Just a reminder that it is not the protesters throwing punches at the Trump rallies.

Courtesy of The Intellectualist:

From a friend on Facebook:

“Last night my friend’s good friend was badly beaten in front of her [teenage] daughter while she was holding a protest sign at the Trump rally in Chicago.

Her arm was broke, her head had to be stapled and she’s in terrible shape as you can imagine.

I don’t know all the details of what happened yet, but I find myself further wondering about his “fans”‘

I guess we can assume that if the person who did this to this poor woman is arrested that Trump will gladly pay his legal fees.

You know, because he is so against violence and everything.

That poor woman! I hope she and her friends put that photo in as many sites online that they can to show the type of violence and mayhem we can come to expect as business as usual if Trump is elected.

The Seth Meyers YT that someone posted in the previous thread is case proof that the Rumpf himself gave permission for rally attenders to commit violence even though now he says he never did.

Yes. And I think anyone who's been manhandled needs to put pics out there. Like with that commercial now with women reading Trump's own words back, there needs to be one with the injuries that have been a result of Trump's words.

I also wish the protesters would carry signs with the injured on them like they do when protesting the abuse of others. What a sight it would be to see the Trump fanatics still acting rabid as people peacefully protested while holding up signs of the bruised and bloodied.

Seth Meyers has a really great idea, last night on his show. He said that it doesn't bother the Donald to be called a fascist, but he really hates being laughed at.

This idea is the protesters should carry signs like " Trump puts ketchup on his hot dogs". A sin in Chicago !! "Trumps eats pizza with a knife and fork, cuz his fingers are too short" etc.

I think his is a good idea, The Donald will blow up at a certain point and on the plus side we get some laughs. He is still fuming over that correspondence dinner.

I also saw a clip of Obama at a fund raiser talking about Trump wine, he would really like to taste it, because he thinks the Donald filled the bottles with some cheap $5.00 wine, slapped a label on it and charges $50.00.

Obama was smiling and really enjoyed getting a big chuckle recounting this story.

    4. The problem with the Drumpfeters is that they'll say she deserved what she got for protesting their illustrious leader. Sieg HEIL!

They see nothing wrong with violence as long as it's against those that are against Drumpf.

When they finally find a way to deny Trump the nomination, he'll just hope into his big Trump airplane and fly home to his home in the sky in Trump Tower. He has never EVER associated or had anything to do with the kind of people who think he's their political saviour. And when this clown show of his is over, he won't be bothering himself with them afterwards either.

What will be left is the ugly aftermath of the people he has empowered through his words and actions to lash out against all and sundry. It will get ugly. And The Donald will just make up some new lie as to why this happened and how only he could have fixed the world.

I don't think the future bodes well for the U.S. regardless of the nomination and the election results. John McCain started this and voila! look where you are now. Be safe punk-ass thuggery people LOL

There is an update to the story that says this might be a case of police brutality. That's what her spokesperson apparently says:

Not that I would be surprised one bit if Trump's fans beat up a woman like this.

Well, you can't say that across the board because there have been nasty protesters get kicked out. But obviously both sides are always at fault in some way. Just like democrats aren't perfect candidates.

      Yeah, you're right!

For example, those black students who got kicked out of a rally just for standing there being quiet and watching. They are at fault for being black and standing there, watching.

(who ever said democrats are perfect candidates?)

Goethe had a piece where the wisdom was 'the ghosts that you summoned, you cannot get rid of anymore'.
This is what I am reminded of day-in, day-out with the evolving story about tRump.
He is literally like Hitler was in the late 1920s, before he came to power in Germany. The German people did not think he would do what he actually promised to do.
We should have had our elected officials at all levels immediately clamp down when tRump started inciting this violence. By now, I am afraid, it is too late.
We as a nation will feel the fallout from this for years to come.

so, on palin's facebook page she lists the injuries as: "including multiple broken and fractured ribs, broken shoulder blade, broken clavicle, knee/leg injuries; and a collapsed lung. He is presently back in surgery to repair multiple fractures." but she just couldn't bring herself to fly back to alaska immediately.

If Trump gets elected there will be no more freedom of speech for us ---- well, unless you totally agree with the Donald.

Yeah, the big defenders of the 2nd amendment will trash the first amendment.

He is already breaking it with his rules about the protesters and how they should be arrested. Guess he doesn't know about freedom of speech and right to assemble, etc. That ignorance alone should make him ineligible to even run.

Poor woman! These are not just a few bruises but serious injuries. I hope that she presses charges. Herr Drumpf and his Mini-Me Palin have the audacity to call the protesters "thughs" but so far, curiously, the only persons injured are the protesters and the journalists and not his fanatical supporters. It's becoming more and more evident who the real "thughs" are.

Trump Now Says He Won't Pay Legal Fees For Those Who Assault Protesters

Trump said this morning that he's "just a peace lovin' guy, who doesn't condone violence", and that he never said he'd pay the legal fees for those who assault protesters at his rallies.

Except, of course, he's said exactly that. And he's also the guy who said he'd like to punch a protester in the face, which has happened more than once at his rallies. But now he says he doesn't condone violence, even as he incites it in those crowds.

Clips are from 'Good Morning America' 3/15/16, Iowa 2/1/16, Las Vegas 2/23/16, and 'Meet the Press' 3/14/16.

Donald J. Trump wavered on Tuesday about whether he would actually pay the legal fees of a supporter who punched a protester in the face at one of his rallies last week, saying that he does not condone violence.

Last Wednesday, at an event in North Carolina, one of Mr. Trump’s backers was arrested and charged with assault and other crimes for attacking a man who was being escorted out of an arena. Mr. Trump has said in the past that he would pay the legal fees of supporters who roughed up protesters, and on Sunday he said that he was instructing members of his staff to look into doing so in this case.

Speaking on ABC’s “Good Morning America” on Tuesday, Mr. Trump acknowledged that paying legal fees in this case might be an endorsement of violence.
“I don’t condone violence and I didn’t say I was going to pay for his fees,” Mr. Trump said. “Nobody asked me to pay for fees.”

Asked if paying the legal fees of people who commit acts of violence, in any case, would be wrong, Mr. Trump seemed to concede that it was not a good idea.
“Maybe so, and maybe that’s why I wouldn’t do it,” Mr. Trump said. “I don’t condone violence at all.”

  28. It's reprehensible that trump hasn't been called out by the Republican Party - he should've been shut down after the first time he encouraged audience members to attack protestors.

Is this what we've become? Does he represent the United States as a leader? Yes, he does - because we remain silent when every citizen and elected leader should be demanding justice every single time a protestor is physically attacked - justice instead of silence.

I wanted him GONE even before he made fun of the reporter on national tv. Other countries thought we lost our minds when that old buzzard McCain brought the Wasilla lunatic on stage!

They now know we've also lost all respect and decency.
