.@realDonaldTrump is now the leader of the @GOP. It's real - he is one step away from the White House.— Elizabeth Warren (@elizabethforma) May 4, 2016
Here’s what else is real: @realDonaldTrump has built his campaign on racism, sexism, and xenophobia.— Elizabeth Warren (@elizabethforma) May 4, 2016
There's more enthusiasm for @realDonaldTrump among leaders of the KKK than leaders of the political party he now controls.— Elizabeth Warren (@elizabethforma) May 4, 2016
.@realDonaldTrump incites supporters to violence, praises Putin, and is "cool with being called an authoritarian."— Elizabeth Warren (@elizabethforma) May 4, 2016
What happens next will test the character for all of us – Republican, Democrat, and Independent.— Elizabeth Warren (@elizabethforma) May 4, 2016
Oh yeah, like I said Elizabeth Warren is going to be one of Hillary Clinton's most important surrogates.I'm going to fight my heart out to make sure @realDonaldTrump’s toxic stew of hatred & insecurity never reaches the White House.— Elizabeth Warren (@elizabethforma) May 4, 2016
Of course I would like her to be much, much more, and perhaps I will get my wish.
We shall see.
We all need to know how Hillary has amassed 45mil from being a public servant. Book revenues do not amount to that.
ReplyDeleteSucks to be Barney that chose not to do anything for 30 yrs huh?
DeleteAt this point, the choice in the presidential race is an IQ test. Hillary or Trump. That's it. I think we know which candidate Senator Warren chooses!
DeleteAll the smart politicians are going for her: Obama, Biden, Warren, etc.
First, you don't know anything about book revenues.
DeleteSecond, who claimed it all came from book revenues?
Third, that's the approximate net worth of her and Bill combined.
Oh,suck it. Read.
DeleteOh sorry, I realize actual studying might be beyond your willingness?
lol NO ONE would be able to acquire that dough in a lifetime a authentic public service.
DeleteAnd they were near broke when he left the WH.
15 years=45mil?
Yeah. ??
"How did Hillary amass 45 million from being a public servant?"
DeleteHere is an interesting read about the Clinton Foundation and their connection to George Soros and the Saudis:
https://capitalresearch.org/2015/05/the-clinton-foundation-a-cauldron-of-conflicts-and-cronyism/
You are an idiot if you don't think the Clinton's books could amass millions in revenue. Now go back and pack my groceries correctly, eggs and bread on top you loser.
DeleteThanks, Ginger. Here's an interesting read about your rightwing source, Capital Research Org, from Wikipedia:
Delete"Capital Research Center (CRC) is an American conservative non-profit organization located in Washington, DC. It was founded in 1984 by Willa Johnson "to study non-profit organizations, with a special focus on reviving the American traditions of charity, philanthropy, and voluntarism." The group opposes the growth of government-welfare programs and promotes private sector alternatives.[1] It discourages donations by corporations to non-profits supporting what it sees as anti-business or liberal policies.[2] Often described as conservative, the Capital Research Center is sometimes described as "right wing" or as being part of the "New Right".[3]"
They've written books and made appearances.
DeleteAre public servants not allowed to make a lot of money when they aren't actively employed in public service?
5:27
DeleteI see that capitalresearch.org is a RW site that has received donations from the Kochs and ExxonMobile. I am supposed to believe what they publish about Hillary, George Soros, and the Saudis? Hilarious. I'm not that gullible.
According to Forbes, Bill O'Reilly made $28 million on book sales in 2013.
DeleteSo, yes, it's possible for book revenues to amount to that much (or half of that much since the $45 million isn't just Hillary's).
I went to that website, Ginger. It's a cesspool of right wing nonsense and Trump love.
DeleteHere's a couple more headlines:
"Tracking Union Activists and their Political Schemes"
"The Radical Feminists’ War for Tax Dollars"
I guess hatred for Hillary Clinton makes strange bedfellows.
Ginger has been known to put her foot in it before. She obviously supports Trump or Sanders.
DeleteIt's an IQ test and some are failing. Speaking of failing, now Trump might pick Gov. Mary Fallin of OK as his Veep?
DeleteJealousy much? 4:37.
DeleteHave you read The Millionaire Next Door. Postal delivery people have become millionaires with savings and investments. Remember the African American lady who donated one million to the University of Mississippi? She did not have a college education. It was her dream, but she had to take care of family members. She saved her money as a laundress.
Really, anyone smart and dedicated can amass money. There's nothing wrong with money. Who cares? JFK donated his president paycheck to charity. He ran to serve his country.
(I feel Bernie is for the paycheck. Hillary doesn't "need" the "job". She already has fame and fortune. Public service is her heart. Mortgage lenders and Realtors easily make the same income as the presidents salary and don't have to work as hard.)
