much the size of johnsin, as is the brain behind it! I think Mr. Romney came out for humanity to speak his heart. And as said. Trump came out with his drop to yer knees oppression and dominance stance. Vile and Rank are his members and their tiny johnsin.

I am predicting someone is going to get shot at one of his campaign rallies.

Unfortunately, I don't think even that will stop him, but maybe some moderate Republicans would think twice and vote for Hillary or Bernie.

...Trump peppered his speech with “Friend or foe?” to disruptions, saying he didn’t mind friends but foe, “Get them the hell out, right?! Get that guy outta here. Get him out! Do we love our police? Get him out! Wise guy. He’s a wise guy. Alright, yeah, you take him down.” ...

The exodus to Canada might seem like a joke. WAY too many of us have considered it, if by some nefarious coincidence indeed dRumpf were to win the election for fuhrer.

Here is an excerpt from a very informative article about how Trump got started in politics. Blame CPAC

It’s possible to trace the roots of Trump’s presidential campaign back to his first appearance at CPAC in 2011, according to one of the men who invited Trump to the event that year, Jimmy LaSalvia, a former conservative operative.

“Trump recognized in that first CPAC speech and in subsequent ones that CPAC attracts the anti-establishment grassroots activists who are driving the Republican Party now, and that he could manipulate them and play to them. And that’s exactly what he’s done,” said LaSalvia.

LaSalvia co-founded a conservative gay rights group called GOProud that had participated in CPAC over objections from social conservatives, who threatened to boycott the event in 2011 over GOProud’s inclusion.

It was against that backdrop that GOProud reached out to Trump, who has been seen as a supporter of gay rights, and who at the time was encouraging speculation that he might run for president in 2012. “We invited him to CPAC and arranged for him to have time to speak from the main stage. He accepted,” wrote LaSalvia in a 2015 book about his decision to abandon the GOP. Trump was a massive hit, prompting one of his staffers to express relief to LaSalvia, explaining “you know, that was his first political speech.”

LaSalvia can be seen in a behind-the-scenes GOProud video walking Trump to his waiting limousine afterward, posing for a photograph with the billionaire and urging him to run for president.

“I do regret that I ever encouraged him to run for president,” LaSalvia says now. But he acknowledged that “GOProud, Trump and ACU all got what they wanted out of that stunt. Everybody benefited from it. And that helped him to realize his path to the Republican nomination.”

Mr. Romney is a fraud, a con man. He deserves to be scorned for his hypocrisy

I love the cartoon where Christie is floating in the air behind Donald -- much like a hot-air balloon. So appropriate.

I have a friend who is a very religious conservative. Unlike most religious conservatives, she actually DOES follow the teachings of Jesus, which is why we're still friends despite the drastic differences in our political philosophies.

Anyway, she posted a comment on Facebook this morning responding to a picture that a mutual friend put on his page. The picture was of someone from SNL looking horrified, and the caption said "The face you make when someone says they think Donald Trump would be a good president".

My conservative friend wrote, "Trust me, every Republican I know feels the same way!"

    That brings me great comfort!!!

Majority of rump voters are living proof. Living proof that the dumbing down of Americans by the hateful republicans, is a success! They built that! And own it.
