If you thought that Donald Trump would act like a petulant child if he lost the GOP nomination, well according to him you're right.

Courtesy of Business Insider:

During a Sunday rally in Maryland, the Republican presidential frontrunner mocked candidates who praise their opponents during concession speeches, saying that if he loses the contest, Americans will probably not hear much from him again.

"They fight like hell for six months, and they're saying horrible things, the worst things you can imagine," Trump said. "And then one of them loses, one of them wins. And the one who loses says, 'I just want to congratulate my opponent. He is a brilliant man, he'll be a great governor or president or whatever.'"

He continued: "I'm not sure you're ever going to see me there. I don't think I'm going to lose, but if I do, I don't think you're ever going to see me again, folks. I think I'll go to Turnberry and play golf or something."

Yeah and for anybody who actually thinks we will not hear from Donald Trump again if he loses this nomination I have some swamp land I would really like to sell you as well.

Having said that I have little doubt that Trump will be unable to resist taking shots at the nominee, the Republican party, and the American political system if he were somehow deprived of this nomination.

In fact I would in no way be surprised to see Trump unleashing hell on the Republican party and damaging them to such an extent that they would have to reinvent themselves before the 2018 election cycle.

I could actually see Trump causing almost irreparable damage to the party and making it his ongoing mission to see the GOP dismantled.

Let's face it this is not a guy who takes defeat lightly.

He will just moan and groan and be indignant about how unfair the rules are to him, and then incite his followers to go start a riot.

Nothing would give me greater joy than to watch the entire Republican Party go down in fucking flames. One giant, exploding, stinking fireball, gone forever.

They had a fuck ton of help from disgruntled, spoiled brat DEMs who sat home to teach President Obama a lesson (firebaggers is what they were called.) Jan Hamsher of FireDogLake blogging fame was the main impetus behind this, She thought she was owed more attention due to her misguided idea she was the one who got President Obama elected.

Hitler is what immediately came to mind, yes. I wish I understood German so I could look back at old Hitler speeches to see if he made fun of how people ate their pancakes. Man, Trump is more hyper than ever today talking in West Chester, PA, and going on and on about the "rigged" system and Kasich's eating of pancakes. Every n ow and then he remembers to say something else, but then he goes right back to the obsessions. He is totally insane. He really is.

I think that the rest of us, far from threatening violence if he isn't the nominee, should just form a choir, write a song, and show up at wherever golf course he is, chanting LOSER!! LOSER!!

Hey, maybe we could have musical accompaniment. All the huuuuge greats seem to despise him!!

It will be interesting to see how Bernie Sanders goes forward as well. A politician at the level of a presidential candidate should care about America's future - period. No one can say Hillary hasn't been in this for the long haul.

Amazing to watch strident republicans kiss his ass.

As president he is not going to change his progressive beliefs. And those republicans that want to criticize him should watch out as he is only for free speech if he looks good. Republicans are lucky with Obama.

I find it interesting that The Donald says "THEY fight and THEY'RE saying" vs "WE fight and WE'RE saying'! (IT's ALL the candidates, Donald, to include YOU!)

He has said some of the very worst things about other possible candidates leading up to this Republican nomination announcement.

The guy is something else due to thinking he does no wrong.

It's way past time that his obese body be put out to sea and that he not gain the Republican nomination. He is already horribly damaging their party! He would be the worst representative American could ever have!

Can you imagine going on HIS ticket to run with him as VP? Wonder just how many people will turn him down before he actually finds someone? He'll have to seek someone with government experience since he has none. Remember, they will have to be able to work together, respect each other and allow The Donald to be the lead for four years! This is going to be a VERY interesting selection!

Two 10 Year Olds Shut Down BBC Host's Talking Points

From last month, two ten year olds, Charlotte and Henrietta, appeared on BBC's "Politics Today. The show is hosted by Andrew Neil, founding chairman of Rupert Murdoch's Sky TV.

The girls are interested in banning sugary drinks and unhealthy foods from public schools.

Neil gives them a line about the "Nanny State," which Charlotte throws back at him with ease.

She tells him with documentation in front of her that compulsory seat belts have saved 300 lives a year. She doesn't tell him to stuff his nanny state talking point, but it's implied.

Watch the video to see her finish him off as he discounts her because of her age.

She came prepared to do battle. And she won.

Chris Wallace Calls Manafort's Attempt To Rehabilitate Trump's Image 'Spin'

...He joined Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday this morning and Wallace immediately was not buying this "new" take on Trump.

Wallace said, "Playing a part, see the real person. Trump has been campaigning for ten months now and we haven't seen the real man?

When Manafort tried to rope -a-dope around his response to the RNC, Chris Wallace called him out by saying, "Forgive me, it does seem a little bit like spin because -- I mean, the words, the part that he has been playing.."

Manafort tried to explain that he was taken out of context from the audio and then made the distinction of Trump talking in rallies and in other "settings."

Wallace did not back down, "That's not what you said."