I'm thankful for Someone as qualified as Hillary to even want the job!!
I truly wish that you would have published some of the Barney Bros comments to E. Warrens post, they are as vile as the tRump posts.
ReplyDeleteOf course they've turned on her. She dared to not endorse Bernie Sanders.
DeleteThese are Trump and Clinton plants, seemingly effective in tarring Sanders with their vile behavior.
DeleteIt's so obvious -- can't believe anyone thinks these are real people.
One thing is clear: The Bern never takes any responsibility for his campaign errors nor has he tried to rein in some of his volatile constituents. Too bad, because some of them are like this guy. Be sure to read to the end: http://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/crime/charges-man-threatened-to-cut-off-jim-mcdermotts-tongue/
DeleteYes, you decline to endorse Sanders at your peril after they've crowned you queen to King Bernie.
DeleteElizabeth is a smart woman and she is thriving where she is right now. There is no one like her in congress.
https://theintercept.com/2016/05/04/the-untold-story-of-bill-clintons-other-crime-bill/
ReplyDeleteOh, you might as well cite Reddit.
DeleteThere's another Sanders "news" website that's even worse.
DeleteHuge fan of Liz's, but Trump is going to need a thesaurus to decipher what she's putting down.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck getting women's votes, the lgbt community, black, hispanic, asian, native american and old white folk with brains, Donny boy.
I don't think Warren is the right choice for VP. She is valuable where she is and I think picking someone else will help Clinton more. My pick is Julian Castro.
ReplyDeleteI think if E Warren was interested it would be hers no matter who the candidate was, but I think E Warren doesn't want it or she would have run for the top of the ticket in the first place.
DeleteBTW I think Julian Castro would be a fine choice.
Julian Castro is my political boyfriend.
DeleteJulian Castro is not qualified to be president.
Delete@ mialuppa
DeleteOf course he is qualified. Or is it just his brown skin that makes you think that?
BTW Julian Castro governed a city that had a larger population than the GOP 2008 VP pick. And did a wonderful job of adding city services while increasing the tax base by luring in major employers, he is the reason San Antonio now has the Toyota truck plant along with the great paying jobs with excellent benefits for one example.
Julian Castro has for yrs run a dept of the federal government.
So please tell me why he isn't qualified in your little mind. Or is it because he is a onderful family man and not a deadbeat Dad like Bernie Sanders? Do you prefer those that skirt their responsibilities and dump them on the tax payers? Most of us don't. Or maybe it's because he hasn't spent yrs writing misogynistic articles about how women want to be gang raped like Bernie Sanders has written? Is that it?
Will you stop with the insulting racists accusations? I'm sick to death of your "brown skin" remarks every time someone has legitimate criticisms of your OPINION.
DeleteIt has nothing to do with his skin. Or his gender. Or his age. Or even that he is from Texas, although I don't want any Texans in the White House either.
He is not qualified to be president. Not YET. If he were running he would have been laughed off the campaign trail and would have been one of the first to drop out. He has no experience at the level needed to be a president. City council and mayor do not qualify you to be president. Neither does 2 years in an appointed cabinet post.
If you compare the two even Sarah Palin is more qualified to be President than Castro because at least she was Governor for a few months.
Stop making this personal.
Julian Castro isn't qualified to be president and a VP should be as qualified to be president as the presidential nominee, because if the president dies in office, that VP becomes president. That's how you choose a VP. You don't choose someone to pander to a demographic, like McCain did.
Why don't you look past the fact that he is Latino and look just at his qualifications or lack thereof.
If Clinton dies in office he's the president. He isn't qualified and he isn't ready. Let him get run for Congress and get a few terms under his belt, then he can run for president in 2024.
But not now. He is NOT QUALIFIED.
Sen. Warren will be able to wield much more power in the Senate than she would as VP.
ReplyDeleteActually I reviewed some of the Twitter accounts and many of the people that act like Bernie supporters are tRump supporters in disguise.
ReplyDeleteI hope you're right.
DeleteThey're plants by Trump and Clinton, those "Bernie bros."
DeleteSo pearls can be clutched and Sanders is smeared.
No. I don't think they are all "plants." I've been called lots of vile names by Bernie Bros on here, for example. Do you think "the planters" have invaded IM? Oooohhhh, conspiracy in the face of loss!
DeleteJust judging Sanders's words and behavior made me dislike him. His loudest supporters are as easy to ignore as the pee pond- with whom they have an awful lot in common.
Delete6:40, any of them that misbehave are called opposition trolls and plants. But let's remember this shit began at the beginning when nobody was even looking at Trump. And it wasn't even hard to find out who started it. So there's that.
DeleteVile Bro tweet - https://twitter.com/yair_rosenberg/status/728062162665656320
DeleteThis is not news.
