So apparently Joe Biden is now officiating at gay weddings. Cool.

Courtesy of The Independent:

Joe Biden has been enjoying himself recently.

As well as filming an episode of Law & Order last week, the vice president also took on the honourable duty of marrying two White House officials.

On their request, he officiated for Brian Mosteller, the director of Oval Office operations, and Joe Mashie, a trip coordinator for Michelle Obama, at his Washington home.

Damn, just when you think Joe Biden cannot get any cooler.

Tim Kaine is really going to have to up his game if he wants to fill those vice presidential shoes.

God won't be pleased. Watch out for wrathful locusts or at the very least, thunder and lightning and maybe rain. Yes lots of rain.

I got gay-married in Texas last year and still drought conditions.

I got one of those free online Universal church ordinations.

If I start marrying gay people where I am, can we have some rain too? We really need it.

    3. You can get a free ordination from The Dude is a none denomination church, based on the movie The Big Lebowski. It's about being laid back, relaxed and let the rug pulls the room together (or as I say when I marry couples, the rug pulls the love together! 💕💒

I think the world of Joe Biden and Barack Obama. Our country is so fortunate to have had them for eight years. Best wishes to the happy couple, as well!

I predict Joe Biden will have an enviable retirement- and nobody deserves it more..

I didn't know much about Joe Biden before he was chosen as Obama's running mate. I thought, at the time, that he was an odd choice but, oh, has my opinion changed over the past 8 years!

I think he's been the perfect partner for the President and their strengths complement each other's very well. They clearly like and respect each other, as do their wives, who have also done wonderful things for veterans together.

Biden is a caring, compassionate man who believes passionately in working to make our lives better. I am so glad that we all had the opportunity to get to know him better and I will miss him dearly when he leaves office, although he's certainly earned a long and relaxing retirement.
