Now let's see if you were all serious about wanting to help Levi and Sunny.

Here is the link to their new Go Fund Me page.

And here is the description of why they are asking for the money:

Hello everyone we are Levi and Sunny Johnston of Wasilla, Alaska. As we are sure many of you are aware we have been engaged in a long and rather protracted legal battle to retain custody of Levi's son Tripp. The good news is that it appears the custody situation is settled. The bad news is that we still owe many thousands of dollars in legal fees.

Unlike some we are not able to raise money through fundraising e-mails or SuperPACS and are instead asking for your help in paying these bills and allowing us to get back to the important job of raising our family.

Though feeling somewhat overwhelmed it had never occurred to us to ask for money using Go Fund Me, but after so many generous people reached out to us and offered their help we decided to swallow our pride and take them up on their extremely kind offers.

Anything that you can give would be much appreciated. And every dime will go toward attorney fees and the outstanding debts that we accrued during this long and very difficult legal battle.

Like I explained before, Levi and Sunny are very proud people, so this is not coming easy for them.

However I know that they are really struggling to pay the $1,700 child support payments, their attorney fees, their new mortgage, and to keep their children clothed and fed.

And as I mentioned earlier Bristol is simply not going to stop trying to nickel and dime Levi to death despite now having the custody situation resolved by the court.

I told Levi way back in the beginning that she would never stop trying to get him back in her life, break up his marriage, or at the very least shut him up for good.

Remember this is finally YOUR chance to do your part to stop the Palins from crushing yet another Alaskan family under their heel like they have done so many times before.

Make no mistake the custody situation is decided, so every filing that happens after the final papers were signed is all about making sure that Levi can never tell any truths that the Palins do not want told.

Period.

Now stand back, because the trolls they are a coming.

Thank you 4:38. The Palin family monetizes every thing and I can't believe the courts allowed her to constantly file these bogus claims against Tripp's loving father. The $1,700 monthly support is extremely high and should have been reduced based on the joint custody decision. Bristol is a Class A bitch and it's too bad that Levi didn't realize that when he hooked up with her. She uses this money for her own personal use, not the little boy so she's also a bit of a thief.

Even if he doesn't have 50/50, he has to provide the same as Bristol as far as living space, utilities for that space, transportation, activities, etc. he is supporting his child.

See Sunny's sunny disposition on FB, I'm sure she'd love to send a thank you note to each and every donor. But how do you think they would be able to send a thank you card? (What I've seen in the past is that the message on the GoFundMe page is updated to express thanks. This is the 21st century. You're welcome.)

    20. Anonymous6:01 PM

At this moment I've made the largest single donation and I absolutely do not expect or want a thank you note. These two have been through enough and my expectation in giving was that I'd get nothing in return. I want my gift to be free and clear of any strings, even a thank you note. I believe Sunny and Levi are good people and will be extremely appreciative, but I don't need or want something tangible from them. That they haven't done this already shows how hard it was to even ask. The only reason they need this help is because of an awful mother who wanted to exert total control over Levi, using their son to do so. I've seen it before and I think it's horrible.

The Golden Rule says, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” You have mistakenly read as by doing unto others you can expect to receive good yourself.

Now while this may indeed occur it should not be an expectation. If you read the Golden Rule again it does not say that you will receive anything in return. What it speaks about is what your attitude and behaviour should be like. You need to have the attitude of treating people the way you would like to be treated, whether you receive anything in return or not.

Oh look, just like they did with Sarah, now they're hiding Trump:

Trump slashes TV appearances as advisers clash over controlling his message

Donald Trump, in a sharp shift in strategy, is now refusing to appear on many television outlets, and top advisers who want to limit his exposure are no longer notifying him of every interview request.

According to sources familiar with the campaign, one faction is worried that the constant rounds of interviews entail too much risk of the candidate making mistakes or fanning minor controversies, even though his mastery at driving the media agenda helped power his Republican primary victory.

A series of clashes over these and other tactical questions has caused Trump himself to openly question who is running his campaign, the sources say. And he has expressed anger when he believes his orders aren’t being followed.

On the media front, Trump is no longer appearing on CNN or MSNBC. He is staying off the Sunday talk shows. Nearly all his national television interviews since June 1 have been with Fox News.

This more restrictive approach, combined with recent incidents in which some aides have acted contrary to Trump’s wishes, suggests a power shift as his children and especially his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, play an increasingly influential role.

Trump, who has resumed his full-throated denunciations of the media—such as calling CNN the Clinton News Network—personally vetted every TV invitation for most of the campaign. Now the staff is weeding out many requests without consulting him, the sources say, which could either be viewed as a mark of professionalization or an attempt to restrain Trump from being Trump.

@5:37 One of the MSNBC news shows showed Trump's facebook video where he finally addressed the issues of Dallas, Baton Rouge etc. Actually, he read a speech that someone wrote for him, and he read it badly. I don't want to give the guy any help, but it might have been a good idea to practice the speech a couple of time to learn where to add some emphasis. When Trump reads a speech, he is boring, and that makes him a loser.

Navy: SEAL Chris Kyle never earned a 2nd Silver Star

The Navy has concluded there is no evidence that famed Navy SEAL Chris Kyle received two of the valor awards he had claimed in his best-selling memoir, including a second Silver Star.

In an unusual move, the service has re-issued the DD-214 discharge paperwork to support the medals that the late Chief Special Warfare Operator (SEAL) Chris Kyle received during his 10-year Navy career, finding no records for two of six Bronze Stars with combat 'V' and the second Silver Star, two of which he had claimed in "American Sniper."

"Thurs-Sun or I'll fight with my last dime" told me everything about what Levi's fight has been. Bristol never cared about Tripp's wellbeing. Or about how important it is for a child to have equal time with both parents. It was just about how she could control Levi using Tripp, no matter the damage she causes her own child. Absolutely disgusting behavior!!

Soon enuf Tripp will figure it out if he hasn't already and choose to live with his father at 14,the age of emancipation. Too big of word for you?Look it up. Then you'll be paying Levi child support.

I'd like to see this page stay up, even after his attorneys' fees are paid, because with the many people who read here if we each gave only $5/month we could cover Levi's obligation to Tripp so he didn't have to spend every spare hour working and away from his family.

So why is the payment still so high ($1700) per month? I thought once the custody agreement was reached that it would be lowered?

Or, is the agreement to settle that there is an agreement (that Levi can see his son) and not necessarily joint custody?

    Isn't $1700 excessive?

I'm happy to be able to contribute, as this is something that has bothered me for a long time. I don't even know Levi and Sunny, but I can't stand what the Palins have done to them.

I cannot post the actual custody agreement, it is not mine to post.

No the donations do not count as income so cannot be used to recalculate the child support amount.

Yes the monthly payments include the money owed in arrears from way back when Levi thought he was paying it on time only to find that his attorney (Rex Butler) was not doing so.

And no Alaska does not have alimony payments.

  68. Okay new rule.

If you send me money through Pay Pal and then task me with sending the money to the Johnstons, I'm just going to keep it.

I just forwarded $250.00, but what you need to know is that Pay Pal takes a percentage of your donation, and then Go Fund Me takes a bite as well, so if you go through two different donation sites you are pissing away a chunk of the money that does not end up helping.

There are ways to do it while leaving me out of the equation. Please let's work on doing that.

However let me take a moment to thank you all for your generosity. And excuse my grumpiness but it is getting close to my bedtime, and I may or may not have been drinking.