DeleteBut the Bernie haters love to use the Bros as proof that Hillary rules and Bernie drools.
How do you justify calling Elizabeth Warren a "surrogate of Hillary Clinton???
ReplyDeleteJust sayin, that by definition, your use of the word seems really off.
What exactly do you mean? EW is in no way a substitute for Hillary in any way shape or form. She's not a stand in, successor or deputy.
She IS a supporter, I just don't wrap my mind around your use of the word regarding Elizabeth Warren.
She will go after Donald Trump in a way Hillary Clinton can't.
DeleteI have never considered her a surrogate.
DeleteGryphen used the term in the future tense...after Hillary is the official nominee. 'Surrogate' is commonly used for those who speak on behalf of a campaign or candidate.
DeleteAre you new to Presidential elections? Gryphen is using the term accurately.
DeleteSorry, as much as I respect EW, tRump is NOT the leader of the GOP and IS NOT ONE step away from the White House.
ReplyDeleteHe has a VERY long row to hoe before he gets THERE.
Yes, but he is an expert at hoes you know :)
DeleteMildred
Wrong on both counts. The GOP has said he's their presumptive nominee. That means he's the GOP leader and one step away from the White House.
DeleteBut he is their nominee.
DeleteAs far as I'm concerned, tit for tat. Have at him, Liz, his biggest female supporter is $arah Palin? Good Lord, we've seen her latest video. That's the best you can do, Donald? Seriously?!? What a putz.
ReplyDeleteThe Donald has always hated strong women. When they became strong under his thumb, they were fired or divorced.
Don't believe it? Read the contracts they sign, even men. No one will ever speak ill of him if things don't work out. He's just the bestest!
Eye roll. You go, Lizzie!
Remember that time Palin mimicking EW's wardrobe, hairstype, and mannerisms while directing criticism toward her.
DeleteYou bet I do, and dressing alike to mimic others.
DeleteThat is mental illness, not her personal SNL as she tried to excuse it. She was dead serious.
So delightful to watch a smart woman take a stand and stand by it. Sorry to say, a feat damn few men in public office can or will accomplish. If only they would think with their brain. TG, I'm dickless, or I, too, might be thoughtless.
ReplyDeleteBring it on. I'm tired of dicks leading this country.
GeorgiaPeach
Me too. President Obama excepted, and I firmly believe he's laughing at all of it; most likely thinking "how sad."
DeleteAll to replace the irreplaceable.
Let Hillary know that you are supporting her $5
ReplyDeleteThat's all. No mas
This is pivitol. Talk is cheap.
Its a damn shame .I know , but that is how it works.
Love that she trolls him. She's a nice mouthy broad, just the sort of woman he fears.
ReplyDeleteLike Trump or anyone with any brains cares what a dried up old vagina has to say on the Twitter lol.
ReplyDelete7:22 PM Is that what you think of your Mother? Is your Mother the lol queen?
DeleteWhy are you talking about yourself so much?
DeleteI bet you have a micropenis just like Donald Trump.
DeleteJust found this compilation of Trump stupidity, and at 1:57 he ATTACKS THIS GUY VICIOUSLY and knocks him to the floor.
ReplyDeleteSo Presidential!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7UcQcD9INI
And fuck Mitch McConnell. GD him for being the exact dick I am speaking of. May he get exactly what he so righteously deserves.

Lawrence O'Donnell thinks EW's tweets are her auditioning for the VP slot.
ReplyDeletetrump is so ugly. I turn channel if I ever see him ick. Gross. So now I don't even watch news. His ugly orange face is on always on. He is just nasty fugly. Yuck.
ReplyDeleteHe really is the fugliest. Every part of his face is truly gross. what's been grossing me out in particular lately are the sides of his nose. It looks like he has inflamed membranes up high on the nose sides. Those are huge. I've never seen such nose flaps on anyone.
Delete@ anon 8:52 pm
DeleteThat penile tissue not used for his micropenis had to go somewhere, I think it went to his nose.
Hell (and God) hath no fury like an upright Methodist Christian, well-educated, high-achieving, economy-understanding woman.
ReplyDeleteIbid Hillary Clinton + foreign policy-understanding crap.
I like Elizabeth Warren but I think "twitter wars" are childish and immature. They are the level of Bristol Palin, her mother and the likes of Donald Trump.
ReplyDeleteBeaglemom
@Anonymous 7:54 AM
DeleteHer comments on twitter ate 'not twitter wars', they are commentaries.
A lot of people use twitter, or Facebook for commentaries, just like they would send a commentary to a newspaper, or magazine.
A like what Elizabeth is doing. I like her commentaries. She is not childish.
It's not childish; it's called micro-blogging. Welcome to the 21st century.
DeleteWait - did I just disagree with Beaglemom? That's a first. But still - Beaglemom for Congress!
